ECO K CAR 01POLISH DI RIFINITURA PER CARROZZERIA

ECO K CAR 01 è un polish formulato per ripristinare la brillantezza originale delle vernici trasparenti, presenti nel mercato del settore automotive. Elimina i micrograffi e gli aloni nei colori scuri. Protegge la carrozzeria contro gli agenti atmosferici. Può essere applicato manualmente o con lucidatrici rotative e rotorbitali. NON CONTIENE IDROCARBURI, completamente a base acqua.

Modo d’uso:a) manuale: distribuire sulla superficie con ovatta/microfibra, stendere il prodotto con movimenti circolari, lasciare asciugare per qualche minuto e pulire la superficie con panno microfibra.b) lucidatrici rotative e rotorbitali: applicare sul tampone morbido o direttamente sulla vernice, poca quantità di prodotto. Lucidare a basso regime di giri (max 1200), con movimenti circolari incrociati. Lasciare asciugare per qualche minuto e rimuovere con panno microfibra.

ECO K CAR 01FINISHING POLISH FOR CAR BODIES

ECO K CAR 01 is a polish formulated to restore the original brilliance of the clear coats, in the automotive sector It removes micro-scratches and halos on dark colors. It protects the car body from atmospheric agents. It can be applied manually or with rotary and random orbital polishers. It DOES NOT CONTAIN HYDROCARBONS, completely water-based.

Use instructions:a) manual: spread on the surface with cotton wool / microfibre, apply the product with circular movements, leave to dry for a few minutes and wipe the surface with microfibre cloth.b) random orbital sanders and rotary polishers: apply on the soft pad or directly on the paint, small quantity of product. Polish at low speed (max 1200), with cross-circular movements. Allow to dry for a few minutes and remove with microfibre cloth.

ECO K CAR 05 è un polish di rifinitura di facile applicazione, formulato per proteggere ed eliminare i micrograffi, aloni nelle superfici verniciate. ECO K CAR 05 is a finishing polish, easy to apply, formulated to protect and eliminate micro-scratches and halos in painted surfaces. It gives depth to colors and high gloss to car body. ECO K40 CAR - K40 BLACK CAR è una pasta abrasiva per la carrozzeria, formulata espressamente per essere impiegata nella lucidatura delle vernici trasparenti presenti nel mercato. La caratteristica che distingue ECO K40 CAR - K40 BLACK CAR da altri prodotti similari in commercio è la capacità di diminuire il tempo di lucidatura dopo la carteggiatura, utilizzando un solo prodotto, ottenendo così una superficie brillante e senza ologrammi.

Modo d’uso: applicare il prodotto sulla cuffia di lana merinos morbida lucidante (consigliata) o tampone in spugna duro. Lucidare a basso regime di giri per non riscaldare la superficie, effettuando movimenti incrociati. L’ultima applicazione va fatta a velocità più alta per consumare i residui di pasta. ECO K40 CAR - K40 BLACK CAR is a rubbing compound for car bodies, specifically formulated to be used in the polishing of clear coats on the market. The characteristic that distinguishes ECO K40 CAR - K40 BLACK CAR from other similar products on the market is the ability to decrease the polishing time after sanding, using only one product, obtaining the surface bright and free of holograms.

Use instructions: apply the product on soft merino wool polishing cap (recommended) or hard sponge pad. Polish at low speed to avoid the overheating of the surface, making cross movements. The last application should be made at higher speed in order to consume the compound residues. Clean the surface with microfibre cloth. We recommend to refinish with polish ECO K CAR 01.

ECO K70 CAR è una pasta abrasiva formulata espressamente per essere impiegata nelle lucidatura e ripristino delle superficie verniciate nel settore della carrozzeria. Ha una elevata capacità di taglio, elimina graffi superficiali e dona lucentezza a vernici degradate dal tempo, ottenendo così una superficie brillante e senza ologrammi. Si consiglia l’utilizzo con cuffia di lana merino morbida a pelo lungo (lucidante) a basso regime di giri, rifinire con tampone morbido.

