Abstract The current study aims at identifying attitudes of psychologists
towards working with disabled children in the light of variables of self concept and burnout importance of study appears to identify general
attitude of psychologists towards working with disabled children also to identify level of burnout to psychologists who work with disabled children, the study was conducted on (100) psychologists worked at institutes and programs of special education the following scales were applied: questionnaire prepared by the researcher to identify attitudes

scale for burnout Tensi scale for self concept the study concluded to high level of burnout to psychologists who work at institutes and programs of special education results of study show that there is a correlative relation between attitudes of psychologists towards working with disabled child and their self concept it revealed that high level of burnout to psychologists is associated with a negative attitude towards working with disabled children results of study also indicated that there is not a correlative relation between attitude of psychologist towards working with disabled children and type of disability they deal with. The study put forward some recommendations the most significant of which are holding courses for psychologists in order to develop there performance.
