The Create Form provides prompts to help the Designer and SME define:– Module scope– Learning objectives– Prerequisite skills– Practice activities
The Create Form also provides prompts and fields for the Designer to compose module content prior to input in the eStudy template.

CART: The AUTHOR Form
The eStudy Author Form is the source document used by the Developer to input content into the eStudy template. The Author form includes placeholders for:
– Text– Knowledge Checks– Viewlets– Other module components (e.g. gfx, tables,etc.)
CART: The REVIEW Stage
Content review by a SME

CART: The SME Review Form
The SME Review Form guides the SME’s review of deliverable content after it is developed in the eStudy template
The SME records feedback on the SME Review Form to indicate acceptability of or changes to the content
CART: The Change Request Form
The eStudy Change Request Form enables management of changes to deliverables once they are in the eStudy Template
The form is used only for adding new content or functionality to a module
The eStudy Change Request Form includes fields for explaining the rationale for the change
