“LIFE CHAIN” Join Right to Life of Holland Area at the national Life

Chain on Sunday, 10/5, from 2-3 pm beginning near 16th St & Fairbanks

in Holland. Life Chain is a pro-life, peaceful, prayerful, public witness on

behalf of the unborn at risk of elective abortion. Signs to hold during the

prayer vigil will be provided.

We still need a few volunteers (teachers and helpers) for Children’s

Church for age 3 - K. Please sign up on the form located at the

Children’s Ministry Counter. Helpers can be age 11 and up.

GUEST SPEAKER Our guest speaker today and next Sunday is Ken Kemper. Ken is

a graduate of Grace Bible College who served 18 years in the mission field in Africa

before becoming Grace Bible College’s 5th president in 2003.

PROTECTION SEMINAR TODAY! If you help with Parkside’s children's ministries

in any capacity (youth group, children’s church, nursery, Pioneer Clubs, etc.) and have

not yet completed the required Protection Seminar, this class is for you! It will be

held from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the Board Room today. There is a sign-up at the

Children’s Ministry Counter.

TUESDAY NIGHT BEACH VOLLEYBALL We will try to continue our beach volley-

ball at Holland State Park until the end of September at 6:30 p.m. If it is too cold,

we’ll be meeting at the church and after October 1, volleyball will be held inside at

Parkside on Tuesdays at 6:30. Questions...talk to Daniel Furbush or check the Park-

side Bible Church Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon for updates.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY Join others on Wednesday night beginning this

Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. for “The Grace By Which We Stand.” We’ll be unraveling

this undeserved “Grace from God” given to us and learning how it applies in every

aspect of our life. This class is being taught by Harold Kimbel. There will be two

special classes focusing on Baptism on October 1 and 8. You won’t want to miss it!

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS Plan to attend an adult Sunday School class

every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Harold Kimbel is teaching a series titled “Left Behind-

The Book of Hebrews.” Invite your friends to be part of this class.

PARKSIDE MEMORIAL CLASSIC FOR MISSIONS Our annual golf scramble will be

held on Saturday, October 4, at Crestview Golf Course starting at 9:00 a.m. Get a

team of four together or sign up alone and we’ll find other team-mates for you! The

cost is $49 per person. Registration forms are available at the Youth Counter.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY STARTS TONIGHT IN THE SANCTUARY AT 6:00 P.M.

Kathy Molenkamp from Grace Bible College will be speaking on what God says in the Bible “Biblical Truths about God, Yourself

and Others.” The study will go from 6:00-8:00 p.m. which includes a time of fellowship after the study.