Modo d’uso: applicare il prodotto sulla cuffia di lana merinos morbida lucidante (consigliata) o tampone in spugna duro. Lucidare a basso regime di giri per non riscaldare la superficie, effettuando movimenti incrociati. L’ultima applicazione va fatta a velocità più alta per consumare i residui di pasta. ECO K70 CARCOARSE-GRAINED RUBBING COMPOUND FOR POLISHING OF PAINTED SUPPORTS IN CAR BODIES

ECO K70 CAR is a rubbing compound specifically formulated to be used in polishing and restoration of the painted surface in the bodywork sectors. It has a high cutting capacity, removes surface scratches and gives shine to paint deteriorated by time, obtaining the surface bright and free of holograms. We recommend the use of soft merino wool cap (polishing) at low speed, refinish with soft pad.

Use instructions: apply the product on soft merino wool polishing cap (recommended) or hard sponge pad. Polish at low speed to avoid the overheating of the surface, making cross movements. METAL FINISH is a water-based brightener/cleaner with specific wax nano emulsions for painted surfaces. It gives a high gloss finish and protects from the atmospheric elements. It can also be used on plastic, rubber, plexiglass and acrylic supports. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN HYDROCARBONS AND VOLATILE SILICONES

Drying time depends on the temperature, at 20° C the product dries in 10-15 seconds

Storage: Shelf life 24 months in the unopened package, stored away from light and at temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Higher and lower temperatures reduce the shelf life.

ECO K34F GC viene impiegata PER LA RIFINITURA “A SPECCHIO” della vetroresina e del gelcoat, dopo l’utilizzo di paste a grana più grossa o dopo la carteggiatura con grane fini. Elimina i segni lasciati dai precedenti trattamenti, donando un grado di brillantezza superiore ai 100° Gloss. Ha una elevata capacità lucidante, si utilizza quindi sul gelcoat dopo lo stampaggio, per ripristinare l’antica lucentezza a superficie vecchie ed ossidate. Si consiglia l’utilizzo con cuffia di lana merino morbida a pelo lungo (LUCIDANTE)

ECO K35M GCPASTA ABRASIVA GRANA MEDIA UNIVERSALE DA UTILIZZARE PER LA LUCIDATURA DEI COMPOSITI E DEI SUPPORTI VERNICIATI

ECO K35M GC viene impiegata nella lucidatura della vetroresina e del gelcoat, dopo lo stampaggio o per ripristinare la brillantezza originale. Elimina i segni di carteggiatura superiori alla grana P1200, raggiungendo un grado di brillantezza superiore ai 90° Gloss. Per questa sua caratteristica di abbinare un elevato potere mordente alla capacità lucidante, viene utilizzata anche per il ripristino delle superfici ingiallite ed opacizzate. Si consiglia l’utilizzo con cuffia di lana merino morbida a pelo corto (MORDENTE). Per una rifinitura a specchio, fare un ulteriore trattamento con la pasta ECO K34F GC.

ECO K03 PLX è un polish abrasivo formulato per eliminare i micrograffi, l’ingiallimento, l’opacità nelle superfici plastiche e in plexiglass, ripristinando la lucentezza originale. Protegge la superficie contro gli agenti atmosferici. Può essere applicato manualmente o con lucidatrici rotative.

Modo d’uso:a) carteggiare con carta abrasiva grana P1500, rifinire con carta P2000. Solo in caso di graffi e segni profondi iniziare con carta P800.

b) lucidare con cuffia di lana morbida, utilizzando la lucidatrice a basso regime di giri (max 1200), con movimenti circolari incrociati. Rifinire con un tampone in spugna morbido. Lasciare asciugare per qualche minuto e rimuovere con panno microfibra.

ECO K03 PLXABRASIVE POLISH FOR POLISHING OF MATERIALS IN PLASTIC AND PLEXIGLASS

ECO K03 PLX is an abrasive polish formulated to remove micro-scratches, yellowing, the opacity in the plastic and plexiglass surfaces, restoring the original brightness. It protects the surface against the atmospheric elements. It can be applied manually or with rotary polishers.

Use instructions:a) sand with P1500 grit sandpaper, finishing with P2000 paper. Only in case of deep scratches and marks start with P800 paper.

b) Polish with soft wool cap, using the polishing machine at low speed (max 1200), with cross-circular movements. Finish with a soft sponge pad. Allow to dry for a few minutes and remove with microfiber cloth.

Lucidare a basso regime di giri (max 1200) per non riscaldare la superficie, effettuando movimenti incrociati. L’ultima applicazione va fatta a velocità più alta per consumare i residui di pasta. Pulire la superficie con panno microfibra. Si consiglia di rifinire la superficie utilizzando il polish/brillantante ECO K BRILL WOOD.
