Jamie Perez, Speciality Outlet Chef of Hibachi at RODA Al Bustan, began his career in Philippines. After which he moved to Kuwait and Lebanon expanding his professional knowledge and exposure. Chef Perez’s talent of the culinary arts was recognised by Chef Robert in 2010 when he was transferred to RODA Al Bustan, where he trained for three months before transferring to the kitchen. Jamie Perez has since then never looked back.Throughout his years in U.A.E., Chef Perez has witnessed the growth of both Dubai and the culinary arts in the country.
