AND VISION

美國總統柯立芝曾說：「沒有企業可以只為自己生存，它提供許多的服務，不

是為自己，而是為別人。」為企業推動社會責任下了明確註腳。

家樂福秉持「堅守承諾」、「用心關懷」、「正面積極」三大企業核心價值，

關懷慈善、藝術、教育、體育、環保各領域，成為多元公益議題的倡議者與實踐者，

激盪出實踐企業社會責任 (CSR)的創新做法，由募款、募物資、募人三個面向著手，

讓社會公益藍圖更形健全。

我們運用通路優勢募款，推行【零錢捐募款計畫】，不只針對偏鄉部落學童，

更擴展到都會地區弱勢兒少，透過民眾愛心捐款，幫助更多的青少年圓夢，後續將

進一步籌設幸福小舖，成為弱勢家庭的穩定經濟來源，讓每一塊錢發揮最大的效益。

President of the United States President Calvin Coolidge once said "No enterprise can

exist for itself alone. It ministers to some great need, it performs some great service, not for

itself, but for others." His statement explains clearly an enterprise's social responsibilities.

Carrefour upholds the 3 core values "Committed", "Caring" and "Positive" to care

about various fields such as charity, cultural and arts, education, sports and environmental

protection, thereby becoming an advocate and practitioner of diverse public welfare, in turn

stimulating innovative approaches to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The three-way

method involves the raising of funds, resources and manpower to make the social public

welfare blueprint more comprehensive.

We launched the "Petty Cash Donation Box Program" by capitalizing on our

advantage in channels to help not only children and students in remote townships but also

disadvantaged youngsters in the city. Through the public's donation, more youngsters will be

able to materialize their dreams. Furthermore, the carry-fortune store will be established

to act as a steady source of income for disadvantaged households, where benefit of every

dollar will be optimized.

我們為弱勢家庭募集實 (食 )物，【食物募集‧幸福傳

愛】整合全國食物銀行成立小聯盟，鼓勵民眾進行實體捐物。

由不定期募集物資擴展成為食物銀行的穩定供應者，持續為

弱勢團體盡一份心力。未來還將設立實體食物銀行超市，這

是我們的公益想望。

我們也藉由 CSR體現人的價值，【好厝邊社區發展暨企

業志工計劃】整合員工的專業發展能力，增進企業和社區的

合作關係。後續將由企業志工推廣到社區志工，號召民眾共

同加入社區服務，推動志工人才庫一起做公益。

In order to raise commodities and food for disadvantaged

families, the "National Food Collection Campaign" integrates

food banks nationwide to form a small alliance and encourage the

public to donate tangible commodities. From irregularly raising

resourcesto becoming a steady supplier for the food banks, we aim

to improve the welfare of disadvantaged groups. In the future, we

also intend to establish brick and mortar food bank supermarkets;

this is our aspiration for public welfare.

In addition, we want to embody the value of people through

CSR, hence the "Store-Community CSR Sponsorship Program and

Business Volunteer Project" integrates the employees' professional

development skills to enhance the cooperative relationship

between businesses and communities. Subsequently, the business

volunteers will promote the concept to community volunteers,

who in turn urge the public to participate in community service

and public welfare.

今年，家樂福文教基金會再度榮獲《遠見雜誌》的企業

社會責任評鑑「教育推廣組楷模獎」之殊榮，從眾多 CSR方

案的競爭中脫穎而出，不僅是肯定也促使我們更看重自身善

盡企業回饋社會的一份責任。家樂福未來將善用通路力量，

成為友善空間，成立公益平臺，發揮社會影響力，號召更多

企業及民眾一起為這塊土地而努力。

This year, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has once again stood

out from 163 CSR solutions to receive the honor of "Model

Award in the Education Promotion Category" for Global Views

Monthly's 10th CSR Award. This not only serves as recognition

of our endeavor but also encourages us to place more emphasis

on CSR. In the future, Carrefour will take advantage of our

resources as a major channel to create friendly spaces, public

welfare platforms and exert a positive influence on society, thereby

appealing to more businesses and people to make contributions to

the local communities.

家樂福秉持用心關懷、堅守承諾、正面積極三大核心理念，主動與

臺灣兩大「食物銀行」組織合作，號召民眾捐出食物，協助弱勢

家戶三餐溫飽；藉由「好厝邊社區發展計畫」，由企業志工為起點，

外部志工成為同心圓，將愛傳遞到社會每個角落；善用家樂福的通路

募款，鼓勵民眾進行零錢捐，協助弱勢青少年成就夢想。家樂福用心

關懷，持續發揮影響力，致力實踐家家快樂又幸福的理念，哪裡有需

要，家樂福就在哪裏！

In close collaboration with 2 major "food banks" in Taiwan, Carrefour has

urged the public to donate food in order to help feed disadvantaged families.

Through the "Store-Community CSR Sponsorship Program", volunteers

and Carrefour staff joint efforts to send love to every corner of society.

Furthermore, appeal is made to the public to donate loose change through

Carrefour's fundraising channel so as to help youths from disadvantaged

communities to materialize their dreams. Carrefour continues to care about

the society by exerting our influence and implementing the philosophy of

bringing happiness to every home; where there is need, there is Carrefour!

Being able to enjoy hot food with our beloved ones is something we

take for granted, yet this is an unreachable dream for many disadvantaged

households.

Carrefour initiated the "National Food Collection Campaign" in

collaboration with the Chinese Christian Relief Association (CCRA) and

Red Cross Taichung Food Bank. From November 19 (Wed.) to December

2 (Tues.), over the 2 weeks, the public was urged to donate food and

commodities to disadvantaged families at the "Food Collection Points" at

Carrefour stores. In so doing, the money saved by these families can be used

for their children's education, medical care and health insurance etc.

隨時有熱騰騰的食物享用，有心愛的人陪伴用

餐，我們覺得唾手可及的幸福，卻是弱勢家戶

遙不可及的夢想。

家樂福發起【食物募集、幸福傳愛】活動，並

與中華基督教救助協會 1919食物銀行及紅十字會臺

中市支會食物銀行共同合作。自 11月 19日 (三 )起

至 12月 2日 (二 )為期兩週，號召民眾到全臺家樂

福門市所設立的「食物募集站」捐贈食物與日常用

品給弱勢家庭，幫助他們三餐溫飽，也讓弱勢家戶

省下買食物的錢而用於子女教育、醫療保健等開支。

1.【食物募集、幸福傳愛】鼓勵員工如同種子一般，在他人心

中開出幸福的花朵，也為自己帶來助人的喜悅。

"National Food Collection Campaign" encourages employees to become blossoms of happiness to bring joy for others as well as themselves.

2.民眾可以在全臺家樂福門市設置的「食物募集站」捐贈弱勢

家庭最急需的物資。

People can donate urgently needed materials at the "Food Collection Points" inside Carrefour stores nationwide.

3.家樂福集團基金會捐出一臺冷凍車與一座冷藏室予食物銀行

組織。

Carrefour Group Foundation donated a refrigerator truck and cold chamber to the food bank.

根據內政部的資料，2014年納入「社會救助法」補助的中低收入戶人口

數達 61萬人，約佔全國總人口的 2.6%。貧窮與食物匱乏的問題促使臺灣許多

食物銀行組織更加積極尋找長期、穩定的合作夥伴，而家樂福文教基金會秉持

著「家家快樂又幸福」的信念，還有來自家樂福通路、運輸、倉儲等企業專業

能力的支持，對於此議題更深感責無旁貸，期許可以成為臺灣食物銀行的倡議

先鋒。

家樂福今年首次發起大規模的食物募集計劃，向民眾募集到 30噸的 (實 )

食物，相當 6萬份的餐食，透過 4,000位志工，一同幫助臺灣 24,000戶次的經

濟弱勢與急難家庭度過一個溫暖的冬天。

According to MOI's statistics, there are about 610,000 people were classified

as medium to low income households under the Public Assistance Act in 2014,

constituting 2.6% of the national population. The problem of poverty and food shortage

has prompted many food bank organizations in Taiwan to proactively search for long

term and stable partners. Based on Carrefour's philosophy of "Bringing Happiness

to Every Household", we felt an obligation to intervene this situation. We utilized

Carrefour corporation core strength channel, logistic and warehouse management, to

advocate Taiwan food banks and become the frontier to fight poverty and hunger.

This year, Carrefour initiated a large scale food raising program, where 30 tons

of food (materials) were raised from the public - equivalent to 60,000 meals – were

distributed to 24,000 financially disadvantaged and underprivileged households via 4,000

volunteers, so that they can be endowed with a touch of warmth during the winter.

家樂福是臺灣第一家通路業者採用「實體捐物」的模式來

募集食物！有別於其他業者以食物條碼捐或者發放食物券的方

式表達愛心，家樂福是在 69家門市的收銀線外設立「食物募

集站」，提供民眾便捷的捐物管道。食物銀行收到家樂福募集

而來的食物之後，中華基督教救助協會 1919食物銀行由志工

到府關懷與陪伴提供受助家庭，同時送上所需的日常物資；而

紅十字會臺中市支會食物銀行則是成立實體店面，讓受助家庭

前往食物銀行超市領用物資，使受助戶可以自由地挑選食物，

即使接受救濟，仍能保有尊嚴。

Carrefour is the first retail company in Taiwan adopting the

"tangible donation" approach to raise food! Unlike other corporations

that demonstrate love through barcode food donations or food

coupons, Carrefour has set up "Food Collection Points" outside the

cashier at 69 stores nationwide to provide a convenient donation

channel for the public. After receiving food gathered by Carrefour,

the CCRA 1919 Food Bank's volunteers deliver the necessary

commodities to the disadvantaged families, while the Red Cross

Taichung Food Bank has also established brick and mortar stores so

that the disadvantaged families can select food freely from the food

bank supermarket. By doing so, they can retain their dignity even if

they are receiving charity.

【食物募集、幸福傳愛】是一個社會集體互助的愛的行

動，家樂福特別推出「買一送一」的特別優惠，鼓勵民眾積

極參與，發揮聚沙成塔的力量，提供各地食物銀行組織穩定

的食物來源，幫助更多需要的家庭，樹立臺灣食物捐贈的新

典範。

同時在家樂福集團的資助下，捐贈一臺冷凍車及一座大

型專業冷藏室給中華基督教救助協會 1919食物銀行，成為運

送物資與與保存食物的最佳配備，將更多的幸福傳遞出去。

這項計畫在家樂福全球 10 個國家 3,500家門市也同步展

開（中國、巴西、比利時、臺灣、西班牙、法國、波蘭、阿根廷、

義大利、羅馬尼亞），向社會大眾宣導食物銀行的精神與提

倡捐贈食物的新型態公益行為，促使全球杜絕浪費、減少飢

餓為目標。

"National Food Collection Campaign" is an act of love by the collective movement from our society. Carrefour has launched the "buy-

one-get-one-free" promotional offer to encourage the public to support the program and unleash the power of teamwork by providing

food bank organizations throughout the country with a steady source of food, so that they can help more families in need and create a new

paradigm of food donation in Taiwan.

At the same time, Carrefour Group sponsored a refrigerator truck and a large professional cold chamber to the CCRA 1919 Food Bank,

so that they can be equipped with the best logistics and food storage tools in order to deliver more love to the society.

