Workplace Workbook teaches life skills. Life skills define how we will respond to circumstances not only in the workplace but in our day to day lives.

Workplace Workbook uses definitions, group discussions, personal journaling, and role playing to educate and train people for life.

Workplace Workbook is not clinical or treatment oriented, rather it is relational in nature. It does not focus on mental illness or disabilities; but rather real life situations and everyday problems.

Many major corporations use similar train-
