1. Understand clients culture and requirements and develop a tailored search strategy.

2. Identify target sources from database; industry and association research. Direct source and provide weekly updates to client.

3. Screen and evaluate potential candidates and narrow down a list of prospects.

4. Interview candidates and complete interview assessments.

5. Send package of short-listed candidates to client including position profile, resume and interview assessments. Client selects finalist candidates and interviews are organised.

6. We conduct reference checks, complete credential verifications and conduct any additional psychometric assessment. We assist in offer negotiations if required.

7. We ensure a smooth transition for the successful candidate and give feedback to those unsuccessful. We follow up and provide integration support for up to 3 months.
