Most canopies are made in sections 5’4”or 4’2-1/4”wide. (Vinyl pergola use30”.) To cover wider areas, the canopies are ordered in multiple sectionswhich interlock on tracks as shown at right. Each of the tracks are thereforespaced 5’4”on center, or 4’2-1/4””on center. The two canopy widths can bemixed to achieve desired overall width of system. When ordering a vinyl orwood pergola,please measure outside edge to outside edge of the footprintof the area to be shaded. (See order form for actual pergola widths.) Any projection from the house can be ordered, up to 21’. When ordering the Forester model, measure the full distance between the anchoringpoints at each end of the track. The factory will make the necessary adjustments to your measurements to allow for the brackets at each end.The factory will also include a track Extender (see right) for one end of each track to help you compensate for any minor measuring errors.Measure the horizontal distance (projection) from the anchoring point, as indicated below:

3. Determine projection of canopies.

When ordering the Capri (aluminum support system)or the Greenbriar (vinyl support system), the projec-tion measurement should be made from the side oroverhang of the house to the outside edge (outsideedge to outside edge if free-standing) of where youintend to position the support post. See illustrationsof support posts at right for the appropriate postbase dimensions.

Please note: Actual canopy length will be 6”to 10”shorter than projection measurement to accommodate track mounting hardware.

If you have a Capri,Capri II,Greenbriar (fixed posts) orShadeRetreat,you can wrap the curtains around the outsideof the corner posts for complete privacy. If you have aShadeTree pergola,simply measure the distance between theoutermost/corner supports. For the front of Capri systems*,order 1 curtain per canopy as track hardware may interfere.

Cabana Curtains are custom-made and can be easily adapted to yourexisting structure using our Strip Tracks. The Curtains also fit easily intothe bottom channel of the ShadeTree tracks. Simply measure thelength of the area(s) you would like to cover and tell us how many andwhat size panels you desire. Wood mount $44.95 per linear foot (includestracks), track mount $39.95 per linear foot. Indicate desired length.
