The colonies

had clothing classes.

They were upper class, middle class and

lower class.

The lower class did not have

very fancy clothing it was made of coarse kind of

material. The

middle classes clothes were

made out of cotton. The upper

classes clothing

was made out of silk.

They would wear loose unfitted dresses and an apron to try and camouflage pregnancy.

The women would wear corsets under their dress to make it look like they have a small waist and big hips.
