Aransas County "theJurisdiction," is seek-ing the services ofqualified engineeringconsultants or mul-tidisciplinary teams forthe development of fi-n a l c o n s t r u c t i o nplans/designs, specific-ations, cost estimates,bid award, contractmanagement and con-struction oversight thatwill be funded throughthe Restore Act BucketI and administered byTCEQ. Bidders are ex-pected to thoroughlyinspect the site of workand to inform them-selves regarding all loc-al conditions.

Bids may be held byAransas County for aperiod not to exceed 60days from the date ofthe bid opening for thepurpose of reviewingthe bids and investigat-ing the bidder's quali-fications prior to thecontract award.Attention is called tothe fact that not lessthan, the federally de-termined prevailing
