FLOWGROUT 40 : Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing & self leveling, non-metallic, chloride free cementitious grout for general purpose grouting of static loads, as well as centrifugal and rotary machines in cement, textile, paper, steel industries etc. Attains 475 Kg/cm² compressive strength at28 days. Expansion - 0.8% to 1.5 %, Density - 1800 Kg/m³.Water powder ratio - Pourable 0.17, Flowable - 0.19.

FLOWGROUT 60 : Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing & self leveling, non-metallic, chloride free cementitious grout for general purpose grouting for dynamic load. Freely flows under base plates and bolt pockets. High early & ultimate strength. Attains 650 Kg/cm² compressive strength at 28 days. Expansion-0.8% to 1.5%, Water powder ratio - Pourable 0.15, Flowable 0.16.

FLOWGROUT SPECIAL : Non-shrink, ultra high strength, free flowing, self leveling, non-metallic & chloride free cementitious grout for heavy, dynamic

and rotary equipments. Attains ultra high strength of 875 Kg/cm² at28 days. Expansion - 0.8 to 1.5%, Water powder ratio - Pourable - 0.13, Flowable - 0.15.

FLOWGROUT AG : Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing, non-metallic & chloride free cementitious grout for large section grouting. Attains ultra high strength of 700 Kg/cm² at 28 days. Specially designed for large section grouting, machine bases, machine pockets, crane-rails, precast elements, etc.

FAIRADD : Super plasticiser, shrinkage compensating, iron free, chloride free grout additive. Produces easy flowing cohesive grout, attains higher strength. Ideal for static load. Dosage: 200 gms. per 50 kg of cement.

FLOWGROUT EP : Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing, three part, high performance epoxy grout. A unique epoxy grout system even for running industry with minimum production shut down. Ideal for very heavy dynamic loads like heavy duty rails, machineries, compressors, dowel bars, studs, etc. High tensile & flexural strength. Attains compressive strength of 1000 kg/cm² @ 7 days.

ANCHORGROUT : High strength thixotropic, two part polyester resin grout. Vibration and corrosion resistant. Attains ultra high compressive and pull out strength. Rapid setting and can be used under water. Designed for grouting of steel bars bolt into concrete, stones, machinery and brick work where speed of installation and early load bearing capacity is required.

FLOWGROUT EP(L) : It is a free flow grouting system formulated to give good flow properties without filler separation. It has excellent curing characteristics, resistance to vibration and impact, particularly applicable where cycle of compression/tension makes cementitious grout unsuitable.

FLOWGROUT EPLV : Two part, pre formulated, low viscosity epoxy resin. It is used for injection of cracks and cold joints in concrete structures. It bonds efficiently with substrate and with its ultra high strength values restores structural integrity. It is suitable for damp or dry surfaces. The compressive strength of FLOWGROUT EPLV is 75N/mm² at 7 days.

FLOWGROUT CPLV : Ready to use ultra high strength injection cementitious grout for cracks in concrete brick work and masonry. Suitable for damp or dry surfaces. Attains 50 N/mm² compressive strength at 28 days. Expansion :0. 8 to 1.5%.