The program was also implemented in 3,500 Carrefour stores across 10 countries worldwide (China, Brazil, Belgium, Taiwan, Spain,

France, Poland, Argentina, Italy and Romania) to advocate the spirt of the food bank and promote the new public welfare initiative in the form

of food donation. The ultimate goal is to eliminate waste and hunger globally.

一直以來，家樂福陪伴了許多家庭的幸福與成

長，今年 8月 1日，臺灣高雄發生令人震驚的

石化氣爆，帶來了重大損害與傷亡。意外發生時，

每一位受災戶對家樂福而言都是最珍視的親人，賑

災行動刻不容緩！

家樂福體會災民迫切的需求，氣爆地區附近的

家樂福門市如光華店、五甲店、鳳山店、成功店一

致投入救災行列，不分你我，一起捲起袖子熱心幫

忙準備救災物品，在事件發生的第一時間內，立即

捐贈相關物資給高雄市政府社會局緊急救難中心，

為災區提供食物、飲水等民生物資，幫助災民度過

難關。

For a long time, Carrefour has accompanied countless families through

happiness and growth. On August 1 this year, the shocking gas explosion

incident occurred in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, resulting in catastrophic damages and

casualties. When a disaster occurs, Carrefour regards every disaster-stricken

household as our dearest family, and therefore disaster relieve efforts were

immediately launched!

Carrefour understands the needs of the disaster victims, hence

Carrefour stores in the vicinity of the gas explosion area sprang into action

to join disaster rescue effor ts, including Guanghua store, Wujia store,

Fengshan store and Chenggong store. Everyone enthusiastically helped to

prepare disaster relief materials and donated them to the Social Affairs

Bureau emergency disaster rescue center, Kaohsiung City Government in

order to provide food and drinking water to the disaster area and help the

disaster victims to get through the crisis.

1.家樂福員工自願擔任電話接聽志工，參與紅十字會與華視於8月7日晚間舉辦

的賑災募款晚會直至深夜，為氣爆災民盡一份心力！

Carrefour employees volunteered to become telethon volunteers by participating in the disaster relief telethon organized by CTS during the evening of August 7. They worked until late at night to contribute their efforts for the victims in the gas explosion area!

前，已將飲用水及糧食運送至災區！

Carrefour wasted no time to engage in disaster relief and mobilized all our resources. Before first light after the gas explosion, Carrefour already delivered drinking water and food to the disaster area!

4.8月1日高雄發生石化氣爆意外，這一夜，我們看見臺灣人的堅韌與勇敢！

We witnessed the resilience and bravery of Taiwanese people in the evening of the Kaohsiung gas explosion accident on August 1!

家樂福也響應中華民國紅十字會總會與華視公廣集團於 8

月 7日共同舉辦的「高雄再起」電視現場轉播募款晚會，同仁

們紛紛自告奮勇擔任現場募款接線志工，為了不錯過任何一通

捐款電話，犧牲晚間休息時間，馬拉松式的接力接聽電話。最

終募款金額得超過新臺幣 6千 9百萬元，提供救災行動更大的

助力！

家樂福與共同生長在這片土地的人們站在同一陣線，我們

相信，天光終究到來！我們將協助高雄再起、守護臺灣未來！

In resonance with the "Resurgence of Kaohsiung" telethon

organized by The Red Cross Society of the Republic of China and

Chinese Television System (CTS) on August 7, Carrefour colleagues

volunteered to become telephone operators. In order ensure no

calls are missed, they sacrificed their resting time at night and took

turns to take calls. Eventually, over NT$69,000,000 was raised to

inject more vigor into the disaster relief effort!

Carrefour strives to support the people of Taiwan, because we

believe daylight will come one day and we will be there to foster

Kaohsiung's resurgence and protect Taiwa's future!

企業志工關懷弱勢Carrefour Volunteers Care About Disadvantaged

在地化社區服務以及發展志工已成為企業

公益型態的新趨勢。家樂福除了募款、

募集物資以外，也鼓勵員工一起參與公益服

務，主動投入社區關懷。於是在 2013年初發

起【家樂福好厝邊社區發展計劃】，以「用心

關懷、長期投入」為宗旨，推動企業志工服

務，將公益行動落實於社區中，實踐家樂福在

地回饋、在地服務的理念。

好厝邊計劃讓家樂福不只是社區的好鄰

居，也提供全方位的人道關懷，成為在地熱心

公益的服務平臺。我們與當地村里長、地方社

福團體合作，同時整合在地資源，瞭解在地需

要，讓公益服務更多元化，並符合在地需求。

好厝邊計畫的服務面向涵蓋文化藝術、

教育推廣、慈善關懷、保健與環保服務等。或

與健康中心合作，關懷獨居老人；或與藝文團

體合作，進行富有生命教育意義的表演等等，

將公益行動走入社區之中。這一年來，家樂福

企業志工共累計服務時數達 5,425小時，執行

了 76個專案計畫，14,490人次的弱勢民眾受

益。

家樂福期待【好厝邊社區發展計劃】能

發揮拋磚引玉之力，讓企業志工的精神，獲得

社區其他商家與民眾的迴響，大家一起來幫助

社區弱勢民眾，為社區帶來正向的力量。

Developing localized community service and volunteer service have become

the new trend in business public welfare. Besides raising funds and materials,

Carrefour also encourages employees to partake in public welfare service together

by actively involving in community care. Consequently, the "Store-Community CSR

Sponsorship Program" was launched in 2013, where the philosophy of "caring and

long-term commitment" is employed to promote the business volunteer service,

thereby implementing public welfare to community and materialize Carrefour's

"localized feedback, localized service" ideal.

The program enables Carrefour to be more than just a good neighbor in the

community but also provide all-encompassing humanitarian care as well as a service

platform offering enthusiastic public welfare service. Working hand in hand with the

heads of local villages, boroughs and social service organizations, we integrate local

resources to ascertain the local needs in order to make public welfare service more

diversified and conform to local needs.

"Store-Community CSR Sponsorship Program" encompasses culture & arts,

education development, charity, health care and environmental services. The program

also collaborates with health centers to care about elderly living alone and work with

art & cultural organizations to stage performances that are endowed with significant

meaning in life education, so as to introduce public welfare to the local communities.

Over the past year, Carrefour business volunteers have accumulated 5,425 service

man hours and completed 76 projects to benefit 14,490 disadvantaged people.

Through the "Store-Community CSR Sponsorship Program" , Carrefour

hopes to encourage other stores and residents in the community to follow suit and

support the spirit of business volunteers. Let us help the disadvantaged people in

our community and introduce positive energy.

為增加弱勢兒少的數位能力，五甲店捐

助兩組電腦設備及螢幕予青山育幼院，門市

志工也親自參與和孩子們進行籃球友誼賽，

讓愛與關懷在此匯流。

家樂福長期關懷弱勢族群，每年皆持續以企業核

心能力投入於公益領域。為了協助學習低成

就的偏鄉及弱勢青少年發展多元技能及家庭經濟，

家樂福在全臺門市設置小型零錢募款箱募集教育基

金，幫助臺東「孩子的書屋」，及大臺北地區的「社

團法人中華民國夢想之家青年發展協會」、「財團

法人基督教都市人工作群社會福利事業基金會」、

中正區忠勤里「南機場社會關懷據點」等社福單位，

號召民眾一起捐出手上的零錢，幫助弱勢兒少發展

多元學習環境，學習一技之長，進而完成夢想。

Carrefour has always cared about the disadvantaged communities

and invests in public welfare every year through the group's corporate

competencies. In order to help underachieving youngster s from

disadvantaged communities and remote townships to develop diverse

skill sets and support their family livelihood, Carrefour has installed petty

cash donation boxes throughout Carrefour stores in Taiwan to raise

education funds for them. In addition, Carrefour also supported "Taitung

Kids' Bookhouse", "House of Dreams", "City People Foundation" and "South

Airport Community Care Center" in Greater Taipei by appealing to the

public to donate small change. The aim is to foster the development of a

diverse learning environment for the disadvantaged youngster, so that they

can learn professional skills and realize their dreams.

躍分享愛心，讓小小付出完成弱勢兒少的大大希望。自 2013年 10月至 2014

年 12月，家樂福總共募集了民眾愛心捐款 3,544,431元，計有 6,984人次弱勢

兒少受惠。許多低成就的孩子，在民眾捐款的挹注下，於全國比賽上獲得佳績；

還有一些孩子，因為表現良好，得以出國交流擴展視野；還有更多孩子，因為

這個機會扭轉人生的未來。我們相信，當我們將手上擁有的給予出去時，豐富

的將是孩子與我們的生命，每個孩子的未來都可以變得更精彩！

Our petty cash can become the wings that help the youngsters to fly. Carrefour

encourages people to share their love, because a small act of benevolence and go

a long way in assisting the disadvantaged youngsters to fulfill their dreams. From

October 2013 to December 2014, Carrefour has raised NT$3,544,431 from the

public, benefiting 6,984 disadvantaged youngsters. Many underachieving children

exhibited outstanding performance in national competitions, thanks to the donations

from the public. Some of the children achieved such great results, they were given

the opportunity to travel abroad to expand their horizon, and even more children's

lives and future were changed. We believe that by giving them what we have, both the

children's lives and our lives are enriched, and the future of each child can become so

much more resplendent!

續四年贊助臺灣優質生命協會舉辦的《愛傳承

關懷演唱會》，號召了老中青三代藝人傳唱對於生

命的關愛與支持。臺灣優質生命協會表示：「愛與

公益必須要傳承，讓我們一起將愛與公益在臺灣社

會紮根，使臺灣因愛的傳承而更加美好。」

今年除了在新北、桃園、臺中、臺南、高雄各

舉辦一場不售票的演唱會，今年還加開臺東場，嘉

惠資源較為缺乏的偏鄉地區。由家樂福資助、臺灣

優質生命協會派遣的專車到各社福單位，接送 2,526

位弱勢族群及身心障礙朋友前往演唱會現場，讓他

們得以一圓聆聽演唱會的夢想。

straight years, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has sponsored the "Love,

Heritage Caring Concert" organized by Taiwan U-Life Association, where 3

generations of celebrities are invited to care about people through singing.

According to the Taiwan U-Life Association "Love and charity must be

passed on, let us root love and charity in the Taiwanese society, so as to

make Taiwan a better place via the propagation of love."

In addition to free charity concer ts in New Taipei City, Taoyuan,

Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung, a "Love, Heritage Caring Concert" was also

held in Taitung to benefit the remote townships that are lacking in resources.

Carrefour dispatched shuttle buses to various social welfare organizations to

《愛傳承關懷演唱會》一方面提供資深藝人舞臺機會，在快樂的氣氛中傳遞正向能

量，圓滿演藝生命；另一方面用音樂撫慰人心，共創和諧溫馨的社會。家樂福文教基金會

希望透過藝人對社會大眾的影響力，鼓勵社會大眾一同幫助更多需要關懷的弱勢朋友。

演唱會邀集弱勢單位免費欣賞已屬難能可貴，更值得敬重的是許多重量級藝人響應出

席，包括馮寶寶、劉福助、洪榮宏、陳亞蘭、周蕙無償參與公益義演，讓活動格外生色。

這些演藝人員不只參與演唱會演出，平日也經常到老人院及育幼院的關懷訪視，不在乎自

己名人的身分，相同的是擁有一顆熱忱的心，只為了實踐愛的承諾。

On the one hand, the "Love, Heritage Caring Concert" offers the senior celebrities with a

stage and opportunity to shine, so that they can convey a positive energy amid a joyous atmosphere

and consummate their professional career ; on the other hand, music serves to console people's

souls and foster a harmonious, friendly society. Taiwan Carrefour Foundation hopes to encourage

the public to lend a helping hand to those from the underprivileged community who are in need

through the celebrities' influence on the society.

