KEY TERMS


Purpose

Allows eliminating imperfections of the skin (pitted acne scars, pigment spots and dark

circles under the eyes). The serum can be adjusted to the color of the skin. Light-reflecting

particles provide astonishing glowing effect. The skin looks even, healthy and cared.

Active substance

Titanium dioxide. It doesn't change the color of the skin. Makes epidermis lighter, while

increasing its tone.

Key features of the substance administration

One needs to use the DermaPen device in order to deliver the substance to the surface

layers of the skin. The size of the molecule of the pigment will not allow it getting under the

basal membrane. The serum will be slowly removed from the skin during the next 8-12

months.

Low invasiveness

The procedure is almost painless.

No need to use anesthetization. The process of rehabilitation takes from 1 hour to 2 days.

2.1 St ru c t u re o f t h e s k in

The skin consists of three different components or sections:

epidermis, dermis and hypoderma.

Epidermis is the first and the visible layer of the skin.

The thickness of the epidermis stays in the range from 0.07 to

0.12 mm (this is the same thickness as of a thin film or a piece

of paper).

This is the main layer for various serums because other layers

of the skin can be reached only by using injections.

There are five different layers of epidermis: cornified, clear,

granular, spinous and basal.

They are mainly used in the field of cosmetology in order to rejuvenate the skin and fight with the aging process.

This is a strictly therapeutic method, which doesn't involve any surgical operation.

It consists of a wide range of treatment and procedures performed with the help of professional equipment and special

cosmetic products.

The method is based on the administration of small dosages of the product to the upper layers of the dermis at the

depth from 1.5 to 6 mm.

In order to make injections, one needs to use special syringes with thin needles or meso rollers. This modern technology

is an amazing alternative to the plastic surgery. The needle is able to affect only the problematic zones of the skin. Such

approach allows restoring the shape of the face, while increasing the resilience of the skin and eliminating wrinkles in a

matter of days.

The first results will be obvious even after 1-2 sessions. The standard course consists of 8-10 treatment sessions.

2 .2 KE Y TE R M S O F TH E AE S TH E TIC C O S M E TO LO GY

Me s o t h e ra p yIt's the procedure that allows administering special medical cocktails right under the skin with the help of a syringe and a

tiny needle. After reaching the problem zone, active substances stimulate collagen and elastin production, restoring the

metabolism and improving the blood flow.

Each patient has to be assigned with a unique set of active substances depending on the state of the skin, amount of fat,

existence of stretch marks and the overall state.

Mesotherapy is an efficient way to stop the process of hair loss, dry skin, swelling, cellulite, acne, scars, stretching marks,

wounds and pigmentation

Bio re vit a liza t io nDuring this procedure, only the hyaluronic acid is administered to the skin of the patient.

This method looks similar to the mesotherapy: the clean skin of the patient is covered with a special painkilling gel; after

that, the cosmetologist is able to make a sequence of injections.

This procedure can be used with virtually any part of the human body.

One can see the first results immediately after the treatment, while the best result can be achieved in 12-14 days. By

performing a series of procedures, one is able to eliminate deep wrinkles, restore the resilience of the skin and give it

healthy look. The effect may lust for up to 20-24 months.


Co rre c t in g t h e w rin k le s w it h b o t o x in je c t io n sThis procedure is based on the blocking of the neural activity of the muscles.

The active substance is called botox or Botulinum toxin.

During the 6-8 months after the administration, the substance prevents the muscles of the upper part of the face from

moving.

By using the professional botox wrinkle correction, one is able to eliminate wrinkles, while keeping the natural mimics of

the patient.

The botox is administered to the forehead, the zone of the eyebrows and the corners of the eyes in order to affect mimic

muscles.

The overall treatment takes not more than just 15 minutes.

A filler is a hyaluronic acid gel, which is used to fill the empty space under the wrinkles. Depending on the initial state of

the face contour, the cosmetologist is able to choose the proper type of the filler. Mimic muscles can be filled with light

substances distributed in the upper layers of the dermis. At the same time, deep wrinkles can be eliminated with denser

fillers administered in the middle layers of the dermis.

The procedure takes not more than 30-40 minutes in the in-office conditions. During the process of contouring, the

expert shall use a thin needle to administer the gel right under the wrinkle or fold. The effect of the procedure may last

for up to 10-12 months. The gel will be eliminated by the human body without creating pain or discomfort.


Fa c ia l c o n t o u r c o rre c t io nThis procedure is carried out using special fillers with hyaluronic acid. This type of injections allows correcting the shape

of the cheek-bones, cheeks, chin, as well as to remove the nasolabial folds, restore the resilience of the skin and eliminate

crows feet. The administration technique, efficiency and safety precautions are similar to the contour correction with the

fillers.