ENGINEERING GROUTS

FAIRCRETE N : Water reducer cum concrete plasticizer for concrete upto M25 grade. Increases workability, easier placing, higher cohesion, better compaction & finishing, reduces risk of segregation and bleeding, lower water requirement for given workability, reduces W/C ratio by 8 to 10%, increases strength & durability and is chloride free. Conforms to : BS 5075 1982 Part - 1, IS 9103 : 2003, ASTM C- 494 Type A. Dosage : 100 ml. to 250 ml. per 50 Kg. cement.FAIRCRETE HP : Water reducer cum high performance plasticizer for M 30, M 35 & M 40 grade of concrete. Increases workability, easier placing, improves cohesion, better compaction and finishing, reduces W/C ratio by 15% to 20 % and hence increases initial & ultimate strength, reduces drying shrinkage and is chloride free. Conforms to : BS 5075 : Part -1, IS 9103 : 2003, ASTM C- 494 Type A. Dosage: 200 ml. to 500 ml. per 50 kg. Cement.FAIRCRETE RMW : Two-in-one integral water proofing admixture for concrete and mortar. Increases workability, reduces permeability throughout the depth of concrete, greater protection to rebars, strength is maintained, increases durability, improves plasticity, cohesion, easier placing, better compaction & finishing and is chloride free.Conforms to: IS 2645 : 2003. Optimum dosage : 150 ml. per 50 kg cement.FAIRFIBRE : A unique Fibre reinforcement for concrete and mortar. Chemically inert, easily and instantly disperses into the mix, increases tensile & compressive strength, arrests drying shrinkage cracks, reduces permeability and hence ensures water tightness, reduces density, increases yield of mix, reduces number of construction joints in the floor, minimises steel reinforcements in industrial floors, improves durability, compatible and can be used with all types of OPC & free from corrosive substances. Dosage : 125 gms. per 50 Kg. cement. Conforms : ASTM 1116-89.

ADMIXTURES FAIRFIBRE P : Specially designed polyester fibre reinforcement for concrete and mortar. It highly improves the durability of structure, increases tensile & compressive strength, increases flexibility of concrete, reduces water permeability, minimizes steel reinforcement in industrial floors and prevents the shrinkage cracks. Also, it works as a secondary reinforcement in concrete. Dosage: 125gms per 50kg cement.FAIRFLO : High range water reducer cum super plasticiser. Water reduction upto 30 % leading to high, early & ultimate strength. Makes concrete denser & increases durability. Improves cohesion which helps pumping of concrete, rapid placing with little or no vibration. Can be use precast concrete & safe in prestressed concrete. Chloride free.Conforms to : BS 5075 Part 3, ASTM C-494 Type F & IS 9103-2003. Dosage : 300 ml. to 800 ml. per 50 kg cement.FAIRFLO S : Is a high range water reducing agent and an excellent slump retainer admixture for concrete conforming to BS 5705 part-4 and ASTM C-494 type 'G' IS 9103,2003. FAIRFLO S enables high water reduction upto 30% leading to high early and 28 days strength. It is ideal for mass concreting, pavement concrete, exposed slab concrete etc. It improves cohesion thus aids pumping of concrete. The dosage of FAIRFLO S is 200ml to 800ml per 50kg of cement, however, the optimum dosage is to be determined by site trials.FAIRCRETE R2 : Water reducer cum retarding plasticizer. Increases workability & extends initial setting time between 1 to 4 hours, thus avoids cold joints, easier placing, higher cohesion, better compaction & finishing, reduces W/C ratio by 8 to 10%, increases strength due to reduction of water and is chloride free. Dosage : 200 ml. to 500 ml. per 50 kg cement. Conforms to : BS 5075 Part -1, IS 9103 : 2003, ASTM C - 494 Type D. FAIRCRETE NC : Chloride free accelerating water reducing plasticizer for concrete. Produces exceptionally high early strength, plasticising action gives increased workability, early setting improves frost resistance, suitable for brick laying mortar mix, suitable & more effective in concreting at low temperature and is chloride free. Conforms to: BS 5075 Part - 1 and ASTM C - 494 Type C. Dosage :1 to 2 ltrs. per 50 kg cement.

FAIRCRETE W : Chloride based accelerating plasticizer for PCC work.

Increases strength, accelerates setting time, ideal for hollow blocks,

concrete bricks & pavement blocks manufacturing. Conforms to

IS : 9103-2003. Dosage: 600 ml. to 1000 ml. per 50 kg Cement.

FAIRCRETE AE : Water reducing air entraining agent. Increases workability

and cohesion. Reduces the permeability of low cement. Dosage : 0.6% to

1.5% by weight 50 kg of cement. Conforms to IS : 9103 - 2003, ASTM C

260.