The free charity concert is not only invites disadvantaged organizations to watch the concert

for free but also allows many heavyweight celebrities including Fung Bo-bo, Liu Fu-zhu, Hong Rong-

hong, Yarlane Chen and Chou Huei to take to the stage once again for the sake of charity. Together,

the star-studded crew livened up the ambiance with their singing. The celebrities not only performed

in concerts but also visited nursing homes or orphanages to care about disadvantaged people; they

don't care about their celebrity status but they share a passionate heart and commitment to bring

love to those around them.

傳統藝術各個面向著力，締造臺灣繁花似錦的藝術環境。

未來，家樂福文教基金會將更積極扶植藝術新銳，給予獲選的優

秀藝文團隊獎助鼓勵，讓藝術獲致盡情發聲的機會，開創生生不息的

Taiwan Carrefour Foundation is dedicated in the cultivation of Taiwan's

culture and art. Over the last 18 years, it has worked with 5 outstanding

arts & cultural groups, including Chai Found Music Workshop, Ten Drum Art

Percussion Group, Cellist Chang Chen-chieh, Diabolo Dance Theater and If

Kids Theatre focused on facets such as theater, dance, music and traditional

arts to create a flourishing art environment in Taiwan.

In the future, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation will continue to develop

家樂福文化藝術季—搖滾 跨界 國樂Carrefour Arts Festival - Chai Found Music Workshop

采風樂坊讓國樂變搖滾了！家樂福文教基金會與

采風樂坊致力於讓傳統文化向下紮根，3月 8

日 (六 )在桃園展演中心演出的《東方傳奇．搖滾國

樂》，成功地將「搖滾樂」融入「國樂」中，選用

國樂中二胡、琵琶、嗩吶、古箏、揚琴、阮咸、笛

子等具有代表性的傳統樂器，與西方音樂中的 Live

Band、DJ混音等流行元素完美結合，演奏具有藝術

性與可親性的原創曲，吸引更多青年朋友體會國樂

的魅力，為國樂注入嶄新的音樂靈魂，成為跨文化

的代表作，也為「2014家樂福文化藝術季」揭開序

幕。

Chai Found Music Workshop has infused Chinese orchestra with

rock & roll! Taiwan Carrefour Foundation and Chai Found are dedicated to

promote grassroots education in traditional culture on grassroots education

development. Thus on March 8, "Eastern Legend – Rock & Roll Chinese

Orchestra" was held at the Taoyuan County Performing Arts Center. A

fusion of Chinese orchestra instruments and western musical elements

were used, including erhu, pipa, suona, guzheng, yangqin, ruan, flute, live band

and DJ remixing. The popular performance embedded new soul in Chinese

orchestra and attracted more youths to experience traditional ar t. The

iconic cross-cultural music also raised the curtain for "2014 Carrefour Arts

Festival".

Chai Found Music Workshop's stunning performance bedazzled the audience of thousands.

采風樂坊的團員拋開傳統框架，全程背譜，並且站立演奏，一邊搖滾國樂、一邊變化隊形，

打破了傳統國樂的演出形式。團長黃正銘更要求演奏好手們必須接受舞蹈訓練，融入角色情境，

結合肢體、表情、動作⋯等劇場要素，演奏的同時表演街舞，成為跨領域型態的節目，帶給觀

眾耳目一新的視聽饗宴與動感效果。

《東方傳奇‧ 搖滾國樂》音樂會從舞臺、燈光一直到服裝設計全都精心打造，表演者變

身成最耀眼的 Rocker，畫上酷炫的彩妝和龐克髮型，穿著深黑色的潮牌服飾，讓國樂演出也可

以很時尚，更顛覆國樂在民眾心目中嚴肅保守的刻板印象。

Musicians from Chai Found memorized their repertoires and performed rock & roll, Chinese

orchestral music while changing their formations on the stage. President of Chai Found, Huang Chen-

ming made sure his performers receive dance training so they can blend into the characters. With theater

elements such as body language, expressions and movements, they performed street dance with Chinese

orchestra to present the audience a dynamic feast of sight and sound.

The stage, lighting and costumes for the concert were meticulously designed to transform the

performers into dazzling rockers sporting stunning make-up, punk hairstyle and the trendiest black clothing.

Chinese orchestra is not only chic, its stern stereotypical impression has also been given a makeover.

Inspired by traditional art, Chai Found has expanded the potential of Chinese orchestra, as it is

no longer just an accompaniment for Taiwanese opera or temple fair. By unleashing their expertise

and challenging different disciplines, they are not only famous in the domestic music industry but have

also appeared in numerous international events, including the Barcelona Arts Festival, Hoergaenger

contemporary music festival in Austria and Cologne Music Festival.

Thanks to their infinite potential and creativity, Chai Found's crossover performances created

diverse perspectives to attract new audiences and familiarize them with the aesthetics of Eastern music.

Taiwan Carrefour Foundation hopes to enrich the Taiwanese public's cultivation with Chai Found's

performance.

法國作曲家聖桑的《動物狂歡節》以各種樂器音

色模擬不同動物的形象，無論是笨重的大象，

或者慢吞吞的烏龜，全被模仿得唯妙唯肖，適合父

母帶著孩子一起聆賞，現在，臺灣也有自己的《動

物狂歡節》了！

3月 29日於臺南文化中心演藝廳盛大演出的

《動物狂歡節》，點子王大提琴家張正傑讓臺灣特

有的《白鷺鷥》遇上法國最優美的《天鵝》，吃著

水草樂悠悠的魚兒也游入聖桑的水族館，陣容堅強

的《兩隻老虎》迎戰法國雄赳赳的《獅子》，吃苦

耐勞的《小毛驢》則去抗衡聖桑的《野驢》，讓臺

灣孩子朗朗上口的歌謠和法國人的作品大 PK，在親

子音樂會上展開對決。

French composer Saint-Saëns's "The Carnival of the Animals" uses

different timbres to mimic animals such as the lumbering elephant or

sluggish turtle realistically. Now, Taiwan also has its own version of "The

Carnival of the Animals" !

For "The Carnival of the Animals" at the Performance Hall of Tainan

Municipal Cultural Center, cellist Chang Cheng-chieh let "The Swan" meet

Taiwan's "White Heron", while the schools of fish grazing on water plants

also made their way into Saint-Saëns's aquarium. Meanwhile, "Two Tigers"

meets "The Lion", and the "Little Donkey" faces off with Saint-Saëns's "Wild

Jackass" to begin a dialogue between popular Taiwanese children's ballads

and French songs.

大提琴家張正傑此次率領國內優秀音樂家共同合作，

包括臺北市立交響樂團首席中提琴演奏家何君恆、曾在法

國音樂節舉辦長笛大師班的游雅慧、臺北愛樂室內及管絃

樂團首席小提琴家林天吉，及著名鋼琴家謝婉玲及廖皎

含。這些堪稱一時之選的音樂家都在「2014家樂福文化藝

術季」中聚首，為臺灣樂迷量身訂做曲目。

家樂福文教基金會希望透過輕鬆活潑的音樂會，用音

符表達出曼妙多采的動物世界，讓觀眾投入在《動物狂歡

節》的歡樂氛圍中，將童趣結合聽覺，帶領觀眾認識各種

Cellist Chang Cheng-chieh collaborated with brilliant

musicians in Taiwan, including lead violist of Taipei Symphony

Orchestra Ho Chun-heng and You Ya-hui, who held a flute

master's course at the Fête de la musique, as well as lead

violinist Lin Tian-ji of TPSO and renowned pianists Hsieh Wan-

ling and Liao Chiao-han, who came together for "2014 Carrefour

Arts Festival" to compose music exclusively for the audience in

Taiwan.

Taiwan Carrefour Foundation hopes to por tray the

colorful animal kingdom through the lively concert and immerse

the audience in the joyous atmosphere of "The Carnival of the

Animals", where different musical instruments are introduced to

share the magical powers of music, in turn inspire the children's

boundless imagination and creativity.

家樂福文化藝術季—如果兒童劇唱POPCarrefour Arts Festival -If Kids Theatre

Can you imagine a children drama featuring 30 classic Taiwanese

popular songs from the last three decades? Children drama are no longer

exclusively for kids, and If Kids Theatre's "Rhythm Way Back Home" at the

Jhihde Hall, Kaohsiung Cultural Center on February 22 saw children dancing

and singing enthusiastically with their parents !

Besides golden melodies from the 60s~70s such as Tom Chang's "My

Future's Not a Dream", Frankie Kao's "Burn! Firebird" and The Little Tigers'

"Red Dragonfly", the play also incorporated If Kids Theatre's usual theatrical

elements to create a play worthy of the stage at Las Vegas.

你能想像過去二、三十年，臺灣流行樂壇超過 30

首最經典的音樂，匯集在一部兒童劇當中嗎？

兒童劇不再專屬於小朋友，如果兒童劇團於 2月 22

日 (六 )在高雄市文化中心至德堂演出的《舅舅的閣

樓》，讓孩子與爸爸、媽媽熱情的跟著經典歌曲又

歌又舞！

除了張雨生《我的未來不是夢》、高凌風《燃

燒吧！火鳥》、小虎隊《紅蜻蜓》等許多五、六年

級生耳熟能詳的流行金曲之外，《舅舅的閣樓》還

結合了如果兒童劇團擅長的戲劇元素，造就一場媲

美拉斯維加斯的歌舞劇團表演。

這個與眾不同的夢。」家樂福文教基金會連續七年

與如果兒童劇團合作，陪伴孩子說故事、聽故事，

希望能增進父母與孩子的互動與溝通，尊重孩子的

獨特性，在藝術欣賞中分享親子的幸福時光！

《舅舅的閣樓》敘述一個小女孩橫跨三代、穿

越時空，拯救迷失自我的舅舅，主人翁為了追求夢

想，而傷害了身邊最親近的人。全劇融合冒險、魔

幻、親情、友情，如果兒童劇團運用戲劇連結親子

習題，希望小朋友看了開心，爸爸、媽媽也跟著感

動。鼓勵親子不要把愛藏在心裡，要勇敢說出來。

According to If Kids Theatre Director Zhao Zi-jiang

"Everyone is a unique gift. Do what you enjoy doing and

you'll fulfil a special dream." For 7 straight years, Taiwan

Carrefour Foundation has worked with If Kids Theatre

to tell bedtime stories for children, hoping to enhance

parent-child relationship and communication, so that

parents can respect the uniqueness of each child and

share quality family time while enjoying art !

"Rhythm Way Back Home" describes how a little

girl transcends 3 generations by passing through space

and time to save her uncle, who has lost his bearings. In

pursuit of dreams, the hero has harmed those closest to

him. The play combines adventure, magic and friendship.

If Kids Theatre addresses parent-child issues through

dramas, so that not only the children are happy, their

parents will also be touched. Parents and children are

encouraged to express their love for each other openly.

"Rhythm Way Back Home" hopes to open the audience's

heart and get up to the attic with the hero, so that they may begin

their adventure and discover the hidden treasures. By listening to

the melodious classic songs, not only will parents be able to relive

wonderful memories from their youth, they can also share a touching

moment with their children, who can learn about their parents'

youthful years and stories. In turn, they will be able to pass down

courage and passion to the future generations. Taiwan Carrefour

Foundation believes that art inspires imagination and broader vision.

