IINDUSTRIAL INSULATION I

TASOEEF evolved from an association with a recognized international industrial insulation

contractor who had many years of experience in this field in work overseas as well as the

years of experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. TASOEEF honed it's capabilities

during the early eighties with work carried out for Aramco. The work involved design,

supply and installation of a specialist thermal insulation system to the Sulphur Pipeline

running between Berri and Jubail.

TASOEEF always moved forward, carrying out insulation projects to piping, vessels, tanks

and equipment on at least majority of the SABle Plants in Jubail. TASOEEF's knowledge

in all realms of energy conservation and their extensive resources in both skilled manpower

and modern equipment, place them amongst the top industrial contractors in the Kingdom

of Saudi Arabia. Particular attention is given to professionalism, quality, service and above

all safety when working in a potentially hazardous environment.

TASOEEF has in-house resources to operate turnkey packages including design, supply and

installation of insulation and cladding systems respective of the specific divisionalised

structure.

REFRACTORY I

Our Refractory Division hardly needs any introduction to the petrochemical, ferrous and

non-ferrous industries in the Kingdom from past two decades for outstanding technical

services. The refractory division is featured in three wings as follows

1. Refractory evaluation, designing and engineering.

2. Capability to supply all types of Refractories reputed make of any volume.

3. Complete installation of linings, which include all forms of applications like shaped

and unshaped (Plastic monolithics) refractory casting and gunning application.

4. Updating offering solutions for Refractory trouble shooting area.

Apart from the above features we also stock various refractory materials like Bricks,

Castables, CF Blankets and Insulation Boards to meet the emergency requirements of our

esteemed customers.

The division manned with highly experienced and Qualified Ceramic Graduates selected

from Refractory Manufacturing, Application and Engineering sectors with a team of skilled

technical crew specialized in Gunning, Castable Refractory, Brickwork and Ceramic Fiber

Product Applications.

Dedicated involvement of our crew in the core sector industries since the last two decades

has trained them to meet the required quality of application to the best satisfaction of our

customers.

TASQEEF represents several renowned overseas manufacturers / suppliers in the Kingdom

for various shaped and unshaped refractories. Besides, we also manufacture different

grades of shaped refractory with our in-house technology and also have the provision of

preheating facilities for precast blocks as well as Insitu Dry-Up of Refractories.

The division remarkably carried out prestigious projects of various industries like Sabic,

Aramco and many other Government organizations, while it was equally attentive to render

services to small sectors/industries for their regular maintenance and new projects to the

highest degree of satisfactions on techno-commercial aspects.

I FIRE PROTECTION I

TASQEEF is applicator of different Fireproofing products including the following;

1. CHARTEK Fireproofing materials manufactured by Textron specialty

materials USA.

Chartek is a Scientifically formulated mix of thermally

reactive chemical in a tough epoxy resin matrix.

Fireproofing materials manufactured by Arabian Vermiculite

Industries.

A cementitious spray applied material required only the

addition of water on the job site to form a consistence

pumpable starry.

Fireproofing materials manufactured by Carboline, USA.

Pyrocrete is a light weight Cementitious inorganic fireproofing

formulation single powder component mixed with clean

potable water prior to application.

Fireproofing by Gunniting procedure.

The fireproofing activities includes blasting and priming of

steel, cleaning of primed steel, installation of mesh

reinforcement, applications and clean up.

The thickness of fireproofing is decided based on the required

fire rating and choice of application and the type and size of

structures.

The areas of application covers Gas & Oil Storage Tanks,

Structural Columns, Beams and other structures. Pre-

fabricated panels for cable trays and hanger supports.

I ROOFING, WATERPROOFING & PONDS, TANKS LINING I

TASQEEF's Roofing and Waterproofing Division was started during 1983. Since then

prestigious projects have been undertaken using a variety of materials available today. As

the technology in roofing has advanced, TASQEEF has taken the initiative and moved

astride with developments, resulting in this division being a key part of the company.

Consequently TASQEEF is now one of the leading installers of EPDM, Hypalon and PVC

systems.

