Quick and easy cable installation
Very high cavity space utilization factor
High side stability Divider systems for reliablecable separation
Connecting pieces with integrated strain relief comb
EasyTraxExtremely quick cable installation, extra-stable thanks to two-component technology
Very fast cable installation by simply pressing in the cables
Very high cavity utilization factor due to flexible crossbars swivelling in the direction of the carrier and not into the cable space
Rugged chain constructionExtensive unsupported lengthHigh torsional rigidityVery quiet thanks to integrated noise damping
system Intelligent 2-shot-design:hard cable carrier body, flexible lamella crossbars
Gentle on the cables –interior space without projecting edges
Very quiet thanks to internalnoise damping system
Very fast cable installation by simply pressing in of the cables
Designs with inside radius or outside radius opening cross-bars
Vertical dividers for reliablecable separation
Extensive unsupported length
High strength glass-fiber reinforced sidebands
Every chain link is made oftwo different materials:Hard cable carrier body made
of fiberglass-reinforced material Flexible lamella crossbars made
of flexible special plastic

Designs completely made of non-reinforced material– long unsupported lengths can only be implementedwith sag.

Even greater side stability a locking stroke systemThe stops are locked in the bend radius stop and pretension stop. This prevents snapping out in these areas and achieves veryhigh lateral stability.
High flexibility, high cavity utillization – very quick cable installation thanks to simple pressing in of the cables. The elastic material of the lamella crossbar significantly shor-tens the assembly times. The cable carrier is laid simply by pressing the cables in. The def ined swivel direction in thedirection of the cable allows a significantly higher utilizationfactor than in systems where cables are inserted into the cablespace from above. The new crossbar design also allows theuse of dividers for cable separation.
High stability – long unsupported lengths thanks to fiberglass-reinforced material. The use of fiberglass reinforced special plastic in the suppor-ting area of the cable carrier makes it possible to nearly double the unsupported length compared to designs manu-factured entirely from non-reinforced materials.

EasyTrax - allows very high cavity utilization. Crossbars swivel forward and not down into the cavity.
High flexibility, high cavity utilization - very quick and easy install thanks to simple press-in cable installation.
Even greater side stability thanks to a special locking stroke system
The use of special glass-fiber reinforced plastic in the link sideband makes it possible to nearly double the unsupported operational length when compared to other standard press-in cable carrier designs that are typically molded completely of non-reinforced materials.