With the ability to appreciate art, people will be able to calm their

minds and appreciate the wonderful things in life!

為了一圓弱勢孩童的戲劇夢想，家樂福文教基金會特別邀請了社團法人高雄市茂林婦幼發展協

會的孩童一同觀賞。如果兒童劇團團長，同時也是本劇導演、編劇的趙自強說：「這部戲從 10多年

前就開始醞釀，把經典流行歌曲匯集在兒童劇中，絕對是新的境界！」家樂福文教基金會希望能為

孩子打造美好的藝文環境，讓所有孩子一起參與這美好的時光！

In order to fulfil the theatrical dreams of the disadvantaged children, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation

especially invited children from Maolin District Women & Children's Caring Association to watch the

performance. The Director of If Kids Theatre and the play Chao Tzu-chiang said "Planning for the play started

more than a decade ago, incorporating classic songs into children's play definitely pushes the boundaries of

theater." Taiwan Carrefour Foundation aims to create a great cultural environment for the children to enjoy

the wonderful moment!

舞臺上的光點閃爍跳耀，時而變成一道道光芒，

時而像流星由觀眾後方飛向舞臺，讓人讚嘆連

連，這些光點不是魔術，而是扯鈴。舞鈴劇場《海

洋之心》以環抱臺灣的大海為創意泉源，除了扯鈴

以及舞蹈之外，整齣劇還結合了太鼓、民族音樂、

人聲演唱、體操、3D特技等交織出震撼人心的畫面，

譜出屬於海洋與扯鈴的夢幻交響曲。

《海洋之心》全劇沒有臺詞，角色性格全靠舞

者的肢體動作來表達。在舞者手中，扯鈴幻化成各

種海洋生物，由優雅美麗的人魚公主，帶領愛搗蛋

的泡泡精靈、愛現的小丑魚，以及喜歡耍帥的鯊魚，

探索奇幻多元的海底世界。

The flickering light spots on the stage resembling shooting stars are

actually diabolos. Diabolo Dance Theatre's "Ocean Heart" is inspired by the

ocean; besides diabolo and dance show, the play also incorporates Japanese

drums, folk music, singing, acrobatics and 3D stunts to create a pulsating

symphony of ocean and diabolo.

"Ocean Hear t" has no lines, and the personality of each role is

expressed via the dancer's body language. In the hands of the dancers, the

diabolos transform into abundant marine life, where the graceful mermaid

leads the naughty bubble fairy, flashy clownfish and glitzy shark to explore

the magical undersea world.

舞鈴劇場被國際讚譽為「兩根棍子上的精靈」，4月 12

日 (六 )在臺中市中山堂帶來《海洋之心》，重新編製經典

劇作，透過一幕幕人、鈴、線交織而成美麗的風景。家樂福

文教基金會希望與觀眾朋友一起看見海洋最美的心，分享萬

人感動的美麗新世界。

舞鈴劇場藝術總監劉樂群表示：「希望此作品能讓觀眾

『看見』美好的事物」。他強調：「雖然臺灣人每天看到很

多訊息，卻很少『看見』美好的事物。希望觀眾能從黎明破

曉的曙光，海洋女神喚醒萬物的歌聲，海面風起雲湧的鼓聲，

波光粼粼的光線效果，看見臺灣的希望，以及值得珍惜的美

好」。

Well known as "a devil on two sticks", Diabolo Dance

Theatre's "Ocean Heart" performance at the Taipei Zhongshan Hall

on April 12 presented stunning images through dancers, diabolos

and strings. Taiwan Carrefour Foundation hopes that the audience

can appreciate the beauty of the ocean's heart and the magnificent

new world.

According to Diabolo Dance Theatre Art Director Liu Le-

chun "I hope the performance will enlighten the audience to see

beautiful things." He emphasized "Although people in Taiwan are

bombarded with information every day, they seldom see beautiful

things. From the break of dawn, heavenly voice of the ocean

goddess, thundering drums and glittering lighting effects, I hope the

audience will see new hope in Taiwan and cherish beauty."

《海洋之心》是舞鈴劇場的代表作品，音樂作品皆為藝術總監劉樂群與臺灣作曲家跨

界合作，以製作電影配樂之規格完成的原創音樂。不只如此，舞臺設計、影像、燈光、服

裝等元素也是藝術各界的優秀創作者共同合作完成的鉅作。

舞鈴劇場成功的將扯鈴跳脫民俗技藝的框架，注入藝術感，突破傳統思維的侷限，以

風格新穎的表演模式，成為國際級的表演團體。劉樂群表示：「扯鈴就是臺灣的天燈，要

不斷向上、努力發光，讓全世界看見！」

"Ocean Heart" is Diabolo Dance Theatre's signature performance, and all original musical

creations are composed by Art Director Liu Le-chun in collaboration with famous Taiwanese

composers. Moreover, the stage design, image, lighting and costumes are also the work of

extraordinary artists.

In becoming an international theater group, Diabolo Dance Theatre has successfully broken

diabolo from its traditional folk art framework by infusing artistry and innovativeness. As Liu Le-chun

suggested "Diabolo is like sky lantern, constantly soaring upwards to be seen by the world!"

The founder of Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, Mr. Lin Hwai-min praised Diabolo Dance Theatre as a "Hard-working group quietly

江紅》、到最新創作曲─關雲長《天空斬》，禪意

寧靜及洶湧澎湃的曲風交疊呈現。今年，「家樂福

文化藝術季」邀請十鼓擊樂團帶來全新的節目，在

"Drums" were invented to boost moral on the battlefield. The

樂團發揚傳統音樂的傳承與創新，

並成為民間經營文創產業標竿的歷

程。近十年來，十鼓樂曲不僅入圍

「葛萊美獎」及「美國獨立音樂獎」，

團長謝十更竭力保護糖廠老舊倉庫，

「以舊創新」改造成文化村，引入鼓

樂定目劇，拉近民眾與文創產業的互

動，將十鼓園區蛻變為展現鼓樂文

化的展演空間，創造出一年二十五

萬觀光人次佳績。同時還跨足影劇，

開拍「加油！男孩」電影，傳述保

存文化資產的重要性。向以推廣臺

灣在地藝術文化為己任，十鼓擊樂

團團長─謝十表示，十鼓大部份的

作品，皆以臺灣歷史、人文為創作

題材，精心演繹，以打造真正屬於

臺灣的鼓術音樂為標竿，希望為臺

灣民眾創造特有的藝術文化。

inspired by Taiwan's history, culture and

十鼓擊樂團向以「傳創臺灣本土文化，

發揚鼓樂藝術薪傳」為目標，在今年的演出

中，除了將本土的鼓樂精神表達出來，更注入

創新元素，融合了華人傳統鼓樂及臺灣閩南和

原住民的鼓樂。

在《風雲英雄會》節目中，每一個曲目

都跟臺灣的歷史、土地相關，以「鹿耳門記」

樂曲來說，創作由來就是描述鄭成功登陸鹿耳

門溪口的狀況，以各式鼓聲搭配嗩吶、揚琴等

樂器，讓民眾了解民間流傳的宋江鼓、跳鼓等

民俗藝陣都是隨著鄭成功軍隊而來，具體展現

臺灣的鼓樂特色。這也就是為什麼家樂福基金

會持續支持在地藝文團體，希望為民眾創造本

土美學環境。

The Ten Drum Ar t Percussion Group is

aspired to "Continuing the heritage of Taiwanese

culture and promoting the art of percussion". For

this year's performance, in order to highlight the

spirit of domestic percussion music, the element of

innovation was combined with traditional Chinese,

Fujianese and indigenous percussion music.

In the "Congregation of Heroes" program,

each repertoire is closely related to Taiwan's history

and tradition; taking the "Conquest of Luermen" as

example, it portrays the scenario of Koxinga and

his troops when they made landfall at Luermen

River, therefore a variety of drums, suona horns

and dulcimers were employed to let the public

understand that folk art arrays such as Songjiang

Drums and Drum Dance were introduced to

Taiwan by Koxinga's army, and these performances

embody the characteristics of percussion music in

Taiwan. Taiwan Carrefour Foundation continues to

support local art and culture groups in order to

foster the creation of an aesthetic environment for

the public.

「雲腳」是優人神鼓獨特的肢體訓練

方式，在行走中全程禁語，把

念頭鎖在腳下，專注於觀照，將心性回歸到簡單與

寧靜，以達到動中有靜、靜中有動的境界。

今年，優人神鼓舉辦「美麗臺灣心」雲腳計畫，

45位在生命中迷途的國中少年，共同與 15位優人團

員行腳臺灣三十八天，徒步走了四百五十公里，藉

由磨練意志與體力，希望能找回真實的自我。優人

神鼓以白天行腳，晚上打鼓的方式，進行二十一場

的鼓樂演出，展現對這塊土地的關懷。

"Walking" is the unique physical training technique of U-Theatre, where

talking is strictly prohibited during walking so that the trainees can focus

their thoughts on their feet and return their state of mind to simplicity and

peacefulness, thereby attaining the realm of "Stillness in Motion and Motion

in Stillness".

This year, U-Theatre organized the "Beautiful Heart of Taiwan" walking

program, where 45 junior high school youths who have lost their direction

in life toured Taiwan on their feet with 15 U-Theatre members. Together,

they walked 450km in 38 days; by disciplining their will and fitness, they

hope to rediscover their true selves. U-Theater walked during the day and

played drums at night to express their love for the land of Taiwan through

21 percussion music performances.

優人神鼓深入新竹偏鄉與七所國中學校合作，

在雲腳正式上路前，團員們經過「三打」系統集訓：

以「打拳」強化外在體魄；以「打鼓」學會聆聽與

專注；以「打坐」讓這些年輕的生命找到安定的力量；

最後以雲腳發展心靈身體與土地的連結。

行走時，心很安靜。白天蓄積的能量，成為

夜晚撼動鄉親的鼓聲。我們親眼看見這群年輕人從

舞臺上找回自信，觀眾的掌聲對這群迷途的青少年

而言，不只是讚美，而是代表「原來社會肯接納我

們！」

家樂福文教基金會感動於優人神鼓迷途青少年

的教育關懷，提供行腳所需的物資，希望能帶動臺

灣善的循環，傳遞「美麗臺灣心」。

In collaboration with 7 junior high schools in remote

townships in Hsinchu, U-Theatre's members underwent

3 systematic trainings prior embarking on their journey

on foot. The trainings involved shadowboxing, which

strengthens their physique; drumming, which teaches

listening and concentration skills; meditating, which

imbues the youthful souls with a calming energy. Lastly,

walking served as a connection between their body, mind

and earth.

While walking, their hearts were in a state of peace,

and the energy accumulated during the day becomes

pulsating sounds of percussion at night. We witnessed

the group of youths regain their self-esteem on the stage;

as far as the lost youths are concerned, the applause of

the audience not only serve as compliments but also

represent their acceptance by society.

Taiwan Carrefour Foundation is touched by

U-Theatre's love for the youths who have lost their

direction in life, therefore we provided the necessary

materials for the walk, hoping to generate a cycle of

benevolence and convey the "Beautiful Heart of Taiwan".

1.透過雲腳的過程，幫助青少年學會聆聽與專注，找到生命的方向，展現屬於自己的獨特美麗。

The walking process helped teenagers to learn how to listen and concentrate, so that they can find direction in life and showcase their unique beauty.

