Assay Procedure – Heat Lysis
VORTEX5 seconds

Rehydrate by pipetting upand down a minimum of
5 times.
Heat for 5 minutesat 95°C.
Close lid tightly andproceed to next step.
Transfer 50 µL to eachReaction Tube.
Insert swab intoLysis Buffer Tube
and swirl for 10 seconds.
