Visit at Sanjo Winery 10:30 am (includes five types of wine, cider and traditional apple juice) and Casa do Vinho at São Joaquim.During the afternoon visit to Villa Francioni ( approximate 15:30 ) (includes wine and cheese tasting) which is close to São Joaquim.

Day 4

Sâo Joaquim or Bom Jardim da Serra/Santo Amaro da ImperatrizBreakfast at the hotel. Check out at the hotel. Depart to Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, (197km ).Accommodation at Hotel Caldas da Imperatriz or Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz (meals are upon the hote, choice, been detailed at accommodation). In the afternoon enjoy thermal bath.

Realizing the benefits of having favorable climatic condition for winemaking in the mountainous region of Santa Catarina, Sanjo started planting its vineyards in 2002 with the most advanced technologies of

The city of Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, in Florianópolis, has the best thermal water of South America, according to the information released by Hydrothermal Tourism Association of Santa Catarina.

According to the association, the resort has the second best source of thermal water quality in the world, preceded only by Vicky in France.

Dom João VI issued a decree on March 18, 1818, ordering the construction of a hospital due to the therapeutic properties of the water. In 1845, Dom Pedro II and Empress Thereza Cristina visited the municipality of Santo Amaro. With the passage of couple the region, it was determined to build the

first spa in Brazil and the place was named Caldas da Imperatriz.
