When I was 5 I moved to The Netherlands and learned to speak Dutch.

My mother’s maiden name is Hollander.

Before World War ll I went to school with Catholics.

I have a sister named Margot, a father named Otto, a mother named Edith, and a cat named Moortje.

My hobbies are bike riding, swimming, and skating.

My 7th grade teacher called me a chatterbox.

I am a Jew.

I moved to Ansterdam, Netherlands in 1934.

I got my diary for my 13tth birthday.

My full first name is Annelise Marie.

My best friend is Lies.

I had to go into hiding with 8 other Jews.

I died at age 15.

When I was in my prisoner camp I died of Tuphus Fever.

I died in March 1945.

I love to write and talk.

My book was first published in Holland.

My book is printed in over 500 languages.