FAIRPLAST IP : High workable mortar plasticiser cum waterproof plaster

additive in powder form. Gives better consistency, prolonged workability,

smooth & creamy mortar even with harsh sand. Reduces drying shrinkage

cracks & mortar dropping. Improves finish, greater resistance to frost

damage during construction, protection against freeze-thaw damage after

construction, reduces permeability hence ensures water proof plaster.

Increases the yield of mortar by 8 to 10% and results into cost benefits.

Conforms to : BS 4887 IS-2645 Part 1, 2003 Dosage : 400 gms. per

50 kg cement.

FAIRPLAST IPS : Is a powder form integral water proofing additive for

mortars, which ensures perfect water tightness. It can be used for various

applications like external plaster, water tank plaster, sunk slab plaster etc.

FAIRPLAST IPS entrains the air into the mortar which fills up the capillaries

into the mortar and ensures the perfect water tightness. FAIRPLAST IPS

conforms to IS 2645 - 2003 and BS-4887, Part-1. 1 kg. of FAIRPLAST IPS

per 50 kg bag of cement.

SPRAYCRETE : Chloride free spray concrete plasticiser in powder form

suitable for guniting and shotcreting operation. Excellent bonding

properties. Reduces frost damage during construction. Dosage : 2% to 5%

by weight.

WATERGUARD : Single pack, brush applied, cementitious waterproof

coating. Excellent waterproofing characteristics, excellent adhesion, non-

toxic allows surface to breathe. Forms an impermeable coating by blocking

the capillaries & pores i.e. waterproofing by crystallisation. Economical.

Coverage: 16.5 to 25 m² per one pack of 25 kgs.

WATERGUARD A : Two part, pre-packed, brush applied, polymer modified

cementitious waterproof coating. Makes tough, durable, abrasion resistant,

flexible waterproof layer. Excellent adhesion, allows surface to breathe,

cost effective system. Coverage : 16.5m² to 25 m² per pack (pack-18 kg.

powder + 10 ltr. liquid )

WATERGUARD I : Two part, pre-packed, brush applied, polymer modified

cementitious waterproof-cum insulating coating for concrete surfaces.

Excellent adhesion, durable, tough but flexible, abrasion resistant. The

unique insulating characteristics of this product, reflects the outside

temperature & does not allow the temperature to pass through the surface

hence reduces the temperature upto 8ºC. Coverage: 10 to 12 sqm

(depends up on substrates) with 10 kg+5 kg pack.

WATERGUARD CL : Is a single pack brush applied coal tar based high

performance waterproof coating for cementitious surfaces. Economical and

easy to apply, has excellent chemical resistance, Good waterproofing

characteristics, Good adhesion on cementitious substrate, Flexible.

Available in 1 kg, 5 kg pack. Coverage : 4 to 5 m²/kg per coat.

WATERGUARD WM (F) : Single pack, trowel applied, cementitious, fibre

reinforced, waterproof screed. To be used along with Waterguard-A as

primer. 10 mm thick screed provides excellent water tightness, resists

hydrostatic pressure, compensates mortar shrinkage and ensures perfect

bond, fibre reinforcement in the mortar increases the comprehensive &

tensile strength of the screed. Recommended for terrace slab, basement,

water tank, reservoirs, etc. Coverage : A pack of 25 Kg. is sufficient for

1.4 m² at 10 mm thick screed.

WATERGUARD T : Single pack, trowel applied, cementitious water proof

screed. To be used along with Waterguard - A as primer. 10 mm. thick

screed ensures perfect water tightness & resists hydrostatic pressure.

Suitable for water tanks, foundations, basements, dams, swimming pools,

tunnels and lift shafts, etc. Coverage : A pack of 25 Kg. is sufficient for

2.6 m² at 5 mm. thick screed.

FAIRMATE WATERPLUG : Non-shrink, non-metallic, high strength, fast

setting plugging compound for stoppage of running water and seepage

through concrete and masonry walls, dams, wall and floor junctions.

Packing : 5 kg.

