Alun Alun 2014• Alun Alun is an annual event held by the PPIA Victoria to

welcome the new study period and Indonesian students who had just arrived in Melbourne. Not only by holding a festival, but we also provide the info session of Garuda Indonesia, the Consulate General and immigration, and education

Merdeka is dedicated to celebrate the Indonesian Independence Day. Through this production, PPIA Victoria aims to be the platform for PPIA branches and various Indonesian communities in Victoria to express their passion in per forming arts. In the spirit of unity in diversity, we believe we are able to deliver a thoughtful performance to speak about young Indonesian aspiration about freedom. Moreover, Panggung Merdeka emphasizes the importance of Indonesian independency through Soe Hok Gie’s point of view.

• Youth conference summit initiate by ASEAN student council in Australia that aims for

• AAYS aimed to bring like minded students from various ASEAN countries, including but not limited to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam- to discuss pertinent issues for ASEAN member countries and Australia. It allows interaction between students to exchange ideas, propose recommendation and network with different ASEAN and Australian Youth Leaders. In essence, this forum is designed to strengthen links between ASEAN and Australia students leaders in the hope of facilitating ASEAN- Australia in the future.
