Option A: Three (3) column page format with banner artwork extending across all three columns. Proposal is to change the image and rotate call-out concepts upon refresh. Call-out concepts are: 1) Building Community; 2) Encouraging Communication; 3) Finding Compassion; and 4) Promoting Cooperation. The first two lines of introductory text will also change as per each call-out to support and payoff the concept.

Option B: Three (3) column page format with banner artwork extending across center column only. Proposal is to also change the image and rotate call-out concepts upon refresh. Call-out concepts are: 1) Building Community; 2) Encouraging Communication; 3) Finding Compassion; and 4) Promoting Cooperation. Links to important information on the side navigation remain throughout the site. Right panel will disappear on sub-pages to allow text to extend across two (2) columns.

Option C: Shows the same option B design with a change in background color. Three (3) column page format with banner artwork extending across center column only.
