2. new choices filled with loving kindness to you.


Every choice has an energy frequency to it

This energy is high vibed or low vibed.

Fear, anger, guilt, shame, defeat, worry are low vibed energy

Love, peace, joy, enlightenment, fun, play are high vibed energy.


1. Give yourself permission.

2. Playfulness changes you more quickly.

3. Try on the energy you wish to be in the future.

Your soul loves you enough to show you your baggage in the next 12 week.

Make yourself happy

Embrace it because you might need to be aware of it to release it.


Tools for conscious, aware beings

Energy statements to clear things

Delete it = across all time, dimensions, space, reality.

Uncreate it = unplugging from first moment you created it.

Destroy it = taking all the energy impulses out of your stories holding all energy in place.

You can only delete falsehoods, never truth, because truth only gets more real.


Truth feels light, lies feel dense.

I am immortal

I die

Love

Fear

You are abundant

You are real

You are poverty stricken

Things can change


Play with this

Start doing the energy statements whenever you feel density or lower vibrations.

Everything you say, ask does this feel true and light?