Lip p lu m p in g a n d s h a p e c o rre c t io n

In order to correct the shape and the state of the lips, one shall use the gel that contains hyaluronic acid.

The filler allows creating additional volume, while making the contours brighter, increasing the moisturization of the

dermis.

Before starting the treatment, one shall apply special painkilling gel on the lips (for 30 minutes). After that, the lips shall

be cleaned with a cloth and the expert may start the procedure.

The patient won't feel any pain, while swelling and red color of the lips will fade away in a couple of days.


P RP t h e ra p yThis procedure shall be used in case of hyperpigmentation and weakness of the skin, wrinkles, skin sagging and acne

scars. This procedure consists of the 2 key stages. During the first stage, the expert takes the blood of the patient in order

to process it in a special separating device. The device uses rotation in order to divide the blood into the plasm and

packed red blood cells. During the second stage of processing, the plasm contains a lot of platelets.

During the second stage of treatment, the patient is administered with purified plasm in order to affect the problematic

zones and stimulate the regeneration process. This substance stimulates production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic

acid, which are responsible for the youth and resilience of the skin.

Bio re in fo rc e m e n t

During this procedure, the expert administers hyaluronic acid around the skin, following a special pattern. The gel has to

be distributed in a special way in order to create a structure from biological threads, which will stimulate the process of

collagen and elastin production. Bioreinforcement has no rehabilitation period.

In order to reach the long-lasting effect (1-1.5 years), one needs to make 3 procedures within a month.

The overall procedure takes from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.



Ve c t o r lift in gThis procedure reminds the bioreinforcement. In order to create a special structure, the specialist shall use a special set

of biological substances: polycaprolactone, meso treads and polylactic acid. Such substances will be eliminated from the

body during a significant amount of time. This procedure allows reaching several effects at once: creating a special

structure in order to avoid sagging, restoring the process of regeneration and lifting the skin. Unlike mesotherapy and

biorevitalization, the vector lifting allows improving the state of your skin for 3-4 years in a row.

Th re a d lift in gThis is the most traditional way of face skin lifting.

The special frame is created with golden threads (0.1 mm). The precious metal is administered in the dermis with the

help of a special tool.

The entire procedure takes 60 minutes. After the treatment, one can enjoy resilient skin with natural glow and attractive

color.

Sometimes threads are made from polypropylene.

The effect of the procedure lasts from 5 to 15 years.

O zo n e t h e ra p e u t ic sDuring this procedure ozone is administered to the dermis. The mix of ozone and oxygen restores the normal

metabolism of the skin, while improving the blood flow.

Ozone therapeutics shall be used to eliminated age-related changes, mimic and deep wrinkles, couperosis, acne, hyper

pigmentation, weakness and low elasticity of the skin.

The treatment takes around 15-20 minutes.

In order to reach the result, one needs to perform not less than 10-15 sessions. Effect: 2-3 months.

Ch e m ic a l p e e lin g

This procedure is intended to remove horny layers of the skin.

This procedure allows eliminating wrinkles, sagging, pigmentation and acne scars. The efficiency of the procedure

depends on the active substance. One may use the following acids: salicylic acid, mandelic acid, lactic acid, trichloracetic

acid and glycolic acid.

The process of rehabilitation depends on the depth of the procedure: it may take from a couple of hours to a week. It's

recommended to make 7-10 chemical peeling at least 1-2 times per year.


2.3 Dis t r ib u t io n p a t t e rn s a n d g rid s


•One shall follow specific lines, while performing the ВВ Glow &

Microneedling treatment:

• moving from the collar bone to the chin

• moving from the chest to the chin on the neck

• moving upwards on the sides of the neck

• moving from the center of the chin to temples on the face

• moving from the corners of lips to ears

• moving from the nose to the temples

• moving upwards on the nose: moving up and sideward to the edges

of the nose

• moving from the center of the forehead to the temples

• moving from the eyebrows to the hair

Please note that the mentioned lines are not straight!

They have to be curved and bent upwards. These lines are located above the

main blood vessels and lymph nodes. By using these lines, one is able to

increase the speed of serum administration and processing of the waste

materials.

2.4 Ho w t o c o m b in e t h e p ro d u c t s


Korean manufacturers of serum of a wide range of skin care products,

e.g. a product based on the salmon DNA that allows rejuvenating the

skin. Skin care products can be used as separately, as well as in

conjunction with the BB Glow treatment.

In the second case, one needs to use the skin care product first, and

apply the BB serum on the second stage. One can use the same

principle for any product offered in the range of the manufacturer.


