Hello everyone from Room 5– You have all been so active !!!-what fantastic photographs from your C.N.S. Home Active Week 2020. So very proud of you all . It’s good to get outside in the fresh air as much as we can – good for our Mental and Physical Health and for our general Wellbeing. Really lovely photos of everyone looking happy and well – congratulations to you all !I hope the Bird Feeder you started last week worked out well for you all - I’m sure they are lovely and that you now have some new birds to watch .It can be an interesting activity to try and identify the various birds in our gardens and on our walks .
