of tomorrow, regular investments are made into the moderni-sation and capacity expansion of the business. Hence why at the end of 2016, a new additional groupage freight trans-shipment hall will become operational in Göttingen, which will provide a lot of space in a modern facility equipped with technical features. We stay on course

Newly founded again after the war in 1948 in in Imbshausen in Northeim, our company has been based in Göttingen since 1951 and since then has developed into a cutting-edge transport and logistics company. Through our subsidiary, GSL Gesellschaft für Service und Logistik in Mitteldeutschland mbH, today we are a competent consultant for many indus-tries in the area of tailor-made logistics solutions.

From 1987, the company was run by the sole proprietor, Andreas Krüger. He was substantially responsible for the development and expansion of the range of services. From 2011 to 2014, Klaus-Peter Mergenthal was the Managing Di-rector of the business, who further expanded the company’s portfolio internationally and opened up the scheduled services and general cargo network distribution, as well as the air and sea freight activities. In addition, services such as warehous-ing, order picking, overseas packaging, fulfilment service and other logistics services and products were also added. With the retirement of Klaus-Peter Mergenthal in 2014, Andreas Krüger again assumed sole responsibility for the business’ operations.
