I would HOPE NRC and others are looking into using personnel from theJapan Plant in FULL SPACE WALK SUITS AND SPECIAL CARTS TO MOVEEQUIPMENT IN PLACE FOR WASHDOWN OR FILLING AREAS WITH

FRESH WATER IF NOT SALT WATER VIA BOOMS AND FAN DELIVERY OFUNLIMITED WATER. External TANKS could allow additional OXYGEN ORAIR for those in suits, even allow driving long distances PLUS RADStickercould be inside face shield and RADTriage unit could be outside taped toclothing in a special packet to watch radiation levels !

Please review with NRC the effectiveness of using NASA SPACE WALKSUITS with power packs and breathing items allowing HOURS perhaps towork then get back to safety wash down and retrieval sites. Items can beloaded in Florida Cape Area to super sonic jets then dropped over JAPANAREAS much like we recommended AIR DROPS OF SUPPLIES NEEDEDINCLUDING GENERATORS AND CABLES.

Remember SPACE WALK HAS TO HAVE SPECIAL PROTECTION FROMRADIATION..... Might be useful to those in Japan having the special SUITSwith air packs allowing multiple WALKS IN JAPAN. Batteries andcontractor lights would allow illumination, only thing missing would be CBRADIO WITH SPEAKER AND MAGNETIC MOUNT ANTENNA tocommunicate with those assisting.

Fresh WATER is there to be supplied in huge trucks and containers suchas even TANKER SHIPS OR BARGES FULL OF WATER to the port areawhere it can be pulled into piping to supply FRESH WATER to the areas

needed instead of Salt Water if desired. My earlier suggestion was tobring in pallets of BLADDER UNITS but now I understand only low levelAircraft Drops might supply water for the Plant.

Please VERIFY WITH NRC that the NASA SPACE SUITS ARE SUITABLEAND GET THEM ONBOARD IN JAPAN IF NEEDED.