2.彰監鼓舞打擊樂團、優人團員、少年鼓手一同展現蛻變後樂觀正向的生命力。

Changhua Prison Guwu Percussion Band, members of U-Theater and young drummers exhibited optimistic attitude towards life after their self-transformation.

3.45位少年鼓手從屏東東港步行至臺北木柵，透過雲腳找到安定自我生命的力量，和面對未來的

勇氣。

45 young drummers walked from Donggang, Pingtung to Muzha, Taipei to find positive energy and the courage for embracing future challenges.

在電影《陣頭》的成功之後，九天成為臺灣家喻

戶曉的民俗技藝團。然而，要怎麼做才能幫

助更多的臺灣青少年呢？九天民俗技藝團在過去總

是透過團員身體力行的方式，向社會傳達「九天精

神」。今年，九天民俗技藝團決定要讓更多臺灣青

年實際進行挑戰自己的過程，體驗靠自己的身體、

靈魂、意志超越極限，完成一次永生難忘的成年禮。

因此，「九天太子極限環臺賽」正式誕生。

為推廣傳統藝術，屢締造壯舉的九天，曾扛著

三太子到沙漠參加極限運動，也曾挑戰玉山，今年

舉辦「第二屆九天太子極限環臺」競賽，共有 4隊

28人啟程，扛著三太子徒步挑戰環臺，花了 28天走

完 1005.3公里。

九天太子極限環臺賽Chio-Tian Folk Drums and Arts Troupe

fter the success of the film "Din Tao: Leader of the Parade", Chio-

Tian became a household name in the folk art performance circle. In order

to help more youths in Taiwan, Chio-Tian Folk Drum and Arts Troupe

has always conveyed the "Chio-Tian spirit" through practice. This year, it

has decided to let more Taiwanese youths carry out self-challenges and

complete an once in a lifetime coming of age ritual by pushing their body,

spirit and mind to the limit, hence the "Chio-Tian Nalakuvara Extreme

Round-Taiwan Race" was conceived.

In order to promote traditional ar ts, par ticipants carr ied the

Nalakuvara through extreme dessert race and climbed up Jade Mountain

over the record-breaking 9 days. This year, the "2nd Chio-Tian Nalakuvara

Extreme Round-Taiwan Race" saw participation by 28 persons from 4 teams

carrying the Nalakuvara to challenge the round-Taiwan journey. In total, they

walked 1005.3km in 28 days.

今年的「九天太子極限環臺賽」共有 4支隊伍參加，大專院校生組成 2隊，九天曙

光少年推出 2隊，他們步行臺灣一圈，每人輪流扛著重達 10公斤的三太子神尊，歷經

暴雨及酷暑考驗，在哈雷車友組成的重機評審隊保護下，以雙腳重新認識自己生長的臺

灣。靜宜大學蔡同學因為滿腳水泡，從臺南到高雄的路上，邊跑邊哭 2小時，但是在隊

友鼓勵下並沒有放棄，成功地挑戰自我。

家樂福文教基金會為了支持青少年用身體力行去感受臺灣不一樣的景色，特別贊助

本次活動所需的物資，讓青少年能夠無後顧之憂的大膽追尋夢想，與臺灣潛藏的力量相

遇，成為最生動的人生教科書。

A total of 4 teams partook in the "Chio-Tian

Nalakuvara Extreme Round-Taiwan Race" this year,

where 2 teams were formed by college students

and 2 teams consisted of youths from Chio-Tian.

They walked the entire distance through torrential

rain and searing heat on foot, taking turns to carry

the 10kg Nalakuvara statue on their shoulders.

Escorted by the heavy bike team formed by Harley

Davidson enthusiasts, they were reacquainted with

their motherland Taiwan via their two feet. Student

Tsai from Providence University cried and ran for 2

hours from Tainan to Kaohsiung due to blisters. Yet,

spurred on by teammates, the student did not give

up and successfully completed the self-challenge.

In suppor ting the youths to exper ience

Taiwan's different sceneries, Taiwan Carrefour

Foundation especially sponsored the necessary

resources needed for this event, so that they can

courageously pursue their dreams with peace of

mind, thereby uncovering hidden treasures in Taiwan

that can become the best living textbooks in life.

AIESEC國際經濟商管學生會，是世界上最大之非

營利學生組織，成立六十年來，第一次由臺灣

爭取到「全球青年領袖世界大會」的主辦權，讓世

界看到臺灣。

家樂福文教基金會執行長吳柏毅表示：「現在

的年輕人希望用自己的想法去完成事務，這就是創

意的表現！未來五到十年，這個新世代一定會帶給

社會新思維。」

家樂福文教基金會希望透過贊助「全球青年領

袖世界大會」，讓國內的年輕世代帶來更多跨文化

交流，帶給青年正面的影響力，特別邀請十鼓擊樂

團為 8月 23日舉行的「臺灣之夜」進行開場表演，

將臺灣原創的鼓樂藝術宣揚於國際舞臺，也讓臺灣

青年以自身的文化為傲。

AIESEC is the largest non-profit student organization in the world,

for the first time in its 6 decade history, Taiwan AIESEC has successfully

won the bid to host the "AIESEC International Congress" to let the world

see us. According to Taiwan Carrefour Foundation Executive Director

Winson Wu "Youth today prefer to achieve their goals with their own ideas,

this is the expression of innovation! Five to ten years from now, the new

generation will introduce new thinking to the society." By sponsoring the

"AIESEC International Congress", Taiwan Carrefour Foundation hopes to

introduce more cross-cultural exchanges for the youths in Taiwan to bring

them positive influence. Ten Drum Art Percussion Group was invited for

the opening performance at the "Taiwan Night" on August 23 to showcase

original Taiwanese drum art on the international stage, and to let youths in

the country be proud of their culture.

Chiayi County Government invited

famous domestic and overseas groups to

form "Chiayi Philharmonic Festival – which

combined wind orchestra with percussion

music to permeate the atmosphere in

Chiayi with beautiful melodies. The opening

performance was "Meeting with Bodhisattva"

– and outdoor play by U-Theatre, followed

by the joint concert between Gabor Tarkovi

- Principal Trumpet of Berlin Philharmonic

Orchestra - and Kaohsiung City Wind

Orchestra, as well as distinguished percussion

groups from France and Netherlands. The

grand finale was staged by local African drum

troupe "Sibongile" from Xingang and Ten

Drum Art Percussion Group (performed as

Asian Gems in the Arts at the FACP). For

program planning, blends of international

and local performances were selected to let

traditional and crossover arts complement

each other.

嘉義縣政府為迎接充滿生命力的夏天來臨，特別邀請國內

外知名團隊組成「嘉義愛樂節 –管他，壹擊棒」，結合

管樂與打擊樂，當亮麗的管樂合奏、悠揚的鼓聲齊鳴，初夏

的嘉義樂音飛揚。

首場由文化部選定的五大臺灣團體之一的優人神鼓《金

剛心》戶外場打頭陣。接續的還有柏林愛樂小號首席賈柏．

塔柯比 (Gabor Tarkovi)與高雄市管樂團的音樂會，以及來自

法國、荷蘭的知名打擊樂團，最後則以新港在地的嬉班子非

洲鼓劇團，及屢次入選「亞洲藝術瑰寶」的十鼓擊樂團壓軸。

節目策劃以國際及在地相呼應，跨界與傳統彼此襯托。

在嘉義愛樂節中，家樂福文教基金會特別贊助長期的藝

文夥伴「十鼓擊樂團」演出《臺灣印記》，曲目描繪了海面

風浪、雷霆交鋒、阿里山神木、醒獅鑼鼓，希望以在地的題

材、風景、民族擊樂的元素，與國際知名的樂團激盪出震撼

人心的火花！

長期以來，家樂福文教基金會致力於教育的付出，透過繪畫比賽

強調「家庭教育」的重要，增進親子陪伴的品質；發展偏鄉的「多元

技能教育」，成為一種向上的力量；支持「生命教育」的推廣，傳遞

孩童優質正向的生命信念，讓他們有機會扭轉未來，建構不同的人生

樣貌。

The core issue of education is about shaping the correct values,

developing positive beliefs, enriching and enhancing the meaning of life so as

to perceive a more magnificent prospect in life.

For a long time, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has dedicated to

education development; through Carrefour kids drawing contest, we

emphasize the importance of "family education" , and we also develop

"diverse skill education" in remote townships to forge strength that drives

self-improvement. In addition, we also promote "life education" to convey

夢想學園暑期學習營Dream School Summer Learning Camp

為了彌補弱勢孩童的學習資源匱乏問題，

許多企業或社福單位長期關注偏鄉學

童，主要著重於課後輔導以及學科發展的經費

挹注。家樂福為了避免資源重複，實地走訪偏

鄉，發現偏鄉教育仍有可以使力的地方，我們

希望打造一個多元教育環境，讓學科成績不佳

卻擁有美好技能天分的孩子，在這些技能課程

中看見自己的價值，藉此扭轉弱勢學童的命

運。

因此，家樂福文教基金會連續四年舉辦

《與未來有約．夢想學園》計畫，包含「暑期

學習營」以及長期的「接軌學習」，希望學科

成績不佳的學童，能夠依循自己的興趣與天

賦，接受專業技能訓練，進而與社會接軌。

In order to remedy the problem of insufficient learning resources for

disadvantaged children, many businesses and social welfare organizations have

provided care for them by financially supporting their afterschool counseling and

academic development. To avoid resource redundancy, Carrefour has visited remote

townships and discovered that our resources can be introduced to improve remote

township education. We aim to create a diverse education environment to let

children who are underachieving academically but exhibiting tremendous talents

and skills to perceive their own values through skill training courses, thereby radically

changing the fate of the disadvantaged school children.

Consequently, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has organized the "An

Appointment with My Future – Dream School" program, which consists of the

"summer learning camp" and the long-term "connection learning program"; the

purpose of the program is to enable academic underachieving children to receive

professional skill training according to their interest and gift, in turn bridging a

relationship between them and the society.

1.《與未來有約．夢想學園》「暑期學習營」設計了射箭、拳

擊、烘焙、戲劇、打擊樂五大課程，引導學員發掘天賦，並開

The Summer Learning Camp incorporates archery, boxing, baking, drama and percussion to develop the potential of the students and inspire their passion to learn.

2.偏鄉與都會地區中成績落後的弱勢學童，缺少的就是發展天

賦的機會，教育不一樣，人生也就不一樣。

Disadvantaged youngster in remote townships and cities are underachieving due to the lack of opportunity to develop their gift. Their lives will be changed if a different education approach is adopted.

3.「朱宗慶打擊樂團」透過音樂合奏的訓練，讓學員學習互相

合作，玩出創意與熱情。

Through ensemble training, Ju Percussion Group encourages the students to learn about teamwork in order to inspire their creativity and passion.

《與未來有約．夢想學園》由「暑期學習營」

開始第一階段的學習，以多元技能體驗為主軸，讓學

員透過營隊發掘自己的興趣，更認識自己，並且找到

一個技能持續發展，再進一步訓練成為一技之長，培

養出有自我肯定又有專業能力的青年。

營隊中同時安排學員進行許多城市探索的旅程，

前往臺灣科學教育館認識科學奧妙，參訪臺北夢想館

探索夢想及志向，讓學員透過營隊開拓視野、運用創

意，讓未來有更多的可能性。

在「暑期學習營」課程還特別加入生命教育的

議題，教導學員尊重與愛，培養有正向信念的青年，

讓他們有能力、智慧在人生中做正確的選擇，堅強面

對生命的成長與挑戰。

The "An Appointment with My Future – Dream

School" program begins the first learning process with the

"summer learning camp", where the theme of diverse skills

experience is adopted to enable the students to discover

their own interests and know themselves on a deeper

level, so that they can continue to develop a skillset that

can eventually become their for te. In doing so, we will

cultivate confident, professional youngsters.