WATERGUARD LP : Two part, thixotropic, high performance, hygienic,

epoxy based, solvent free waterproof coating. Excellent adhesion, flexible,

abrasion resistant, good mechanical properties and choice of colours. Ideal

for water tanks roof slabs, swimming pools, sewage tanks, retaining walls,

lift shafts etc. DFT : 400 to 500 microns. Coverage: 10m² per 5kg for two

coat is allowed.

WATERGUARD CE : Two part, pre packed solvent free, high build, tar

extended epoxy waterproof coating. Excellent adhesion, abrasion resistant,

flexible, durable, easy to use waterproofing system, Economical. Provides

DFT 400 to 500 microns. More suitable for Terrace gardens.

Coverage: 9-10 m²per pack of 5 kgs. (Base + Hardener).

WATERGUARD S : Acrylic based transparent water repellent. Hydrophobic

surface to masonry, concrete & asbestos sheets. Excellent water repellent,

minimises efflorescence, provides durable barrier to water penetration on

porous surfaces. Ideal for exposed brick work, stone work & concrete blocks.

Conforms to BS -6477 1984 group1 & 2. Coverage : 5 to 6 m² per coat.

WATERREPELL S : Universal silicon base water repellent for providing a

durable barrier to water penetration of porous surfaces. Reduces chemical

attack and minimises efflorescence, colorless hence maintains natural color

of walls. Coverage : between 4-5 m² per ltr. BS 6477 : 1984 groups 1 and 2.

WATERREPELL SUPER : Easily applied waterrepell treatment giving a self

cleaning, hydrophobic surface to masonry, brick, stone, concrete mortar &

asbestos sheeting. Excellent waterrepell, deep penetration of absorption

reduces spalling due to freeze - thaw and efflorescence there by increasing

the performance and stabilty. 1, 5, 10, 50 & 100 ltrs. Carboys 1 ltr.

WATERREPELL SUPER will cover approx. 4 to 5m² of surface.

WATERGUARD DAMPPROOF : High performance ready to use injection

dampproof compound. Economical, non toxic and non flammable, ready to

use, excellent protection to dampness, chloride free, will not repeat

dampness problem in future, low viscosity hence penetrates deep into wall.

Available in 1, 5, 10, 15, 100 & 200 ltr carboys.

WATERGUARD MEMBRANE APP & SBS : Is a high quality, APP (Attactic

PolyPropylene) & SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified bituminous

torch-on membrane used for tanking and waterproofing of substructure

and superstructure areas in buildings and civil engineering projects,

implemented in big industrial structures, in commercial centres and also in

big residentials which require high quality waterproofing system. Available

in rolls of 10m (length) x 1m (width).

WATERPROOFINGSYSTEMS

FLOWGROUT PULV : Low viscosity polyurethane base injection resin grout

designed to seal leaking cracks, voids or fractures in concrete structures

and stops running water. Excellent waterproofing, Low viscosity highly

penetrating, Quick setting, Ultra high strength, Easy to apply, Excellent

bond strength to concrete brickwork and masonry, Suitable for damp or

dry surface, Excellent flexibility and elongation, water and weather

resistance. Available in 1, 5, 200 ltr. Carboy.

FLOWGROUT DUCT GROUT : It is a single pack cementitious ready to use,

blended, high strength, free flowing, non-shrink duct grout requiring

addition of precise quantity of water and is made of special binders and

specially non-corrosive aggregates, especially designed for grouting the

thin sections where free flow of cementitious mortar proves ineffective.

Attains 475 kg/cm² compressive strength at 28 days. Expansion-0.8% to

1.5%, Water powder ratio for Flowable 0.19.

FLOWGROUT CEMENTITIOUS ROCK CAPSULE: It is a non-shrink

cementitious anchorgrout available in encapsulated form so eliminates

grout pumping and saves labor and equipment cost. It is used for fixing of

fully grouted steel bolts or wooden dowels for layer control in tunneling and

mining to minimize fall of roof and acts as a support system. It is supplied in

double lined polythene sacks and corrugated cardboard boxes each

containing 50 nos.

