Contact person’s name and phone number

CHANGES

The number of participants must be notified 48 hours in advance. It’s binding fort order and invoice

CANCELLATION

Is the event canceled by the organizer, the following costs are charged:

2 days prior the event: 050% of the merchandise and all arising costs

1 day prior the event: 075% of the merchandise and all arising costs

At the event: 100% of the merchandise and all arising costs

PRICE

All prices include 8% VAT and in Swiss francs

ACCOUNTING

After the event we send you a detailed invoice payable in 30 days

Internal guests: e-invoicing from Switzerland

External guests: bank wire slip from Switzerland

We do not accept payment by credit card, EC-direct, cash etc.

TAXI EXPENSES

For services after 11.00 pm we charge taxi fares from CHF 50.00 per employee.
