STRUCTUROC H is designed for horizontal repairs and can be placed at thicknesses ranging from 12.5 mm (1/2”) up to 300 mm (12”) in a single lift. SAUEREISEN ACIDPROOF CONCRETE NO. 54 - with almost a half century of successful, varied service - is the original acid-resistant material for gunite construction. For those applications that require a lower K factor, lightweight materials, or higher temperature resistance, No. 54 LW is available.
NO. 54 AND 54 LW are potassium silicate, acid-resistant refractories for use as monolithic linings in chimneys, stacks, ducts, breechings, scrubbers, precipitators, tanks, process vessels, floors and sumps. These two-component materials consist of Powder and Liquid which are mixed together on the job.

SAUEREISEN ACIDPROOF CONCRETE NO. 54 SG - STRUCTURAL GRADE is a potassium silicate castable refractory for chemical resis-tant construction of sumps, dikes, containment pads, trenches, walls and other structural support columns or bases. Since No. 54 SG is fast-setting and strong, it eliminates the requirement for a Portland cement foundation in new construction and maintenance applications.
The NO. 54 SG - STRUCTURAL GRADE material has been specifically formulated to resemble the physical characteristics of Portland cement and should be installed with proper reinforcement, mixing, forming and casting methods. After its cure, No. 54 SG provides outstanding performance as a chemical resistant liner for the most severe acidic environments.

No. 265 has been specifically formulated for foundation construction and should be installed with proper reinforcement. Mixing and forming methods are similar to those used for Portland cement installations.

PRIME FLEX™ 920HYDROPHOBIC POLYURETHANE INJECTION RESIN
Prime Flex 920 is a single-component polyurethane injection resin used to seal gushing leaks, including wide gaps in concrete, where the structure is not subject to movement. This hydrophobic, low viscosity polyurethane reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, watertight, rigid foam. Due to its low viscosity, 920 is also used for permeation grouting of loose soils to consolidate soil particles and increase the load-bearing capacity. (For high strength or large void filling, see Prime Flex 985.) This material requires the use of Prime Kat or Kick Fast Kat to adjust the reaction time from 4-13 seconds.

CFRP Tee Joint Biscuits are custom carbon/glass fiber reinforced plastic laminates designed to repair failed flange-to-flange shear connectors of pre-cast double Tee beams. A specially engineered tri-axial carbon fabric is used provide high strength, while a proprietary textured glass fabric is bonded on the exterior face to provide additional toughness as well as a rough bonding surface. The constituent resin matrix is a toughened vinyl ester with proven ability to provide strength along with superior chemical resistance, especially to salt and gasoline. Using a proprietary aerospace composite manufacturing technique, the fabric and resin are combined to form a finished composite laminate. This laminate is then cut to shape using ultra high-pressure water jet cutting equipment.
