Youth Participants and Unit Leaders
All Youth Participants and Unit Leaders must form patrols of 10 people with no more than two Unit Leaders perpatrol
Four patrols must form a troop of no more than 40 people
Youth Participants
Youth Participants must be two people per tent separated by age group and gender(14-17-year-olds tent separately from 18-20-year-olds)
Unit Leaders
Unit Leaders can be one person per tent. If there are more than four Unit Leaders pertroop, two Unit Leaders will need to share a tent, by gender
No Unit Leaders are permitted to share a tent with a person of the opposite gender otherthan his or her spouse
Staff
Staff must be four people per tent by gender
Staff is assigned to the Staff Basecamp (separate from the contingent Basecamps)

3)The co-ed and International Basecamp for the BSAs 2017 NSJ is Foxtrot Basecamp.
We will do our best to keep contingents together but, it will be necessary to combine fourpatrols together to form troops.
If you do not send a full troop, would you prefer to be placed with BSA patrols or other NSOspatrols to make a full troop of 40 people?
