The PORTEO offers an inno-vative and convenient way toopen and close doors effort-lessly. With all the eleganceof the DORMA Contur design,the PORTEO is specificallysuited to interior doors, performing all the functionsneeded to make life justthat little bit easier for all.High-quality DORMA tech-nology makes the PORTEOparticularly easy to operate –with minimum noise, highfunctional reliability andexcellent application adapta-bility. The PORTEO is anintegrated solution thatcomes in a complete packagewith slide channel andmounting backplate. It offersoutstanding convenienceand safety plus fast andeasy installation, thanks toits impeccable “plug&go”credentials.

The PORTEO can be furtherfunctionalised with originalDORMA system accessoriesto give even more operatingconvenience, user-friend-liness and enhanced safety.In combination with anoptional pushbutton and anelectric strike, for example,the door can be simplyopened with fingertipcontrol. For even greateropening and closing conve-nience, there is also a hand-held transmitter available –there’s simply no moreflexible a system.The PORTEO is the inexpen-sive solution for opening andclosing doors the convenientway. PowerLessEffortless manual door opening.Door closes automatically following indivi-dually preset hold-open time.

PowerMotionAutomatic opening and closing of door incombination with an electric strike andexternal activators such as manual push-button, radio remote control or transponder.As soon as signal transmitted and electricstrike released, door automatically opensand then closes again after pre-set hold-open time.

Push&GoOnce door opened manually 3°, automaticdoor opening function initiated. PORTEOthen closes the door again automaticallyafter pre-set hold-open time.

PermanentOpenThis function enables the door to be heldopen for as long as required. Door closesagain on receipt of new signal, activatedeither from the programme switch (doorlock must be disengaged) or by pressing apushbutton twice (current impulse relayfunction).