City exploration journeys were arranged for the

students during the camp. For instance, they visited

National Taiwan Science Education Center to understand

the profundity of science, and they also visited the

Pavilion of Dreams in Taipei to explore their dreams and

aspirations. Through the camp, the students can expand

their horizon and apply their creativity to open up

opportunities for the future.

For the "summer learning camp", the topic of life

education was also incorporated to teach the students

respect and love, and to cultivate youngsters with positive

beliefs. In turn, they will be able to persevere, make wise

decisions in life and confront the challenges that lie ahead

of them.

在「暑期學習營」的課程規劃上，我們聚集許多願意幫助偏鄉弱勢兒少

付出一己之力的專業老師，打造一個夢幻的師資團隊。在中正運動中心國家

級教練徐瑞仁的訓練下，小小神射手蓄勢待發、一箭中的；鷹雄拳擊休閒會

館中，亞運選手小黑教練讓偏鄉弱勢青少年體會真正的英雄不是好勇鬥狠，

而是利用拳擊技術保護弱小；在朱宗慶打擊樂團裡，專業的講師幫助學員們

感受與體驗音樂的快樂，以及節奏的張力；永老師烹飪教室香氣四溢，五星

級主廚教導學員們用麵粉與西點發生美味關係。我們希望藉由開設他們感興

趣、擅長或富挑戰性的課程，讓每個孩子都能找到自己發展的空間。

In terms of course planning for the "summer learning camp", we have

assembled a dream team of numerous professional teachers who are willing to help

the disadvantaged children in remote townships. Trained by national sports coach

Hsu Jui-jen from the Taipei Jhong Jheng People Sports Center, the little archers were

able to hit the bull's-eye accurately; inside the Eagle Boxing Center, coach Blackie let

the youths from remote townships realize that real heroes are not at all combative,

rather, they use their boxing skills to protect the small and the weak; in the Ju

Percussion Group, professional lecturer the students to experience the happiness of

music and the excitement of rhythms. Inside teacher Yong's cooking class, five-star

chef taught the students how to create delicious desserts using flour. We hope by

establishing challenging courses that the children are interested in or good at, each

child will find a way to develop thier own talent.

「暑期學習營」邀請臺東『孩子的書屋』輔導的孩子參加，

少年免費參與，鼓勵他們自我肯定、追尋自己的夢想。

在三天兩夜的學習中，偏鄉與都會區的弱勢學童共同生活、

學習，讓他們以嶄新的眼光看待彼此，發掘更多的可能性。期許

透過短期的激盪，讓他們有信心朝向第二階段「接軌課程」的學

習之路。學員在《與未來有約．夢想學園》獲得讚美和成功的經驗，

就能建立自信，從而在學科上更勇於嘗試，克服逃避與害怕挫折

的心態。只要建立起對自己的肯定，或許就是改變一生的關鍵。

Children from Taitung Kids' Bookhouse were invited to attend the

"summer learning camp". This year, nearly 100 youths from disadvantaged

families under the assistance of the House of Dreams, City People

Foundation and Zhongzheng District "South Airport Community Care

Center" also joined the camp for free, where they were encouraged to

gain self-confidence and pursue their dreams.

Over the 3 days 2 nights learning camp, disadvantaged children

from remote townships and cities lived and learned together, therefore

they were able to perceive one another in a new light and discover more

possibilities. Through the short term camp activity, they were imbued

with sufficient confidence to embark on the second phase of the learning

journey – "connection learning program". The students received praises

and garnered successful experiences from the "An Appointment with My

Future – Dream School" program to build their self-esteem, where they

can finally overcome the mentality of avoidance, fear and frustration, and

embrace the academic challenges. Therefore establishing self-confidence

is the key to changing their lives.

《與未來有約．夢想學園》的「暑期

學習營」為弱勢兒少開啟了一扇

窗，學期制的「接軌課程」更進一步為弱勢

兒少敞開大門，讓他們朝著夢想邁進。家樂

福提供「接軌課程」所有經費、遴聘專業優

秀的師資、開設最適合當地學童發展的術科

課程，如：拳擊、射箭、戲劇、烘焙等，每

個課程以初階、中階、高階循序漸進訓練，

讓因為資源不足而遲遲未能推行的多元教育

工程立即啟動。

　　在此同時，我們看見城市裡被忽略的

許多弱勢學童，他們的教育資源與偏

鄉同等匱乏，從今年起，家樂福與『夢想之

家』、『都市人基金會』、中正區忠勤里『南

機場社區關懷。』共同合作，首度於大臺北

都會區舉辦「接軌課程」，獲得廣大迴響。

The "summer learning camp" of "An Appointment with My Future - Dream

School" opened a window of opportunity for disadvantaged youngsters, while the

semesterized "connection learning program" acts as a stepping stone for them to strive

toward their dreams. Carrefour not only sponsored all of the fees required for the

program but also selected the finest teaching staff and developed the most suitable

academic curriculum for the local school children, including: boxing, archery, drama

and baking etc. Each course is carried out progressively from beginner, intermediate

to advanced level, thereby launching the diverse education engineering program

immediately, one that has been delayed repeatedly due to the lack of resources.

At the same time, we have noticed a large number of neglected disadvantaged

school children in the city who suffer from the same lack of educational resources

as the disadvantaged children in the remote townships. As of this year, Carrefour has

collaborated with "House of Dreams", "City People Foundation" and Zhongzheng

District "South Airport Community Care Center" to organize programs in the Greater

Taipei metropolitan area, which proved to be extremely popular.

由於偏鄉文化的差異，外來的老師若不熟悉當地的習慣和傳統，弱

勢學童的需求就不容易被看見，因此，「接軌課程」絕大多數都是延攬

在地師資教授，少部分由家樂福網羅各地最優秀的教師參與，例如音樂

課由來自臺南的十鼓擊樂團傳授，戲劇課由來自臺北的九歌兒童劇團教

導，與在地的文化交流後，激盪出更多新的火花。

　　此外，許多弱勢學童假日被要求在家照顧弟妹、洗衣煮飯，臺

東的學童還被要求幫忙農務，讓孩子雖有心也難以參與接軌教育。因此，

家樂福文教基金會特別邀請在地協會一起訪視學童家長，一對一的深入

溝通，取得家長對專案的支持，提高學童的學習動力，進而持續發展技

能訓練。

Due to the cultural differences in the remote townships, if outside

teachers are unfamiliar with the local customs and traditions, the needs of

the disadvantaged children will easily be overlooked. Therefore, the program

recruited mostly local teachers, while several outstanding teachers from around

the country were also recruited by Carrefour. For instance, the music class

was taught by Ten Drum Art Percussion Group from Tainan, while the Song

Song Song Children's & Puppet Theatre was in charge of the drama class. After

mingling with local cultures, more sparks of creativity were ignited.

Many disadvantaged children are required to stay at home during the

holidays to look after their kid brothers and sisters, they even have to do the

laundry and cook. Children in Taitung often need to help with farming at home,

making it very difficult for them to participate in connection course. Therefore,

Taiwan Carrefour Foundation especially invited local organizations to visit the

children and their parents to engage in one-on-one communications and gain the

parents' support for the program, in turn increasing the children's motivation to

learn and continuing to develop skill training.

課，並安排學員觀摩烘焙展，最嚴謹的

學習態度，才能學到真正的專業。

The former pastry chef of Royal Hotel Chihpen personally lectured the class and made arrangement for the students to visit the bakery expo. Only the most stringent learning attitude will produce professional chefs.

1.戲劇課定期安排學員們欣賞劇團的大

型公演，藉由戲劇啟發興趣，並體會戲

劇帶來的正面能量。

For the drama class, students were taken to appreciate major public theatrical performances to inspire their interest in theatre and allow them to experience its positive energy.

2.臺北的烘培課經過職業學校烘焙班的

專業老師培訓，學員逐漸顯露自信神

情，主動學習更有效率。

Thanks to the training by professional teachers from the vocational school's baking class, students from the baking class in Taipei have become more confident, and their proactive learning attitude has increased the course's efficiency.

3.在國家級的射箭教練教授之下，學習

進入第四年的學員，動作更有架式、穩

定，已成為課程小老師指導學弟妹。

Trained by the national archery coach, 4th year students are now more composed and confident to become the junior students' little teachers.

《與未來有約．夢想學園》「接軌課程」在臺東的學員散居各部落，需要老師一一接送，

才能順利完成學業。有鑑於此，家樂福文教基金會今年特別捐贈臺東「孩子的書屋」一輛廂型

車，方便老師接送孩子，讓孩子離夢想更進一步。

「接軌課程」中射箭班的吳同學在國一時首次接觸這項運動，每天需練習 9小時，他從不

以為苦，因他已經找到人生方向。射箭課程是每週六早上 9點才開始，但是吳同學在早上 7點

就打電話催促老師來接他上課。《與未來有約．夢想學園》的學生原本都是學習低成就的孩子，

但是找到興趣後，投入得比任何人都認真。

For the "connection learning program" of "An Appointment with My Future - Dream School" in

Taitung, since the students live in different villages, hence teachers had to also provide transport to help

them complete their studies successfully. In light of this, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation donated a van

to Taitung Kids' Bookhouse to facilitate the teachers in picking up the children, so that they can strive

toward their dreams.

have demonstrated unparalled devotion

to the course.

「孩子的書屋」理事長陳俊朗先生表示：「支持以多元教學幫助孩

子找到方向者鮮少，家樂福文教基金會是最用心、著力最多的單位之一。

支持孩子學射箭、學烘焙、學戲劇、學拳擊，在這四年的時間，被學校

放棄的孩子因此找到方向與信心，也勇敢重新看待自己與夢想。我心中

著實充滿感激，也為這些孩子們因為家樂福而找到未來而感激。」

direction and self-esteem to look upon themselves and their

"Connection learning program" of "An Appointment with

My Future - Dream School" has developed a diverse education

environment by examining different issues, thereby providing care

to the disadvantaged communities. In the future, the programs will

continue to be implemented in order to offer the disadvantaged

children an environment conducive for constant learning and

growth; this is Taiwan Carrefour Foundation's pledge to foster the

long-term development of education in remote townships.

4.音樂課聘請臺灣鼓樂界的翹楚「十鼓」，鼓藝深厚的老師

領導學員透過打鼓調整身心靈，進而提升專注力及記憶力。

For the music class, the trailblazer of Taiwan's percussion music scene Ten Drum taught the students how to adjust their body and mind through drumming, thereby increasing their attention and memory.