FAIRTOP : Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion resistant, non-metallic, monolithic, iron free, smooth finish, anti-skid industrial flooring compound for medium to heavy duty traffic floors. Resists penetration of oil and water. Consumption - 5 kg/m², Mho's scale hardness 8 to 9.FAIRTOP STD : Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion resistant, non-metallic, monolithic, iron free, smooth finish, anti-skid industrial flooring compound for medium to light duty traffic floors. Resists penetration of oil & water. Consumption - 5 kg/m², Mho's scalehardness 7 to 8.FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR : Cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for warehouses and industrial floors when strength and durability are of high priority. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is available in 18 kg plastic bag. 18 kg bag will give coverage of 1.8 kg/mm/m² at 1mm thickness.

FAIRSCREED EP : Three pack, abrasion, impact, chemical resistant, anti-

skid, high performance heavy duty epoxy based floor screed. 4 mm to 6 mm

thickness application is recommended. Requires primer (SAFECORE WB

primer is recommended). Coverage: 4 to 6m² at 4 mm thickness per pack

of 25 kg.

FAIRCRETE EP : Three pack, high performance, hardwearing epoxy resin

durable & taint free. Frost resistant & impervious to water, available in

various colours. Requires primer (SAFECORE WB primer is

recommended).Coverage : 1.14 m² at 10 mm thickness.

FAIRSCREED SL : Three pack, high performance, hard wearing, excellent

adhesion, hygienic epoxy based self leveling screed. Can be made more

attractive by sprinkling flakes which will ensure scratch resistance.

Application thickness is around 2 to 3 mm. Requires primer Requires primer

(SAFECORE WB primer is recommended). Coverage: 3.5 m² at 2 mm

thickness per pack of 12.5 kg.

FAIRSCREED VF : Two pack, high strength, thixotropic, creep resistant

epoxy based patching and void filling compound for variety of purposes &

bonding of a wide range of building materials. Primer is required.

Coverage : 0.67 m² per 1 kg Pack at 1 mm thickness.

FAIRSCREED PF : It is a two pack, thixotropic, solvent free polyester resin

based adhesive for crack and voids filler to seal the crack before pressure

grouting which does not allow injection grout to come out and permanently

seals the grout, does not require any primer.Coverage : 0.60 m² per 1 kg.

FAIRTOP METALLIC : A screedable, iron aggregate cementitious system

designed to provide a thin, high strength topping for repairing surfaces

subjected to heavy traffic and abrasion. It is formulated for application at

thickness of 8 to 10mm. FAIRTOP METALLIC is supplied in 25kg bags. For dry

shake - light duty - 3kg/m², Medium duty 5kg/m², Heavy duty - 7kg/m².

INDUSTRIAL FLOORSURFACES

SETRELEASE : Concentrated & emulsified chemical mould release agent. 1

Ltr. of SETRELEASE can be diluted with 5 Ltr. of water. Non-staining, easy to

use & fair faced finish. Concentrated nature reduces storage &

transportation cost. Recommended during dry weather.

Coverage : 150 - 160 m² per ltr. depending upon the surface.

SETRELEASE RU : Ready to use, oil based chemical mould release agent for

quick. clean & easy stripping of moulds, high quality, fair faced surface &

stain free concrete surface. Can be Used with steam curing.

Recommended even on wet surface and rainy season.

Coverage :40-60 m² per Ltr.

SETRELEASE EMULSION : Is a ready to use, water based, safe effective

release agent, provides water repellent, rainproof, rust inhibiting film to

formwork, improves the concrete surface by eliminating voids. Coverage:

30 to 50 m² depending upon the type of formwork.

SETRELEASE SR : Specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals

having retardation and very good mould release properties. It ensures

monolithic plaster with concrete. SETRELEASE SR ensures high quality, fair

faced and stain-free concrete surface. It requires minimum cleaning of

shutters before re-use. The approximate coverage of SETRELEASE SR is

between 10 to 15m² per litre depending upon the porosity and texture of

mould surface.

FAIRCURE C : Ready to use, economical concrete curing compound.

