This flower power headband is a really easy, quick craft which is perfect for a gift!

What you will need:

2 pieces of scrap fabric

A needle and thread

A plain headband

A button

2 circular objects with a diameter of around 7cm and 13cm

Fabric scissors

2.Next begin to sew a running stich around the edge of the circle. Tie a knot at the start but dont tie one at the end.

1.First use a circular object with a diameter of around 13cm to mark out the base of your flower. Then cut it out.

7.Finaly, use a hot glue gun to attach it to a plain headband.

6.To finish the flower off, you can sew a button in the middle.

5.Next, stitch the two together so the small one sits in the middle of the big one.

4.Simply repeat steps 1-3 with a different fabric and smaller circular object.

3.Then pull the thread like a draw string bag. After flattening it, stitch it in place to secure it.
