Attendance to the Pre Conference to the Division Multigrade Focal Persons

Pursuance to Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated August 16, 2018, re: "Pre Conference to the Division Multigrade Focal Persons", you are hereby directed to attend the said conference on September 4, 2018 at DepEd Region Xi, F. Torres St., Davao City.

2. The conference aims to:

a. conduct ocular visit on the full implementation of the 2018 financial support for multigrade schools implementer;

b. evaluate on the effectiveness of multigrade program; c. monitor the integration of GAD in multigrade learning activities, and d. gather good practices and other concerns for policy recommendation.

3. Travelling expenses of the participants shall be charged against the local funds, while meals and snacks shall be charged against the Multigrade Schools Support funds, all subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Subject CONDUCT OF MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF MULTIGRADE SCHOOL PROGRAM IMPLEMENTERS BASED ON THE UTILIZATION OF THE 2018 FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Date : August l6,2018

1. Relative to the updating and full implementation of Multigrade Schools per DepEd Order No. 08 s. 2018, this Office announces the conduct of Monitoring and Evaluation Activity to all the public Multigrade School Program implementers on September 11-14, 2018 (exclusively by the Division focal and Regional Focal) and October 8-11, 2018 with the regional Field Technical Assistance Committee (RFTACT) and Division Focal persons.

2. The objectives of the activity are to: a. conduct ocular visit on the full implementation of the 20018 financial support for

multi-grade schools implementer; b. evaluate on the effectiveness of multigrade program; c. monitor the integration of GAD in multigrade learning activities, and d. gather good practices and other concerns for policy recommendation.

3. This Office will conduct pre and post conferences to the Division Multigrade Focal Perso on September 4, 2018 and October 12, 2018 respectively, the venue will be announced in a separate memorandum, Details of the Monitoring Schedules are in the Enclosure 1.

4. Snacks and lunch will be served during the meeting chargeable to the downloaded Multigrade Schools support funds, while travel expenses of the participants shall be charged to local funds, all subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
