The above candidates shall report to the Principal, Government MedicalCollege, Jammu within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance ofthis appointment order. In case of failure of the appointees to join within the stipulatedperiod, their appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any furthernotice.

The appointees shall be allowed to join only on production of the followingdocuments/certificates in original:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate.2. Qualification Certificates.3. Certificate from the concerned District Industries Centre (DIC) and

District Employment & Counseling Centre to the effect that no loanunder any se!f employment scheme has been taken by the appointees.

4. State Subject Certificate.5. Health Certificate from the Standing Medical Board.6. Any other documents as required under rules.

The appointment of the above candidates as Lecturer shall further be subjectto the foiiovving conU!t!ons.-

The salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unlessthe satisfactory reports In respect of (1) and (i1) above are received in their favour

The appointment of the above candidates shall be governed by the "NewPension Scheme" as per SRO-400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009

The appointees shall be on probation for a period of two (02) years and theirconfirmation shall be made under the provisions of J&K Civil Services (Classification.Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956. The inter-se-seniority of tt-e appointee(s) shall be inaccordance with the merit secured by them in the selection list prepared by the J&KPublic Service Commission.

The interim arrangement. if any. made on contract/deputation or on academicarrangement basis against the above posts, shall be deemed to have been terminatedforthwith

The appointment shall be subject to outcome of the writ petition(s), if any.pending before any Competent Court of Law.
