This meeting is not a formal Shareholders Meeting since the 10K for the close of the fiscal year is still in the filing process. Shareholders spoke quite clearly that did not want to wait longer for a live update from Management. Today is that update on the topics that have been cited of the most interest to shareholders2Financial ReportExhibitsBalance SheetP & LMajor Cash Operating ExpensesThe exhibits that follow are abbreviated for the purposes of presentation to this meeting. The 10K will have detailed versions of these reports3Balance SheetEl Capitan Precious Metals, Inc.Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet - September 30, 2012(Estimated)AssetsCurrent Assets$300,518Other Assets1,904,143Total Assets$2,204,661Liabilities and Shareholder EquityCurrent Liabilities$128,163Stockholder Equity2,076,498$2,204,661As this balance sheet indicates, there are very few assets on the balance sheet. Our principal asset, the precious metals, is not classified as proven reserves and is therefore not on the balance sheet4Profit & Loss StatementEl Capitan Precious Metals, Inc.Condensed Consolidate Statement of ExpenseFor the Year Ended September 30, 2012(Estimated)Operating ExpensesExploration and mineral processing research$611, 106Legal and accounting178,909Administrative compensation255,000Other general and administrative873,400Miscellaneous Income - Interest(211) Net Loss$1,918,204With the exception of the $211 of earned interest, here is the entire picture of expenditure. The terms available required that we pledge all the assets of the Company. Management judged that to be too risky. We dont know the timing required to sell the property. The development of data is complete. Now we are prospecting for buyers. A stand still agreement to allow for the prospects on-site, due diligence and finally the negotiations to closing are all in front of us.With the Equity Line in place, El Capitan will not find itself with its back to the wall, due to being out of funds at a critical point in the process and negotiation.Funding the companys expenditures, in the absence of revenue and in the absence of a defined time line presents unique challenges. Here is what we have done.7Equity Credit LineEstablished an Equity Credit Line for $5,000,000Origination Fee of 80,000 shares of 144 StockPricing period is 5 days after a PUTPrice is average of 2 lowest days of the periodDiscount is 6%Utilized $2,000,000 through end of Fiscal YearThe total dilution from this financing instrument is less than 2.5% This method of financing was chose over fully secured loans, PIPES and other private equity transactions because we are the ones who decide when and how to use it.8Metallurgical DataSampleAmount of Ore Processed(10 to 1 )Cons or Head OreSilver Ozs/TonOf Head OreGold Ozs/TonOf Head OreDore Bar 1 - SOLD200 lbsMagnetite Cons41 ozs.19 ozsDore Bar 2 - SOLD 20 lbsMagnetite Cons190 ozs-0- **Inquarted with Gold

The most important point is that even with the normal fluctuations of testing, we have a consistent pattern of values. This is the basis of our confidence of both the presence of precious metals but also the ability to reliably recover them9Sundancer Smelting MethodModified Fire Assay

The Sundancer Method is a Modified Fire Assay technique. It is modified to the extent that there is a pre-roasting process of the ore before smelting. It has been available to us through Black Sands Laboratories. It has been used consistently throughout the last year.10Sundancer Smelt

Will only use about a 10 second video11Specific Gravity Data

No this is not a physics lesson but rather a brief background to the introduction of the Proven Technologies method for separating the heavier metals out of the rock that host them12Proven Technologies System

While the device can be configured at several levels of through put what you see here is a system that is capable of about 2.5 tons per hour. It is in Houston and is set up to test El Capitan concentrates and head ore to determine the viability of contribution to our overall recover process. The system offers a completely green approach. It does not use chemical or water. Rather it mills the ore into a fine screen and drives it with compressed air through a cyclonic separator sorting the material by specific gravity.13Separation Demonstration

I will supply about 45 seconds from my Houston shots14Material Ready to Smelt
