Project Report and Thesis : All students/participants will be required to start preparing for the Project Report and Thesis based on a topic related to cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation right from the day of admission to this course. The completed thesis will be submitted one month before the commencement of the examination. Two copies of the thesis in print format and one copy of the thesis in the CD will be required to be submitted for evaluation. Admission, Identity Card and Study Materials : The Money Receipt, the Identity Card and the Study Materials in the form of "11 Volume World Encyclopaedia of Cleanliness, Hygiene and Sanitation Education" will be despatched to all admitted candidates of PG Diploma. The students of Diploma and Certificate courses will be getting study materials in print I CD format.

Examination Centres : The examinations will be conducted in consultation with the establishments where the candidates are working alll over the country, specially at all the universities and colleges from wherever the students/participants belong to. Special arrangements will be made for the timely conduct of examinations in the last week of June and December every year. The examination for the students admitted in the current session will be held in the last week of December 2018 I June 2019.
