Can I apply? Open to both undergraduate and graduate students. At the time of application, each student must be currently enrolled in, and recommended by, universities/colleges that are officially recognized by the national government agency for education within their respective country

An equivalent English level of TOEFL 550 / 213 by self-assessment and school recommendation.

Certificate on completing the program and a formal transcript will be issued.
