- In year 1832 foundation of forge by Archduke Karol Ludwik Habsburg.

- In 1837 transformation from forge into pig iron processing works named Fryderyk’s Ironworks.

- In 1912 creation Austrian Public Limited Company for Bolts and Forged Articles Factory “Breviller” and “A. Urban and Sons” Company, with head office in Vienna – production of first bolts.

- During II World War, destruction of the factory in 70%; resumption of production from the 1st July 1945.

- On the July 2005 Company gained new owner, which is “Srubena Unia” S.A. - 30.12.2006 r. came economic change from Bolt’s Company „ŚRUBENA-PRODUKCJA” Ltd. into Public Limited Company, through merger with ŚRUBENA UNIA S.A.