Becomes an integral part of concrete surface & assists the curing process

by preventing water evaporation & does not form film. Reduces possibility of

shrinkage cracks. Coverage : 5-6 m² per Ltr.

FAIRCURE WC : White pigmented, ready to use, non toxic, chloride free,

cost effective concrete curing compound. Reacts with free lime & seals the

pores completely thus reducing the water evaporation which assists

excellent curing process. Single coat application. Coverage : 5-6 m² per Ltr.

FAIRCURE WX WHITE : Wax based white pigmented, low viscosity concrete

curing compound. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks down to

form a non-penetrating continuous film immediately upon contact with a

cementitious surface. The impervious film permits more efficient hydration

thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. Coverage: 5-6 m² per Ltr.

Conforms to ASTM C 309-81.

FAIRCURE RA : Pre-packed, factory controlled, ready to use resin based

curing aids. Can be applied on vertical surfaces, curing of roads, runways,

external floors, bridges, dams, etc. Coverage : Covers 5 to 6 m² per Ltr..

FM-DEGREASER : Is a high penetration, non-corrosive solvent based

cleaner and degreaser based on a blend of organic solvents and wetting

agent. It is used for easy removal of oil, grease and many other types of

contamination from floors, machinery, moulds formwork and tools.

Coverage: 5-6 m² per litre.

SURFACE TREATMENT

CEMSCREED HM(F) : Ready to use single pack fibre reinforced, non-shrink, general purpose cementitious repair micro-concrete. Can be pumped or poured into restricted locations. Attains rapid strength & imparts expansion characteristics (O.8%) in the plastic stage while minimising water demand. Attains a compressive strength of 650 kg/cm² in 28 days. Ideal for RCC structural repairs and is chloride free.CEMSCREED R : Two component, polymer modified cementitious repair mortar. High strength, excellent adhesion, protects steel reinforcement, can be used for all kinds of concrete repairs. CEMSCREED-R mortar can be laid in thickness of 10-20 mm in single application and is chloride free.CEMSCREED PRIMER : Two pack, acrylic polymer based bonding agent for old to new concrete & primer for cementitious repair works. Excellent bond strength & ideal for concrete floor repairs. Coverage : 5-7m² per packof 3 kg.

FAIRSCREED PR : Two component, polyester resin based jointing & quick repair compound for bedding, jointing & profiling of concrete brickworks, repair of concrete & pre cast unit, damage areas & stair treads, kerbs, manholes, doors & window frames, etc. Coverage : 0.75m² at 10mm thickness per pack of 7.5kg.FAIRSCREED R : A three pack epoxy based general purpose repair mortar. Attains early & ultra high strength, has excellent abrasion & impact resistant, self curing, user friendly quick repair mortar for spalled columns, lintels, floors, runways etc. Coverage : 0.75m² at 10 mm thickness per pack of 7.5 kg.FAIRBOND EP : Two pack, solvent free, epoxy based concrete bonding agent (Old to new concrete). Coverage: 0.3 kg per m².FAIRBOND CS : Is preweighed solvent free epoxy resin adhesive for bonding pre-fabricated elements such as bridge segments. It is designed to speed construction and provide a structural and water resistant joint. It has

excellent adhesion and tolerant to damp surfaces. The approximate coverage is 3 to 5m² per 5kg pack at 1mm thickness.FAIRCRETE SB(L) : Single pack, white emulsion of liquid polymer modifier & bonding agent for cementitious mix. Provides outstanding water resistance, excellent adhesion, increases flexibility, improves mechanical properties & abrasion resistant. Reduces water permeability, improves workability & final strength. A multipurpose additive for cement mix and mortar.Coverage : 6 to 8 m² /ltr.FAIRCRETE FBR : Polymer for concrete / mortar. Excellent adhesion to reinforcement and concrete, increases flexural strength, increases tensile and compressive strength comparable to that of ordinary concrete, reduces shrinkage cracks and water permeability, improve chemical resistance. Available in 1, 5, 20 ltr of packing. Coverage : 5 to 6 m² per ltr.CRACKSEAL : Single pack, easy to use , non-metallic, chloride free, cementitious, waterproofed repair mortar. Attains high strength of 200 kg/cm² at 28 days. The expanding characteristics ensures perfect bond on both sides of the cracks & provides excellent water tightness. Available in 1kg & 5 Kg Packs.

