“My family used to love only one kind of fish - fresh trout caught in the morning and breaded and fried for dinner. Now they also enjoy Tilapia fillets (#5466). I’ve found two melt-in-your-mouth ways to fix them that are a lot more healthy than frying. I bake both ways on the Commercial Cookie Sheet (#4020) lined with Parchment Paper (#1153) for easy, quick clean-up at 425° F for 12-15 minutes. Option 1: Smear a bit of mayonnaise on one side of the frozen fillet and sprinkle with Leah’s Lemon Pepper (#1022). Bake. Delicious.

Option 2: Brush a bit of olive oil over both sides of frozen fillet. Coat both

sides with a mixture of potato flakes, Kraft Grated Real Parmesan Cheese

(#1683) and Paprika (#1697). Bake. This recipe courtesy of my brother-in-