2.5 Co u n t e r-in d ic a t io n s • Malicious tumors and formations

• Nevus (benign diseases), warts and papillomas in the area of treatment

• Problems with blood clotting ability and other blood conditions

• Acute infections

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• Severe inflammations

• Skin diseases in the area of treatment (eczema, neurodermite and psoriasis)

• Tendency to form cicatricial keloids

• Acne

• Open wounds and burns

• Epilepsy

• Allergic reactions to the components of the substance

• Fever

• One needs to be very careful in case of herpes and diabetes

One shall not perform any other cosmetological procedures during a month after

the ВВ Glow & Microneedling treatment. At the same time, one is not able to

make ВВ Glow & Microneedling treatment in 2 weeks after the last

cosmetological procedure.

3. INFORMATION ABOUT THE EQUIP MENT AND ACCESSORIESThe module (cartridge) with 9 needles is used to lift the skin. The special location of the needles, as well as their

number, allow creating the lifting effect of the skin. In other words, these punctures allow lifting the skin by

creating wounds and curing them (they are healed moving the skin to the center of the wound).

The module (cartridge) with 12 needles is used to avoid aging of the skin, hair loss and perform mechanical

peeling. The length and the number of the needles allows lifting the skin and improving the level of

moisturization. The module (cartridge) with 12 needles for the body with the needles of up to 3.0 mm length,

allows solving such complex issues as stretching marks, scars, as well as helps fighting with cellulite.

The module (cartridge) with 36 needles allows solving such complex issues as scars and acne (due to the

number of needles). It also removes scars, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation and aging effects (deep wrinkles).

Nano module (cartridge) can be used as separately, as well as together with the needles in order to serves as a

mechanical transdermic device. This became possible due to the specific construction of the module that

consists of a metal plate covered with tiny needles. These micro needles enlarge the openings of sweat and oil

glands, thus increasing the quality of the serum administration.

3x3 Nano module (cartridge). This is a 3x3 silicone plate covered with nano needles. This module is actively used

to cure acne, dandruff, alopecia and demodicosis (allowing active substances to reach the openings of sweat

and oil glands).

4 .1 P ro c e d u re a lg o rit h m

• The hair of the patient are covered with a spical cap in order to avoid

distraction of the specialist.

• All cosmetic products and oil have to be removed from the face.

• One needs to apply an oxygen mask for 15-20 minutes. Now one can remove

it.

• One needs to use specific amount of serum to apply them on the chosen

zones one by one. One needs to use the DermaPen tool to created even

distribution of the serum around the skin. Follow the same lines as before in

order to improve the efficiency of the procedure. Repeat 2-3 times.

• The serum has to be kept on the skin for 20-30 minutes. Use wet tissue to

remove the serum from the skin

• It's highly recommended to perform the photodiode therapy

• At the final stage, one needs to apply an SPF50 cream.

In order to create the "concealer for 12 months", one needs to make 3-5 sessions

with 14 days between each of them. Furthermore, it's recommended to visit your

cosmetologist once in 120 days in order to perform additional procedures.

Mature skinStage 1: Applying the rejuvenating serum.

• Use the module with 12 needles

• Choose the minimum length of the needles and the maximum speed.

Check if the patient feels pain.

• It's not allowed to form serosanguinous fluid. Inform the customer that the

skin may exfoliate after the treatment.

•Stage 2: Now choose the nano module and apply BB Glow Pigment Serum.

• Work with all the zones of the face without skipping even 1 mm of the

surface.

• Leave the serum on the face and apply the cloth mask with the openings

for the mouth and eyes. Put the LED-mask on the top of it. Leave the

patient for 15-20 minutes. Choose a color of the mask that corresponds

with the complexion of the patient.

• Tell the patient to apply SPF cream on the face and avoid washing the face

on the day of treatment. On the next day, they can use the cold water. On

the day after, they can return to the normal life (avoid using alkaline soap).


➤ Minimum number of sessions: 3 with 10-12 days between each ofthem. Repeat in 3 and 6 months. This procedure has an accumulatingeffect! One needs to perform it on a regular basis in order to gain theresults.➤ In order to reach the best results, one needs to avoid applyingexcessive force while working with the lines on the neck and the face.Don't try to pull the skin. Be soft and delicate.➤ Nano modules for BB SerumModules with 12 needles - for whitening and rejuvenating serum.

Young skin• One shall use nano modules to perform the BB Glow treatment of the

young skin.

• Choose 2.0-2.5 mm and the highest speed of the device, Without additional

serums

• Use the very same principle. Clean the skin, use the DermaPen to apply BB

Serum and apply the mask for 10-15 minutes.

4 .4 P o s t t re a t m e n t c a re

• Clear results will be seen after 2 sessions. In order to regenerate

cells, one needs to make 3-5 sessions. The effect may last for up to 6

months (in case of additional supporting treatment).

• It's not recommended to use creams and cosmetic products during

the first day.

• Try to avoid being under the sun and UV-light in two weeks after the

treatment. One needs to apply sunscreen on the skin.
