Why Youth Participation?
• Children and young people are experts • Worry about participation of young people because of
low voting rate• Young people are far from politics, they are not
interested about it• Politicians think participation of children and young
people is important• Appreciation – respect every child and youngster as a
person• Democracy of citizens – Youth participation is part of it• Society is for everyone – it’s common!
