Schedule Narrative

General Assumption/Basis

Jakarta and Seoul Engineering workhours is based on 5-day week , 10-

hour day

Site workhours is based on 6-day week, 10-hour day

Non-effective days is based Indonesian National Calendars for days

classified as national holidays

Efficiency during fasting month of Ramadhan is taken as 60% of normal

efficiency

Indonesian “normal” weather pattern is considered with month of

September to February is considered as rainy season where efficiency is

taken as 85% of normal efficiency

activities, and non-deliverable activities within the detail engineering

period (CED + 18)

Manhours exclude the following activities:

Engineering management manhours until project completion (included

in Project Management manhours)

Non-deliverable activity manhours beyond the detail engineering

(included in Project Management manhours)

Engineering support for DFO management and stewardship (included in

Project Management manhours)

Field Engineering manhours (included in Construction manhours)

Engineering support for system completion (included in Commissioning

manhours)

Schedule Narrative

Procurement Assumption/Basis

Procurement lead times obtained from PO plan based currently known

vendor lead times

PO definition by commodities consistent with PO plan

Procurement Item weighting is based on values

S-curve is based on the progress value of the proposed milestone Procurement Measurement Basis:

Schedule Narrative

Construction Assumption/Basis

Subcontracting definition from Subcontracting Plan

Schedule basis derived from “Manual” Construction Level-2 schedule

developed by Construction Department

Further detailing and sequencing, including area classification definition,

is executed by Construction Department

Manhours is estimated from tender BQ estimates using in-house

Mhr/BQ unit rate

First review of schedule forecast is expected to be conducted in Q2 2012

where more accurate BQ is available (later update of baseline changes

will only be done if there is significant changes in scope/BQs/outsideimpacts which is to be agreed with COMPANY)

S-curve and Histogram is based on P6

Schedule Narrative

Commissioning Assumption/Basis

Split of work between Construction and Commissioning as per Exhibit-C,

Appendix J

Samsung Completion Management System (CMS) will be used to

administer system completion activity which will monitor progressed

based on count only

Commissioning item weighting is based on manhours

S-curve and Histogram are based on P6
