2. Delivery Period: 45 days from the date ofreceipt oforder by the supplier to the consigneeaftached.

3. Risk purchase clause: Ifthe bidder fails to supply the stores within the stipulated deliverlperiod inclusive of period with penalty. the order will stand cancelled. Undersigned shall beentitled to purchase such stores from any other source at such price which ordinarily shouldnot be more than l0olo ofthe tender price, unless otherwise properly satisfied by purchasingofficer. 5. Labelling:: The word "For use of GOVERMENT OF MAHARASHTRA NOT FORSALE" should be printed on each unit pack in readable Purple or Green Colours. Bar-codingshould be on boxes ofSupplied item at Consignee level.

which you will the supply stores should not exceed the lowest price charged by you to any