5.拳擊課特別邀請中華拳擊隊國手林明煌任教，讓學員們從

課程中鍛鍊健康的體魄、提升個人的勇氣，更學習如何控制

情緒。

你知道在每一位小朋友心中印象最深刻「家人為

我做的一件事」是甚麼嗎 ?今年參與第五屆《家

樂福文教基金會兒童繪畫比賽》的 5,225件作品中，

高達半數作品以「家人的陪伴」為主題，包括遊戲、

運動、下棋、閱讀、洗澡、煮菜、聚餐、學包粽子

以及看布袋戲等戶外休閒與家庭生活，從父母親到

祖父母的參與陪伴，即使是最平常的家庭時間，只

要能與家人在一起，就是孩子最珍貴的時光。

臺灣彩虹愛家生命教育協會祕書長陳進隆提到：

「生命教育特別看重人與人的關係發展，透過繪畫

比賽，我們鼓勵孩子珍視家人的付出，記下值得

感謝的大小事，讓生命教育從親子關係的建立中展

開」。

Do you know what the most memorable "One thing I am grateful

for my family" in the hearts of each child is? Of the 5,225 submissions for

the 5th "Carrefour Kids Drawing Contest" this year, half of the works are

inspired by the theme of "family companionship", including games, sports,

chess, reading, bathing, cooking, dining, learning to make zhongzi and

watching hand puppet shows. Accompanied by parents or grandparents,

these outdoor activities and even the most ordinary family life become the

most precious moments in the children's memory. According to Chen Chin-

long, Secretary General of the Rainbow Family Life Education Association

"The early stages of life education is focused on interpersonal relationships,

through the drawing contest, we encourage children to appreciate the

contributions made by their families. By remembering the things that

《家樂福文教基金會兒童繪畫比賽》

是國內唯一以推廣生命教育為主軸的繪畫

比賽，評審老師李莉莎表示：「這次參賽

的作品有許多令人驚艷的創意筆畫，與家

人互動的主題溫馨而感人，透過創作的過

程相信小朋友應該能更深刻的感受到親情

的溫暖。」這項獨特的繪畫比賽強調親子

相處的重要性，同時也呼籲民眾共同建

構和樂家庭，多多陪伴家人，推廣生命教

育，進而將正面影響力注入社會。

孩子們透過天馬行空的創意以及敏

銳的觀察力，一筆一劃的勾勒出他們眼中

的世界，這裡面只有純真、幻想與童趣，

也因為如此，孩子們才能用「心」擁抱生

命、擁抱世界。

"Carrefour Kids Drawing Contest" is

creativity, and the theme of family interaction

is heart-warming as well. Through the creative

process, it is believed that children will be able

relationship but also urges people to foster

harmony at home and spend more time with

family. By promoting life education, positive

influence can be introduced to the society.

今年已經是《家樂福文教基金會兒童繪畫比賽》第五年舉辦，

不僅年年獲得全國師長的熱烈支持，更被國內幼稚園、小學列為重要

的兒童繪畫比賽之一。

今年共收到 5,225位小朋友的投稿作品，經過初選、複選、決選

三階段嚴格的評審流程，除了選出 12件優選、12件佳作、596件入

圍作品之外，今年更特別增設 4件網路票選人氣獎，讓民眾可以上網

投票，擴大全民參與。

所有得獎畫作於 8月 23日 (六 )∼ 9月 7日 (日 )在全臺家樂福

門市進行展出，同時也在家樂福文教基金會網站上進行網路畫展，讓

更多小朋友可以彼此交流分享。

This is the 5th running of the "Carrefour Kids Drawing Contest" ; not

only has the event received enthusiastic support from teachers around

the country every year, it is also considered as one of the most important

children's drawing contests in kindergar tens and elementary schools in

Taiwan.

A total of 5,225 submissions were received from children, after

preliminary, secondary and final selection, 12 outstanding works, 12 excellent

works and 596 shortlisted candidates were selected. This year, 4 winners

were also chosen by the public online in order to increase participation.

All prize-winning creations were exhibited in Carrefour stores

nationwide between August 23 (Sat.) and September 7 (Sun.), while an

online exhibition was also conducted on Taiwan Carrefour Foundation's

official website, thereby enabling more children to share and exchange

為了鼓舞得獎的孩子，家樂福文教基金會每年都將 12件優選作

品製作成為年度「童畫桌曆」，分享孩子真實的情感，以及與親愛家

人間互動的美好時光。為拓展兒童生命教育工程，我們並首度公開義

賣，營收所得扣除成本後全數捐贈臺灣彩虹愛家生命教育協會，持續

耕耘生命教育的沃土。

透過畫展我們開展多元的文創商品，除了發行桌曆，也特別向臺

東「孩子的書屋」的孩子邀畫並設計為明信片，未來更希望藉由義賣

幫助更多有需要的公益單位，讓《家樂福文教基金會兒童繪畫比賽》

發揮漣漪效應，將生命教育的理念與內涵推展出去。

In order to inspire award-winning children, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation

has designed "Children's Drawing Desk Calendar" using 12 outstanding works

selected every year to share the children's genuine feelings and the wonderful

times they spend with their beloved families. As an effort to nurture the

children's life education, we also held a public bazaar for the first time,

where the entire income was donated to the Rainbow Family Life Education

Association after cost was deducted.

Through the drawing exhibition, we exhibited a diverse array of cultural

& creative merchandises; besides the desk calendar, drawings from Taitung

Kids' Bookhouse were solicited and incorporated into postcard designs.

In the future, it is hoped that more charity organizations can benefit from

such bazaar, in turn unleashing the ripple effect of "Carrefour Kids Drawing

Contest" and propagating the philosophy and meaning of life education.

家樂福文教基金會為使這世代孩子可以得到正向的激勵

與學習。今年特別支持由臺灣彩虹愛家生命教育協會發

起的「發現臺灣生命小勇士」活動，公開表揚在逆境中仍能

努力向上，擁有樂觀進取的精神或展現孝順、友愛等好品格

的孩子，使其得到鼓勵及讚賞。我們盼望這項活動播下影響

生命的種子，使孩子在成長的過程中，植入正向的生命信念。

In order to let children of this generation receive positive

encouragement and learning, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has

supported the "Discover Taiwan's Little Life Warriors" initiative

launched by Rainbow Family Life Education Association, where

children who remain optimistic despite adverse conditions or

childrenwith positive spirit, pious and friendly personal qualities are

publically commended to encourage them. We hope that this event

will sow the seeds of new life so that the children are imbued with

positive philosophy of life during their growth process.

克服人生障礙，小勇士啟發生命力Conquer obstacles in life – Little warriors inspire vivacity 視

障朋友生命中的每一步，比別人走得更辛苦也更努力，

雖然看不見，但很多人在聽覺、觸覺及口語傳達上具有

優秀才能，家樂福文教基金會為鼓勵視障朋友暢談如何克服

障礙，追求生命挑戰不受限，特別贊助高雄市政府勞工局主

辦的「視障者說故事比賽」，希望藉此機會發掘有演說潛力

的視障朋友，培育他們成為生命教育講師，與社會分享積極

向上的能量！

Visually impaired people's progress in life are often more

arduous than others and therefore they have to work harder

as well . Although they cannot see , many of them possess

extraordinary talent in hearing, touch and verbal communication;

in encouraging visually impaired people to talk about how they

manage to overcome obstacles and challenges in life without being

constrained, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation especially sponsored the

"Storytelling Contest for the Visually Impaired" - an event organized

by the Labor Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government -

hoping to discover visually impaired people with a gift in speech

presentation and cultivate them as lecturers of life education, thereby

sharing their optimistic and constructive energy with the society !

等12個隊伍，臺灣勇奪第二名殊榮！

In total, 12 countries attended the "2014 Malaysia International Wiser Ball Regional Competition" including Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia, and Taiwan snatched the second place honor!

少女在獨木舟的體驗過程中，認知自己是「有夢想和能力的人」，激發出自我存

在的價值，進而能堅持到底完成挑戰。

During the canoeingprocess, the girls came to a realization that they are "people with dreams and capabilities", this in turn inspired their sense of self-worth and therefore they were able to persevere and complete the challenge.

向日葵少女是遭受性侵及家暴而接受「都市人基金會」輔

導的少女，她們需要的不是可憐和同情，而是需要長期

有功效的療癒方案才能勇敢迎向新生。

家樂福文教基金會今年夏天支持 12名向日葵少女以獨

木舟在海上環臺 60天 1,200公里的計畫，透過獨木舟環臺，

讓受虐少女學習與他人互動溝通、和諧生活、磨鍊體力與勇

氣，期盼藉此喚起她們內心復原的力量，幫她們找回生命的

陽光。

Sunflower gir ls are victims of sexual assault and home

violence who have received counseling from the City People

Foundation. What they need is not pity and sympathy but long

term and effective therapeutic solutions to prepare them for

embracing their new life.

This summer, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation supported 12

sunflower girls'1,200km journey to circumnavigate Taiwan in 60

days on canoes. Through this event, the girls who have suffered

abuse will be able to learn to interact, communicate with others

and lead a harmonious life while training their physique and

courage at the same time. The aim is to help them harness the

strength for recuperation and enable them to rediscover the

sunlight in their lives.

獨木舟環島，向日葵少女航向新生Round-island canoe journey –Rebirth of sunflower girl 高

智爾球是一種特別的球類運動，不僅需要技巧更注重團

隊精神。「南機場社區關懷據點」為提升弱勢兒少的品

格教育，引入高智爾球活動，平日孩子練球學習擔任領導者、

體驗團隊謀略的快樂，今年更獲選為臺灣代表隊參加在馬來

西亞的高智爾球區預賽！南機場的弱勢兒少在家樂福文教基

金會贊助下出國一圓夢想，一舉獲得亞軍的佳績，參與孩子

也因此打開心門，更勇於在人生的道路上接受挑戰。

Wiser ball is a special ball sports that not only requires skill

but also emphasizes team spirit. In order to enhance the character

education of youths, the "South Airport Community Care Center"

introduced the wiser ball activity so that the children will be able

to practice leadership and experience the happiness of teamwork

by learning the sport. This year, the team was even selected to

represent Taiwan in the wiser ball regional competition in Malaysia!

Thanks to the financial support from Taiwan Carrefour Foundation,

disadvantaged youths from South Airport are able to fulfill their

dream of traveling abroad and achieve the excellent result of

runner-up. Meanwhile, children who participated in the event also

opened up their hearts for more future challenges in their lives.

全民瘋運動，健康動起來！家樂福文教基金會希望能推廣臺灣成

為運動之島，讓全國運動人口超過 80%。連續 11年贊助「元旦健走」，

鼓勵大家用健康為新的一年拉開序幕；呼籲大眾「有行有益」，提倡

民眾每日萬步走，煩惱都帶走；贊助「臺北端午嘉年華」，並且組隊

Everyone is crazy about spor t, pursuing a healthy life is a national

movement. Taiwan Carrefour Foundation intends to transform Taiwan into

a sport island with a sports population constituting more than 80% of the

entire population. For 11 years, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has sponsored

the "New Year's Health Walk" event to encourage everyone to start the

brand new year with a healthy mind and body. The notion of "Walking is good

for you" is promoted to encourage the public to "walk 10,000 steps every day

to keep all your troubles away". Taiwan Carrefour Foundation also sponsored

the "Taipei Dragon Boat Festival" and grouped a team to take part in the

international dragon boat competition. The aim is to express our support for

sports and traditional culture through this event. Taiwan Carrefour Foundation

advocates the spirit of relentless self-challenge and camaraderie, hoping to

introduce new life to sports in the country.

