South Asia regional head for Ariba software implementations since July 07 Led the strategic revival of the Aribas south Asias software business. The business has turned around into a profitable venture. Customer satisfaction index has gone up by 50% in an years time. Ensured zero attrition where as the attrition earlier was running at >50%. Managing an independent P&L with a team of senior managers, directors across entire South Asia region. Leading strategic large sized accounts / deals in implementations, support and Pre-sales across large customers in India, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia Working on Consulting assignments with them to deliver solutions (technology based) around Contracts, sourcing, procurement and Payables, that would enable cost savings (basically referred to as spend management). Spent 4.5 years with Genpact (erstwhile GE Capital International Services), Gurgaon as Global Service Delivery Leader, (Assistant Vice President) from Mar 2003 - Jun 2007. Handled a team of 200+ people on a revenue of 10 MM Dollars.