The above roofing systems are cost efficient and flexible for all varying design applications

for both new and re-roofing systems. These highly flexible, but at the same time,

extremely durable membranes, are manufactured from Ethylene Propylene Diene

Terpolymer - (EPDM), Chlorosulphonated Poly Ethylene - (CSM/HYPALON) and Polyvinyl

Chloride-(PVC).

Complete resistance to ultraviolet and ozone attack, combined with modern installation

methods have made correct systems the most successful waterproofing material available

today.

In order to offer a complete system package, TASQEEF has embarked upon a quality

assurance programme designed for clients where insurance backed guarantees and

maintenance performance requirements are essential. These system packages areinspected by independent qualified consultants. TASQEEF, with all of these attributes, can

now undertake the entire roofing process from conception, design, and installation to

handover, maintenance and beyond.

TASQEEF has recognized the advancement in Roofing Technology and consequently can

Apart from polymer based Roofing Systems, TASQEEF has the capability to undertake any

insulation and waterproofing works using Polyurethane Foam Spray and Roof Coating on

Roof decks or on cavity walls with it's competent and qualified manpower on hand and

newly built mobile foam rig equipment. TASQEEF can waterproof tank linings whether it is

I CONCRETE RESTORATION I

TASQEEF Concrete Restoration Division is rapidly expanding by adding expertise and

professional managerial team, Engineers, Supervisors and highly skilled labors in order

to enlarge and enhance the performance of the division. This is added to a continue

staff training programs for different aspects such as (a). QA/QC Adherence Inspection

Procedure (b). General Safety Procedure (c). Equipment Safety and Maintenance (d).

I SURFACE PREPARATION & COATINGS I

.The Surface Preparation & Coatings Division of TASQEEF is rapidly expanding, adding

to their conventional systems and entering into new spheres of activity, promoting

the very latest in Equipment and Coating Technology, Surface Preparation and the

application of modern protective coatings are highly skilled operations, we believe in

our training programme which is ongoing to include. (a) Safety procedures (b)

Equipment Safety and Maintenance (c) Surface Preparation Quality Procedure (d)

Coating Application Quantity Procedure (e) QA/QC Inspection Procedures. Training

gives on & workforce the advantage to being fully trained. This in turn gives the

B) BLASTING SYSTEM

BLASTRAC has been accepted as the ideal method for surface preparation for

many years in America and Europe by Military, Aviation and Construction

Companies. Blastrac is particularly suited for the removal of contaminates and

old coatings on steel, concrete, asphalt etc. or for preparing these surfaces

prior to application of new coatings.

There are various floor surfaces, each one performing a specific function.

Some examples are skid-resistant surfaces providing safe areas for pedestriansand vehicles, clean and hygienic surfaces ensuring the welfare of employees

and the quality of products in factories, shops and warehouses and finally

durable, long lasting surfaces, allowing easier maintenance and housekeeping.

SOME EXAMPLES OF IT'S USE RANGE FROM:

BLASTRAC is a revolutionary dry-blast system that enables you to tailor all

types of surfaces to suit your particular requirements. BLASTRAC can clean,

texture and prepare concrete/ asphalt/ stone and steel.

BLASTRAC's fully enclosed system is environmentally clean and consistently

out performs any other method of surface preparation with minimum

disturbance to the client. An example of this is the fact that BLASTRAC

equipment can be used without the need for dust covers or the closing off of

areas to other trades and personnel thus allowing continuous safe use of the

site. It also allows for simultaneous preparation and coating.

Not only is BLASTRAC substantially quicker than other techniques/ it also cuts

out the more unpleasant aspects of surface texturing :-

=> Obtrusive noise/ irritating dust and troublesome debris caused by

conventional scabbllnq, scarifying and open blast techniques.

=> Toxic waste disposal and inconsistent results associated with chemical and

acid etching.

=> Costly coating failures caused by moisture and dust retention on the

prepared surface.

Blastrac can prepare a surface ranging from a very fine profile to exposure of

aggregate on concrete/ with an output of up to 600 m2 per day on concrete, dust-free

and efficiently.

1. Removal of rubber and other contaminate deposits from airport runways.

2. Removal of anti-skid coatings from naval vessel flight decks.

3. Preparing floors in operational petrochemical and industrial plants hospital, food

plants etc. Removal of oil and grease contamination whilst all essential plant and
