Occurs when energy is passed directly from one item to another. If a metal spoon is placed in a hot pot of soup, the spoon will heat up.
CONVECTION
Is the movement of gases or liquids from a cooler spot to a warmer spot
RADIATION
Heat rays moving in straight lines. When it moves that way, it is called radiation.
