*Mail-In Rebate for a Dunlop Motorcycle Tires Prepaid Visa®, up to $60, valid on qualifying purchases made between February 15 and April 30th, 2020. Funds will be issued in the currency that aligns with the address of the rebate applicant. The completed form must be submitted or postmarked no later than May 31st, 2020. Rebate valid only with a copy of proof of purchase of qualifying tires and service. Tires and service must be on the same receipt. Offer available only at an authorized participating Dunlop Motorcycle Pro Dealer retailers in the US and Canada. Purchases made through distributors, Amazon or online auctions, including Ebay, do not qualify. Valid only with a copy of proof of purchase, which clearly identifies seller’s name and contact information, invoice number, date of purchase, purchased product model name, quantity and customer information. May not be combined with any other rebates. Limit (2) per household.