《國際龍舟錦標賽》一向是「臺北端午嘉年

華」的重頭戲，堪稱亞洲最大規模的端

午划龍舟賽事，也是深具國際化色彩之比賽，許多

好手摩拳擦掌就等這一刻來一決高下！

家樂福文教基金會不僅提倡全民體育，更加促

進國際文化的交流，特別準備了餐點、飲水與帳篷，

讓所有的與會隊伍有休憩之處補充能量。家樂福員

工組成實力派隊伍「家樂福達成預算隊」參賽，在

此次小龍舟男子組公開賽中，一路過關斬將，最後

在該組 43支隊伍中，奪得第 9名。還有總經理康柏

德親自領軍的「家樂福夢幻隊」，將士用命，展現

出家樂福同仁們團結一致的向心力！於 13支表演賽

隊伍中，奪得第 4名！

"International Dragon Boat Competition" has always been the highlight

of "Taipei Dragon Boat Festival", and it is said to be the largest dragon boat

racing event in Asia. The international contest has also attracted a many

athletes.

Taiwan Carrefour Foundation not only promotes national spor ts

but also international cultural exchange. In this event, we have prepared

refreshments, drinking water and tents to let participating teams rest and

replenish their energy. Carrefour employees also formed the "Carrefour

Budget Team" to join the race, which snatched 9th place out of 43 teams in

the men's small dragon boat category after fierce competition. In addition,

the "Carrefour Dream Team" led by Carrefour Taiwan C.E.O. Patrick Ganaye

demonstrated tremendous teamwork to achieve 4th place out of 13 teams

in the exhibition race!

《國際龍舟錦標賽》今年推出小龍舟賽，只要 10人

即可參賽，可說是今年的創舉。小龍舟船身較輕，划槳

技巧要好才能成功駕馭，每回練習家樂福員工無不卯足

了勁精進技巧，齊心努力迎戰各路英雄，精神令人敬佩。

「臺北端午嘉年華」還有不少精彩的活動，「包粽

比賽」傳承了古早味的好手藝、「大佳來立蛋」鼓勵大

家正午時分立蛋搏好運，各項傳統民俗活動琳瑯滿目，

都是以活潑的方式讓全家同歡。

家樂福文教基金會經由參與和支持「臺北端午嘉年

華」，增加國人對傳統民俗的興趣，同時也藉機擴大中

華文化與國際友人的交流。

"International Dragon Boat Competition" launched the

small dragon boat competition for the first time this year, with

a team requiring only 10 team members. The small dragon

boats are light and require more refined rowing technique.

Carrefour employees pulled out all the stops during each

practice session to hone their skills in order to compete with

top athletes from all over the world, thus demonstrating

admirable spirit.

"Taipei Dragon Boat Festival" also boasts numerous

exhilarating activities including: "pyramid-shaped rice ball

wrapping" – which emanates the wonderful flavors of

traditional gourmet delicacies and "egg standing"- which

encourages people to stand eggs in an upright position at

noon as a token of good luck. The plethora of traditional folk

activities is presented in a lively manner to let families enjoy a

great time.

By supporting the "Taipei Dragon Boat Festival", Taiwan

Carrefour Foundation aims to foster the citizens' interests

in traditional folk activities and facilitate exchanges between

Chinese culture and the international community.

感動 沸騰 元旦健走New Year's Health Walk

持續邁進 夢想就在前方

「不要輕易放棄，向前走，就會離夢想

再近一點。」連續 3年參與《元旦

健走》的超馬好手陳彥博，鼓勵民眾在新年第

一天就朝著自己的理想勇敢前進。

由紀政作為先行者率領希望基金會發起的

《元旦健走》，邀請到立法院長王金平、超馬

好手陳彥博、體育署長何卓飛到場參加，何署

長說：「希望民眾瞭解，把錢花在運動上，比

把錢花在醫療上好。」

《元旦健走》由花博公園出發，一開始綠

意盎然，後半段則可欣賞河濱風光，美麗的景

色吸引了一萬人以健走與親朋好友相約碰頭，

已是新年最負盛名的「聚樂步」。

家樂福文教基金會持續 11年贊助《元旦健

走》，期許更多民眾養成運動習慣，走出健康、

走出好采頭。

"Don't give up easily, keep walking and you are closer to your dreams,"

having par ticipated in the "New Year's Health Walk" for 3 years in a row,

ultramarathon athlete Chen Yan-bo motivated people to strive towards their

dreams from the very first day of the New Year.Launched by the President of

Hope Foundation Chi Cheng, President of the Legislative Yuan Wang Jin-ping,

ultra marathon athlete Chen Yan-bo and the Director-General of the Sports

Administration "He Cho-fei" were invited to join the "New Year's Health Walk".

According to Director-General He "I hope the public will appreciate that investing

in sports is better than spending money on medical care."

"New Year's Health Walk" departed from Taipei Expo Park, and the verdant

landscape in the beginning was followed by riverside sceneries. The stunning views

attracted 10,000 people – consisting of mainly friends and families – to attend

the event, making it the most prominent "Happiness on Foot Club" during New

Year. Taiwan Carrefour Foundation has sponsored the "New Year's Health

Walk" for 11 straight years in hopes of fostering

exercising habits among the public, so that

they can walk towards a healthier and

more splendid life.

健走正夯，你跟上潮流了嗎？希望基金會董事長

紀政說：「健走是世界上最完美的運動，可以

讓我們無時無刻、隨時隨地進行，最適合現代人。」

今年在臺北、臺中、高雄、宜蘭舉辦的《有行

有益─全國健走宣導》四場大型健走活動，邀請民

眾大手牽小手一起來健走，煩惱也帶走。同時舉行

《來一句，健走有益》金句徵選活動，鼓勵民眾用

創意讓臺灣的健走風氣更盛行。作品只要入選，就

可獲得獎狀及家樂福禮券！

家樂福文教基金會鼓勵民眾以健走運動來

守護自己及家人的健康，「有走有保庇，健康呷

百二」。

2006 年從西門町不到 20 坪舊公寓開始，至今每週有 400 位青少年參與課程與活動，幫助超過 5,000 位青少年。讓孩子有溫暖的家和追夢熱情，透過課輔、才藝、志工活動、營隊、品格教育、職業培育，讓青少年能全人發展。曾獲行政院頒發全國最佳教育服務團體殊榮。創辦人廖文華牧師為 2013 年青年獎章得主。Started in a flat no bigger than 66m2, the House of Dreams now has 400 youngsters participating in courses and activities every week, and it has helped more than 5,000 youngsters so far. The aim of the House of Dreams is to provide the children with a warm home to pursue their dreams; through extracurricular, talent training and volunteer activities, as well as camps, character education and vocational training, the youngsters can undergo holistic development. The House of Dreams has received honors such as the "Best Educational Service Group in Taiwan" from the Executive Yuan. The founder, Pastor Ian Liao was also the recipient of the 2013 Youth Award.

⺌⺌家樂福文教基金會吳柏毅執行長 2013年第一次造訪夢想之家便開始關心都會中的弱勢青少年。這些孩

子很少有機會上電影院，更少有機會看到能啟發他們

的好電影。2013年和 2014年家樂福基金會分別讓上百位青少年欣賞了「加油！男孩」和「KANO」兩部勵志好片。

⺌⺌不只如此，家樂福基金會更協助我們舉辦了「與

未來有約」暑期營隊和職業技藝培訓課程，讓青少年

可以進行職涯探索和發展。這是我覺得青少年工作當

中非常關鍵、有意義，而且仍然受到忽略的一環。

⺌⺌臺灣的青少年需要有夢想，特別是他們未來一生

想要從事的職業。知道他們對職業的夢想，會讓他們

在求學的過程更有方向，也更有動力，更是國家之福，

能夠培育許多社會需要的人才。每當思想到德國、瑞

士、芬蘭備受推崇的技職教育體系，我都期待「與未

來有約」的職涯發展計畫能夠像一粒小小的種子，在

臺灣生根、發芽、茁壯，結出纍纍的果實。

⺌⺌家樂福基金會所給予我們的不只是經費支持，更

是經驗分享和濃濃的友誼。家樂福基金會同仁從來不

僅僅是關心職涯發展專案，而是夢想之家每個與青少

年有關的專案。從來不僅僅是關心孩子，更關心我們

的志工和工作人員。家樂福基金會總是在問「我們還

可以為你們做些什麼？」我想這就是卓越企業的精神。

⺌⺌夢想之家期待能夠和家樂福基金會一樣提供青少

年一站式 (one-stop shop)的全面服務，也繼續和家樂福基金會為更多青少年創造家、快樂和幸福。

When Taiwan Carrefour Foundation Executive Chief Winson Wu visited the House of Dreams for the first time in 2013, he started paying attention to disadvantaged youngsters in the city. These kids seldom have the opportunity to see great movies that can inspire them. In 2013 and 2014, The Foundation sponsored nearly 100 youngsters to watch two inspirational movies, namely Good Luck! Boy and KANO.Not only so, Taiwan Carrefour Foundation also helped us to organize the "An Appointment with My Futur" summer camp and connection learning program, so that the youngsters can explore and develop their career. I believe this is an extremely meaningful, but often neglected aspect of youngster career development.

Knowing Taiwan's youngsters' aspirations towards the line of work they are interested in will endow them with a sense of direction and motivation; to be able to cultivate much needed talents in the society is also a major blessing for the nation. When I think of the much praised vocational education systems in Germany, Switzerland and Finland, I always expect the career development program can become like a small seed that roots, germinates, flourishes and ultimately bears abundant fruits in Taiwan.Taiwan Carrefour Foundation offers us more than just economic support; it also shares with us experience and profound friendship. In addition to the career development program, colleagues from the Foundation also pay attention to every House of Dreams and youngster related project; besides looking after the children, they also care about our volunteers and staff. I believe this is the essence and spirit of an extraordinary corporation.

Just like Taiwan Carrefour Foundation, the House of Dreams hopes to be able to provide one-stop-shop service for the youngsters, and we will continue to create homes, happiness and welfare for them together with The Foundation.

『九歌兒童劇團』創立於民國 76 年，為國內成立最早的專業兒童劇團之一，在戲劇與教育推廣的領域中，有舉足輕重的地位，獲得專家學者與觀眾一致肯定。

"Song Song Song Children's & Puppet Theatre" was founded in 1987 as one of the oldest professional children's theaters in the country. The theater occupies a significant position in domestic theater and education promotion, and it has received affirmation from experts, scholars and audiences alike.

⺌⺌非常榮幸九歌兒童劇團與家樂福連續合作四年「與未來有約」，

讓兒童戲劇與台東孩子的書屋以及臺北夢想之家的孩子接線，幫

助更多青少年可以看到未來。

⺌⺌「十年樹木、百年樹人」，孩子的教育需要長期的陪伴以及

栽培。在一次次的課程中，這群孩子們漸漸有了轉變，透過課程

引導，打開孩子們內在的「心視野」，讓孩子們發現跟發揮自己

多元的興趣，以及對自己的未來有了想法與希望。

We are honored to have Song Song Song Children's & Puppet Theatre working with Carrefour for the past 4 years on "An Appointment with My Future", allowing children's play can be associated with Taitung Kids' Bookhouse and House of Dreams in Taipei, in turn letting more youths to materialize a brighter future.As the saying "talent cultivation" suggests, children's education requires long term accompaniment and cultivation. In each class, the children begin to exhibit change; the course instructions enlighten their inner perspectives to let them discover and unleash more diverse interests, it also endows them with ideas and hope about their own future. On the path to children's education, we are thankful to meet a great partner such as Carrefour to care about how education transforms children. Let us continue our hard work, and hopefully children will find their passion, forte and confidence through the power of theater.
