Use the 1st Sample Rubric
Where would you place this goal on the rubric?
What feedback would you give the teacher?
Let’s look at your feedback
Who is doing the work of making the changes – you or the teacher?
Did you tie your feedback back to the language of the rubric? If not, how could you have worded things differently?
Would your conference be collaborative given your feedback?

make? What feedback would the
principal need to give to move the teacher to the new goal?
