User Guide for Registering Your Employees and Booking Inductions

Otis Contractor Management System
Please follow this step-by-step guide to register your employees and book inductions in the Otis Contractor Management System.
Step 1
Please go to http://www.otiscontractor.com.au and click on “Register Now/Login” in the top menu bar.
Once on the home page for the Otis Contractor Management System, click “Login.”
Step 2
Use the login details you received upon registration to login to the Contractor Management System.

On the home page, select “Manage Employee Data.”
Step 4
To add an employee, enter a fragment of the employee’s name, then select “Search.” If the system returns with no matches, select “Add Employee.” To show a list of all registered employees, leave the search field blank, then select “Search.”

If your employee appears in the returned list, tick them and select “Submit.”
If the employee does not appear in the returned list, select “Add Employee.”

Enter all of the information required, agree to the declaration, then select “Save.”

Select “Submit.”
Step 8
Select “Process.”
Step 9
Click “Select Roles.”

Select the relevant site from the dropdown, then select the relevant role/s from the list. Once all roles have been ticked, scroll to the bottom of the window and select “Apply.”
Once you have applied the role/s exit the pop-up window by clicking the exit cross.

Tick the declaration, enter card shipment details and click “Save.”
Step 12
Upload all required files by selecting “Upload.”

Select “Choose file” to upload your employee’s photograph.
Step 14
Select “Save.”

Enter an email address for online training login details to be sent to, or select “Copy from employee.”
Step 16
Agree to the training declartion, then select “Save.”
Step 17
Select to book any required training.

Scroll to the top of the page, and select “Add to Cart.”
Step 19
In the shopping cart window, select “Review.”

Step 20
Review your shopping car contents, ensuring all training bookings and card purchases are listed. Next select “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 21
Enter your payment details and select “Continue.”

Select “Download” to download a copy of your tax receipt. A copy will also be emailed to the company contact’s email address.
Your documents will now be assessed and authorised. If they do not meet requirements, you will be notified by email and they will be returned to be actioned.
Once the upload requirements have been verified, online training will be approved and your employees will be emailed login details.
