SBM-NMIMS Indore campus made a modest beginning in 2017s. OurPGDM students learn from qualified and experienced faculty. Ourfaculty members are excellent in teaching and research, and regularlypublish in top academic journals.
We have developed an exciting and innovative curriculum inmanagement which promises a hands-on learning experience. We usecase studies, experiential learning, role plays and simulation to enrichclassroom learning experiences of our students. The students also get anopportunity to learn from industry experts as guest speakers and key-note speakers in conclaves.
Our students organize and participate in conferences and variousstudent-driven activities on campus as well as in other leading B-Schoolsthroughout the year. The students also work with faculty mentors topresent and publish research papers and case studies in reputedconferences and journals.

TEDx
NMIMS X TEDx was the firstleg of TEDx at NMIMS, Indoreorganised by STME. The themeof TEDx was "Life: Expect theunexpected". It featuredspeakers such as AnkitAggarwal (Founder, D2C),Rahul Bhatnagar (Co-Founder,USP), among others. Around100 attendees from variousareas attended the sessionwhich lasted for 6-7 hoursfeaturing talks of varioussectors. All the sessions of thespeakers ended up with keytakeaways for all theattendees. The hardwork ofthe team made one of thesuccessful event in the historyof NMIMS Indore.
Alphalete
On the occasion of GandhiJayanti, NMIMS INDOREorganized its FIRST-EVERMarathon ALPHARUN inassociation with the CampusSports Committee ALPHALETEon Super Corridor. Themarathon aimed atpromoting the FIT INDIAMOVEMENT and spreadingthe importance of fitnessamongst youth. Marathoncomprised of 2 categories,the 8 Km Full Run and the 3Km Dream Run.

From 23rd to 25th August2019, Zenith DiplomacySummit Organised MUN at NMIMS Indore. Thecompetition helps studentslearn about diplomacy,international relations, theUnited Nations, speaking,debating, and writing skills.The judges were Dr PrachiGharpure, Dr AaquilBunglowala and Ms SubhiRathi.
Hackathon
On 14th February 2019 Turing:The Technical Club of NMIMSIndore conducted its first-everHackathon’20. The aim of thehackathon was to providevalue through leadership inthe development and deliveryof innovative computing. Wehad students participatingfrom all across the state andaround 500 studentsregistered for the event. Ourjudges- Ms. Pranali Deshmukhand Mr. Himanshu Choudhary,were from TCS. The chiefguest for the event was Mr.Nilesh Maheshwari, founderand CEO of EmorphisTechnologies.
HR Conclave
PRATIBHA- 2019 was the HRConclave of NM Indore. Thetheme of 2019's conclave was"Creating winning employeevalue proposition amidsttalent crisis" where Group HRheads from various prominentcompanies likeVodaphoneIdea, Cipla andnewvision software came aspanellist. The one day eventconsisted of speeches by thepanellist, heated discussionswith students followed bylavish lunch. Over 100 HRsfrom various companies wereinvited to the conclave hencedeveloping strong campus tocorporate connects.
WE CARE STORIES
The NMIMS way is more than just chasing a high package - our students are
imbibed with societal values in their first year of the course through a civic
internship known as WeCare.
This internship is scheduled in the month of January during the 3rd trimester of
PGDM, where students volunteer at various NGOs across the country doing work
from tending to the old, differently abled and teaching underprivileged children to
helping the organisation in their marketing, finance and operations. From 27th
January to 15th February 2020 for 21 days 44 students were placed in 15 different
social sector organizations spread across 10 different cities located in 9 different
states and a union territory. All 44 students completed their internships in a span
of 3 weeks. During the internship, students collectively contributed around 3,168
man-hours to the social sector.

NMIMS Indore follows a rolling recruitment process for both Summer Internship & Final Placements.
The Placement process at NMIMS is students' centric and is well managed by Student Placecom Members under the
guidance of the Placement department. The team manages the complete placement process right from Interaction
with Companies/corporates, to sending of students batch profiles and CV's, to arranging Pre-placement talks with
companies, to co-ordinating with companies for all selection process till the final selection. The Placement Process at
NMIMS, Indore aims to match the requirements of the Corporate through educational excellence, innovative research
and social outreach programs by making available the NMIMs Indore Talent pool to the corporate. The Campus has
an excellent infrastructure and all the facilities required to host a Campus drive to the satisfaction of the recruiters.
Furthermore, NMIMS Indore arranges for all the virtual means too, like GD/PI on Webex, Zoom, and other online
modes, including Google meets, Video calls on WhatsApp, Hangouts, Google Duo, etc.
Final Placements :
Final Placements for management graduate batch commence in the 5th trimester of their PGDM/MBA course, which
enables the management graduates to accquire all necessary skills required to face the outer world and the
corporate challanges. Students starts their interaction with companies July onwards, to understand the recruitment
cycle from various recruiters. The Selection/Campus drive this year will commence from September 2020 and post
selection the students will be available to join the corporates from April 2021 onwards, post completion of their Final
(VI) trimester.
Summer Placements :
The Summer Internships Program (SIP) is an integral and compulsory part of the academic curriculum at NMiMS
Indore. It is carried out before the start of the IInd year of the PGDM/MBA programme. SIP amplifies the student's
perspective by providing an exposure to real life situations in the organisations and management practices on the
field. This happens under the expert guidance of their respective Industry mentor and within the supervision of the
student's academic mentor, leading to PPO/PPI. The duration of Summer Internship is 8 Weeks, which usually
commences from the 1st week in April and goes till May end. The Summer Placement Selection drives also commence
