Enclosed please find our submission of the final printed labeling for the subject product in response to the Agency'sacceptance letter December 4, 2012 (copy enclosed). In reference to comment l(b) and (c), we believed our formulationdid not require the Petroleum Distillate language. Enclosed is a copy of e-mail correspondence with Linda DeLuiseconfirming this and therefore, we have left it off the Final Printed Labeling. To incorporate comment l(d), we specifiedthat the 8-week residual claim applies to Harvester ants. As requested, two copies of the final printed labeling areenclosed.