CONCRETE REPAIRS

FAIRSEAL : High performance, two part, polysulphide sealants for

expansion joints where large movement is anticipated in concrete

constructions. Excellent weathering characteristics & U.V. resistant.

Conforms to : BS 4254-1967, DIW 18540, ASTM C920-87.

FAIRSEAL P : Pourable consistency, two part polysulphide sealant, easy to

FAIRSEAL R : High performance, two part, polysulphide sealant for sealing

expansion joints where large movements is anticipated in concrete

FAIRSEAL C : Two part polysulphide sealant based crack filling compound.

Provides excellent flexible bond with most of the surfaces, flexible and

ensures excellent waterproofing characteristics, economical & easy to use.

Conforms to BS : 4254-1967 & BS : 5212-1980.

FAIRSEAL CP : Highly flexible cementitious joint sealant. Excellent

weathering characteristics with resistance to rain, snow, heat and ultra

violet rays. Excellent flexibility, has good adhesiveness. Good for repair work.

Excellent adhesion to most common substrates. Safe to human and non-

polluting. Easy to apply. FAIRSEAL CP is prepacked in two components of 6

kg powder + 4 liter liquid which covers approximately 10 running feet the

width of 10mm and depth of 20mm.

FAIRSEAL PU : Cold applied, high performance, pitch based pavement joint

sealant conforms to BS-5212:1990 types N. F., requires no heating

equipment, fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid resistance, has high durability and

long service life, high movement accommodation, high thermal & water

resistance. Available in 5 kg pack consisting of pre-weighed based and

hardner.

FAIRSEAL AR : Is an acrylic emulsion based single part sealant. Easy to apply

and finish, quick surface cure, has excellent adhesion to most concrete

substrates. Can be used for bedding, filling nail holes after dry time and small

plaster repairs. Available in 50kg drum.

FAIRSEAL SSG : Is a single pack, SILICONE BASED, gun graded sealant

material. This is widely used for sealing the gaps between window, air

conditioning frame, door frame, etc. This is a high strength, fast curing

material and available in various colors to adjust with substrate shade.

FAIRFIX / FAIRFIX TA (STD) : Single pack, excellent water proofing, ceramic tile adhesive. Thixotropic mortar suitable for damp & totally submerged areas as well. Coverage :5-8 m² at 3-4 mm thickness per pack of 25 kgs. Water powder ratio - 1:3.FAIRFIX TG STD : Hardwearing water resistant cost effective grout for filling joints in exterior and interior walls, floor tiles, mosaics etc., excellent weather resistant, no shrinkage cracks. Water powder ratio - 1:3.FAIRADD TA : Tile adhesive admixtures having good adhesion of the ceramic tile, stone. Excellent waterproofing. Coverage:75 to 90 sq.ft. per 200gms at a thickness of 8-10 mm.FAIRSCREED TA : Three pack, epoxy based low odour chemical resistant tile adhesive, with good gripping to surface. Applicable for vehicular &

pedestrian traffic. Coverage : 25 kg. covers 2.6m² at 4 mm thickness.FAIRSCREED TG : Thixotropic, solvent free epoxy tile grout, resistant to water, weathering & wide range of chemicals. Available in various colours.FAIRPLASTER A : Acrylic polymer based ready to use wall putty. Excellent thixotropicness, adhesion, finishing, consistency for working. Ready to use, No curing required, can be use on both precast and conventional building areas, sand cement plaster, level brick work, exposed concrete, plywood, AC sheets, gypsum boards etc. Available in 1, 10, 20 kg bag.

