by the customers. Our ingredients for

gelato are GMO free and Gluten Free, with

a choice of vegan and soy lines, produced

in Italy with first quality raw materials and ingredients.

of the F&B trade in the United Arab

Emirates, including Cooking classes, food distributors, chefs, suppliers and equipment manufacturers. The users

will be provided with our best kitchen

equipment and all they need to do is to

concentrate on cooking and developing

their recipes. in case they need an advice

our corporate chefs can assist.

The training room is available from Saturday to Thursday, upon availability.
