Tips for Brushing Your Teeth!

Teenagers need to be very effective with brushing, they have the highest rate of cavities!

Brush 2x/day for 2 min, listen to your favorite song during it! Just don’t try to sing…

Bacteria hide under the gums, so try to angle your brush right towards those guys!

As much as you think stiff bristled brushed are working more, you need one that got soft bristles, those are less likely to irritate/injure your gums.

Just the Tips (cont.)

Try to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months

A worn out tooth brush can injure your gums and is not very effective.

When shopping, or asking your mom to, get toothpaste that contains fluoride, that will help to strengthen your teeth and help to prevent cavities!