2Coverage : 0.75 m /kg at a thickness of 1mm.FAIRFIX MORTAR : Low viscosity ceramic tile mortar. Prepacked factory controlled, ensures consistent quality, excellent adhesive, easy to use, cost effective, excellent waterproofing characteristics, can also be used for fixing of acoustic and insulating board. Available in 25 kg woven bag. 25 kg will cover 6-7 m² with thickness of 4 to 5 mm. FAIRFIX GLUE : Is a two-component, catalysed polyester resin based adhesives for bonding and filling marble, has very good adhesion to marble and other stones of similar porosity, has very fast initial cure. Coverage: 0.3m² per 1kg with 2mm thickness.

READYPLAST FB (E) : Fibre reinforced ready mix plastering mortar for

external walls in bricks, blocks & concrete walls, honey combs in concrete.

Reduces drying shrinkage cracks. Increases plastic life of mortar.

Coverage:30-32 sq. ft. per 40kg. of bag at a thickness of 15-16 mm.

READYPLAST FB (I) : Fibre reinforced ready mix plastering mortar for

internal walls with excellent permeability resistant. Reduces wastage

during plastering and drying shrinkage cracks. Used on brick, block &

concrete walls. Coverage : 30-32 sq.ft. per 40 kg. bag at a thickness of

15-16 mm.

FAIRMATE WALL PUTTY : Is a white cement based synthetically bound

ready to use compound for inert filler material. It has excellent adhesion,

thixotropicness, whiteness and gives good exposure. Does not allow water

penetration and provides smooth, silky and featheredged finish to substrate

to facilitate better texture of paint. It is especially used to seal the pinholes

and the blow holes getting exposed on concrete/plastered surfaces.

Coverage: 2 to 2.5m²/kg, when applied at a thickness of 1mm.

READYMIXMORTAR & ADHESIVE

ROADCRETE : Single part cementitious road repair mortar with excellent bonding, low permeability, rapid setting, high strength, non-shrink; ensures positive expansion, cost effective. Used to repair spalled concrete, gutters, road, manhole covers. Attains 350 kg/cm² compressive strength at 7 days. Available in 25 kg bag and covers an area of 0.75 m² at 25mm thickness.ROADCRETE L : Fast setting, cementitious large section road repair concrete. Excellent bond to concrete, impact resistant, high strength, non- shrink, cost effective, fast setting, high abrasion resistant & durable, used to repair damaged roads, floors, spalled concrete, gutters, support of road furniture. Attains 400 kg/cm² compressive strength at 7 days. Available in 25 kg bag and covers an area of 0.75 m² at 25mm thickness.

ROADCRETE PR : Two Part Polyester resin based road repair mortar

designed for damaged road repair. Excellent flexural & tensile strength, can

be applied at 0ºC, open to traffic in 1 hr, high bond strength, fast setting,

excellent adhesion, impact and abrasion resistant. Available in 7.5kg pack

consisting of base and hardener. 7.5kg covers an area of 0.3 m² at mm

thickness.

ROADCRETE ET SLURRY : Is a three pack, factory controlled, bitumen based

material, consisting of BASE, HARDNER and GRADED AGGREGATE. Excellent

bonding to concrete substrates, Self levelling, High impact, abrasion and

wear resistant, Fast setting. It can be applied over existing concrete floors

and roads, Easy to use, Cost effective road repair slurry with high durability,

Fast cure, Excellent resistant to water and chemicals. It covers 6 to 7m²

per pack.

ROADCRETE MACADAM : Is a single part bitumen based repair mortar

composed of a factory controlled fully graded hard stone aggregate

material, fine aggregate, formulated bitumen contents and special additives.

Excellent bonding, low permeability, rapid repair time, high strength, fast

setting, easy to use and cost effective. Open to traffic in short time. Will not

peel, crumble, dust or crack, has freeze thaw durability, Used for

permanent repair to spalled and damaged concrete, Remedial repairs

around manholes. Available in 25 kg packs. A 25 kg pack yields 12.5 ltr of

concrete sufficient to cover 0.75m² at 25 mm thickness.
