BZ Mechanical Drilling JarBZ mechanical drilling jar is a full mechanical type drilling jar

and releasing stuck tool. It integrates upward jarring with downward jarring releases the tight pull or the sticking or other drilling troubles during drilling. It is a part of drill stem when it needn't jarring and it can work at anytime when need jarring. Thus increasing the work efficiency.

It has widely load ( jarring force) scope of the upward jarring and the downward jarring, so it can be adjusted at the maintenance stations or on the well sites according to the requirements. The special flexible joint can reduce the flexural stress of the drilling jar body efficiently. So it is the first selected drilling jar for vertical well deep well directional well and complicated well operations.

DXZ Surface Bumper Jar

DXZ Surface bumper jar is a tool releasing stuck for down hole tools on the wellhead, It applys to release stuck which needs downward jarring like keyslot, shrink neck, fall off block, sticking to suck etc. it also can relieve down hole fishing tools. When surface bumper jar is working on wellhead. No matter what parts of drill stems stuck, slips down hole tools stuck, fishing tools stuck or testing workover tools, well washing tools stuck, it all can use surface bumper jar to release stuck.

KXZ Fishing bumper sub is a mechanical jarring tool. JQ-DH Mechanical Shock Absorber

JQ-DH shock absorber is an absorbing tool acting as vertical absorbing function when drilling with cone bits or abrasive coring bits. IBOP For Top Drive (Upper/Lower Safety Valves)

IBOP for top drive can be divided into Upper IBOP and Lower IBOP; they are control valves which are used with the top drive system. Usually the two valves connected to the top drive drilling device. The IBOP adopts high reliable metal seal. So it can bear high pressure upward and downward. The working pressure can be achieved 10000 psi or 15000 psi. When well kick occurring, The upper IBOP can be closed by remote controlled, but the lower IBOP will be closed manually. Actuator for top drive is a subsidiary body which controls open and close of Upper IBOP. It works with other accessories of the rig, so that control openning and closing of Upper IBOP on any height of derr ick dr i l ler console. Both the valve body cavity and accessories have special anticorrosive processing, so that prolong the working life.

Actuator is a driving tool supporting the use of top drive system, and it consists of actuator and crank. INSIDE BLOWOUT CONTROL TOOLS

Kelly valve also named Kelly cock or drill pipe safety valve. It is a hand control valve in drill string circulating system and it is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout. Kelly valve is divided into Upper Kelly Valve and Lower Kelly Valve. Upper Kelly Valve is connected between swivel sub and Kelly. Lower Kelly valve is connected between lower end of Kelly and top of drill pipe or lower end of Kelly save sub. Rotating the wrench of full opening safety valve 90° to realize on and off. In the drilling operation, in order to avoid malignant accidents, Kelly valves should be connected to both end of Kelly to prevent loss of drilling fluid and blowout.

Arrow type check valve (drill check valve) is a kind of important inside blowout tool, usually used in the oil and gas drilling and workover. It works with the drilling tool into the well,in the process of drilling and workover in case of overflow, kick, or positive cycle to stop, the arrow type check valve will shut down rapidly under the action of reverse circulation pressure inside drill tools and spring force, cutting the channel within drilling tools, thus play a blowout purpose within drill tools.

FPJ Inside BOP Valve

Specification:

FPJ Inside BOP Valve is a large pressure drop check valve. Valve seal is the arrow type valve seal, the arrow type check valve will shut down rapidly under the action of reverse circulation pressure inside of drill tools and spring force, cut off the channel within drilling tools, thus arrieved prevent a blowout purpose within drill tools. It can be reserved on the platform, or release its top open device, then install it between drill pipe and drill bit, to prevent the high pressure oil and gas spewing from the drilling tools. A special release tool makes the valve in a normally open state, could allow backflow through. This release tool is pre-installed in the float valve and the whole assembly kept ready on the platform for quick installation at the first signs of backflow when drill pipe is pulled out of the well.

Releasing and Circulating OvershotLT Overshot is one of the fishing tools which is fishing the pipes externally. It can

catch drill collar, drill pipe, tubing, subs and other pipes. Because of the seals, the fluid can circulate with the high pump pressure after catching the fish. The top of the fish will be milled by under mill shoe. It can also work with jars to catch the stuck fishes. Pilot MillThe pilot mill is used to mill the fish which have inner bore instability and shake in the downwell, such as drill pipe, drill collar, tubing etc.The pilot mill is made up of mill shoe body and pilot cone, as the following picture.The upper part of the mill shoe body is inner thread, the lower part

is cylinder whose diameter is bigger. Welding YD alloy and anti-abrasive material on the back plane of pilot cone and mill shoe body. The pilot cone has the effect of leading and fixing the top of the fish. And there are 2-4 water crossing grooves on the back plane of the mill shoe body to make sure it can circulate unblocked.

The pilot mill shoes locate the fish by the cone which is entered into the fish, and then rotate with the drilling tool, the mill shoes welded with YD alloy grind the fish.

The pressure of circulating mud make the valve head down a displacement, the disc of valve rod’s end will fall off automatically; after stop pumping, the valve press the valve seat upwards under the action of spring, the float valve becomes one-way valve. So that can pump the drilling fluid and cement slurry into it from up to down, but the fluid in the casing or outside casing annulus can’t be return to prevent from back flow.

Float Collar: the using method is the same as float shoes except the lower end is pin. It is connected with casing. The usage of float collar is to make the casing landing easily by reducing the loading. When landing the casing, make sure to prevent from the drill fluid flow into the casing. After cementing, the float collar can prevent the cement slurry returning to the casing.

Cementing Plug: when the drilling fluid make the bottom plug move into the end, raised plum flower petal of the bottom plug’s lower end engaging with the hollow plum flower petal of float collar’s upper end. At the same time, the pressure rise, when reach the definite pressure, the burst disk in the bottom plug crush, the passageway open, and the pump pressure descent, at this time can cementing. After cementing, pumping into the top plug to clean cement slurry on the inner wall, the raised plum flower petal of the top plug engaging with the hollow plum flower petal of the bottom plug.

Wear SubIn rotating drilling process, the rotating power of drill bit is from rotary rig platform or top-drive equipment through the drill stem. In the

process of directional, drilling because of the friction between drill stem and well wall or drill stem and casing, it is difficult to transfer the rotating power, especially in horizontal well. Because of the loss of torque, it will effect the rig efficiency and reduce the rig drilling power. The friction between drill stem and well wall or drill stem and casing will reduce the life of drill stem and casing, also the well wall will become irregularity. Because of the loss of passing torque, it should increase the torque load of drill stem in order to keep the drilling torque on bit. So it will reduce the drill stem’s safety factor. All these will effect the safety, quality and rapid drilling.

Wear sub can valid resolve the above mentioned problems in the process of oil and gas drilling. It can reduce the drilling torque and friction between drill stem and casing by rotating drilling. So it can protect the casing and drill pipe.
