FINAL SELECT LIST

1. In pursuance to the Notification dated: 07.06.2018 cited at reference-l recruitment process

to fill up 28 vacancies of Spl. Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP) (Men) including In-Service was

initiated and after the recruitment process this Office published Provisional Select List cited at

reference-2. After publishing the Provisional Select List, candidates selected were subjected for

comprehensive Medical Examination before Medical Board as prescribed in 'the Karnataka State

Reserve Police (Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rule, 2009'.

2. Whereas, after the conduct of medical examination to the candidate selected, the Medical

Board vide letter No: VH/MBIl67/2018-19, dated: 31.01.2019 has sent the report furnishing that 28

candidates who were subjected for medical examination are' FIT'.

3. Nine candidates who were selected for the post of Spl. Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP) viz.,

Sri. Manjunath Biradar, bearing Roll No: 1505686, Sri. Madhu A.S., bearing Roll No: 1504076, Sri.

Ranganath Antaragatti., bearing Roll No:1501247, Sri. Sriguru A Sajjan, bearing Roll No:

1504322, Sri. Mallikarjunayya Korani, bearing Roll No: 15058740, Sri. Ashok D Gaddigoudar,

bearing Roll No: 1500922, Sri. Praveen Bilagi, bearing Roll No: 1500118, Sri. Adarsha Gowda J.,

bearing Roll No: 1505677, Sri Hemanthkumar R, bearing Roll No: 1505700 have expressed their

unwillingness to join the post. Hence, their candidature has been cancelled vide order No. 71/Rect-

2/2018-19, dated:20.06.2019.

2Apart from this 04 candidates who have selected for the post of Spl. Reserve Sub-

Inspector (KSRP) viz., Sri. Mallikarjuna, bearing Roll No: 1502413, Sri. Amul Abhay Hemagire, bearing

Roll No: 1505627, Sri. Purushothama L, bearing Roll No: 1500384 and Sri. Nagaraj, bearing Roll No:

1505456 as per merit and priority of the post they have been considered in the post of sub-Inspector

(KSISF) .

.4. Whereas, as prescribed in the Cadre and Recruitment Rules called "the Karnataka State

Reserve Police (Recruitment and Conditions of Services) Rules, 2009", after medical examination

the Selection Authority has to prepare Final Select List on the basis of report sent by the Medical

Board. The following is the Final Select List of the candidates in order of merit selected for the

posts of Special Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP) (Men) including In-service.

a) This list is subject to the verification of relevant documents like Proof of Age,

Educational Qualification, Selection Category/ Group, Community/Caste, Rural,

Kannada Medium, Project Displaced Person, Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-

servicemen, Hyderabad-Karnataka Reservation etc., issued by the competent

Authorities and verification of Character & Antecedents of the candidates.

b) The final appointment is subject to verification of Annual Performance Report and

Departmental Enquiries if any pending against any of the In-service candidates.

c) The fact that the name of the candidates figures in this list does not give him any

legal right for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid

conditions.

d) This select list is subject to the final decision of the Hon 'ble Karnataka State

Administrative Tribunal! Hon'ble High Court of Kamataka / Hon'ble Supreme

Court of India.
